Profesor i infektolog Ivo Ivić za N1 televiziju je kazao da u splitskoj bolnici bilježe porast broja covid bolesnika te da "ako želimo živjeti normalno, moramo se cijepiti".

"Obrazac koji se događao proteklih godina ponavlja se i ove godine, u kolovozu bilježimo porast. Taj porast je veći u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Imamo 30-ak hospitaliziranih. Prošle godine se ta brojka popela na 80 pacijenata, to su sve bili teški bolesnici s potrebom za oksigenacijom", rekao je Ivić dodajući da dominira sada omikron soj, te da nemaju hospitaliziranih stranih državljana.

Rekao je da očekuje da će bolesnih biti i dalje. "Posebno će biti loših ishoda s pacijentima koji nisu cijepljeni. Oni nemaju adekvatnu imunost", upozorio je infektolog.

Nove mjere?

"Teško mi je to reći. Mi smo, kao i svi u svijetu, dobili težak ekonomski udarac. Kolike bi trebale biti stroge mjere u sprječavanju širenja koronavirusa, a da se pritom dodatno ne naruši već oštećena ekonomija, mislim da tu treba biti oprezan", kazao je Ivić pa ukazao na važnu prednost razvijenih zemalja poput Švedske.

"Mi nismo cijepljeni. Kada smo mi i prošle godine skapavali od posla, u njihovim bolnicama je bio relaksiran rad, gotovo po režimo non-covid situacije. Zašto? Jer su šest puta bolje cijepljeni. Ako želimo živjeti normalno, moramo se cijepiti", istaknuo je profesor Ivić.

Razloge necijepljenja smatra kulturološkim problemom. "Ljudi jednostavno ne razumiju. Veliki problem su društvene mreže koje su omogućile zabune i da se ne slušaju stručni ljudi", dodaje Ivić. Osvrćući se na deficit medicinskog kadra rekao je da ne postoji ministar koji taj problem može riješiti odmah ili u kratkom roku.

"Nešto što je rezultat 20-godišnjeg nepopunjavanja kadra, ne može se riješiti niti u pet godina. Potreban je dugoročni plan i organizacija da bi se popunilo. Ne postoji ministar koji bi to mogao u jednoj godini riješiti", naglasio je.

Slučaj Matijanić

Ne vidi propuste u slučaju smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića.

"Ja sam to pregledao i gotovo da nemam ništa dodati ili oduzeti onome. Kroz ovaj hitni prijem je prošlo svake godine 20 000 ljudi s covidom, svake godine je primljeno preko 4000 bolesnika. To su liječnici koji znaju svoj posao i imali su ga, nažalost, kada istrenirati.

To je jedini razuman način na koji su postupali, u ranoj fazi bolesti kada nije bilo jasnih komplikacija i kada imaju pred sobom osobu koja nema kriterije imunokompromitiranosti", rekao je profesor Ivić.

"Kada bismo mi primali svakog pacijenta koji je rizičan, onda ova bolnica u roku od pet dana, ili bilo koja druga na kugli zemaljskoj, ne bi mogla više funkcionirati jer bi primala ljude za koje se tek čeka što će se dogoditi. Mi cijelo vrijeme govorimo da je covid ozbiljna bolest, zato stalno govorimo – cijepite se", poručio je.

Nedostaje lijekova

Na pitanje ima li sada lijekova za covid, odgovorio je: "Dobili smo nešto remdesivira, ali njega i dalje nema dovoljno. Sve što smo dobili smo potrošili i čekamo iduće isporuke. Na to ne možemo utjecati."

Vezano uz lijek Paxlovid za koji je otkriveno da nikada nije niti stigao u Hrvatsku pa tako niti u naše bolnice, Ivić je za N1 kazao:

"Ne možemo naručivati nešto čega nema, čekamo obavijest da je taj lijek stigao u Hrvatsku. Naručili smo svaki lijek za koji postoji iole činjenica da bi mogao pomoći pacijentima. Ovaj koji sad koristimo je pristojne uspješnosti, a Paxlovid nismo ni iskušali", rekao je. Na pitanje je li to odgovornost ministra Vilija Beroša, rekao je da se neće upuštati ni u kakva optuživanja.

Profesor i infektolog Ivo Ivić za N1 televiziju je kazao da u splitskoj bolnici bilježe porast broja covid bolesnika te da "ako želimo živjeti normalno, moramo se cijepiti".

"Obrazac koji se događao proteklih godina ponavlja se i ove godine, u kolovozu bilježimo porast. Taj porast je veći u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Imamo 30-ak hospitaliziranih. Prošle godine se ta brojka popela na 80 pacijenata, to su sve bili teški bolesnici s potrebom za oksigenacijom", rekao je Ivić dodajući da dominira sada omikron soj, te da nemaju hospitaliziranih stranih državljana.

Rekao je da očekuje da će bolesnih biti i dalje. "Posebno će biti loših ishoda s pacijentima koji nisu cijepljeni. Oni nemaju adekvatnu imunost", upozorio je infektolog.

Nove mjere?

"Teško mi je to reći. Mi smo, kao i svi u svijetu, dobili težak ekonomski udarac. Kolike bi trebale biti stroge mjere u sprječavanju širenja koronavirusa, a da se pritom dodatno ne naruši već oštećena ekonomija, mislim da tu treba biti oprezan", kazao je Ivić pa ukazao na važnu prednost razvijenih zemalja poput Švedske.

"Mi nismo cijepljeni. Kada smo mi i prošle godine skapavali od posla, u njihovim bolnicama je bio relaksiran rad, gotovo po režimo non-covid situacije. Zašto? Jer su šest puta bolje cijepljeni. Ako želimo živjeti normalno, moramo se cijepiti", istaknuo je profesor Ivić.

Razloge necijepljenja smatra kulturološkim problemom. "Ljudi jednostavno ne razumiju. Veliki problem su društvene mreže koje su omogućile zabune i da se ne slušaju stručni ljudi", dodaje Ivić. Osvrćući se na deficit medicinskog kadra rekao je da ne postoji ministar koji taj problem može riješiti odmah ili u kratkom roku.

"Nešto što je rezultat 20-godišnjeg nepopunjavanja kadra, ne može se riješiti niti u pet godina. Potreban je dugoročni plan i organizacija da bi se popunilo. Ne postoji ministar koji bi to mogao u jednoj godini riješiti", naglasio je.

Slučaj Matijanić

Ne vidi propuste u slučaju smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića.

"Ja sam to pregledao i gotovo da nemam ništa dodati ili oduzeti onome. Kroz ovaj hitni prijem je prošlo svake godine 20 000 ljudi s covidom, svake godine je primljeno preko 4000 bolesnika. To su liječnici koji znaju svoj posao i imali su ga, nažalost, kada istrenirati.

To je jedini razuman način na koji su postupali, u ranoj fazi bolesti kada nije bilo jasnih komplikacija i kada imaju pred sobom osobu koja nema kriterije imunokompromitiranosti", rekao je profesor Ivić.

"Kada bismo mi primali svakog pacijenta koji je rizičan, onda ova bolnica u roku od pet dana, ili bilo koja druga na kugli zemaljskoj, ne bi mogla više funkcionirati jer bi primala ljude za koje se tek čeka što će se dogoditi. Mi cijelo vrijeme govorimo da je covid ozbiljna bolest, zato stalno govorimo – cijepite se", poručio je.

Nedostaje lijekova

Na pitanje ima li sada lijekova za covid, odgovorio je: "Dobili smo nešto remdesivira, ali njega i dalje nema dovoljno. Sve što smo dobili smo potrošili i čekamo iduće isporuke. Na to ne možemo utjecati."

Vezano uz lijek Paxlovid za koji je otkriveno da nikada nije niti stigao u Hrvatsku pa tako niti u naše bolnice, Ivić je za N1 kazao:

"Ne možemo naručivati nešto čega nema, čekamo obavijest da je taj lijek stigao u Hrvatsku. Naručili smo svaki lijek za koji postoji iole činjenica da bi mogao pomoći pacijentima. Ovaj koji sad koristimo je pristojne uspješnosti, a Paxlovid nismo ni iskušali", rekao je. Na pitanje je li to odgovornost ministra Vilija Beroša, rekao je da se neće upuštati ni u kakva optuživanja.

Profesor i infektolog Ivo Ivić za N1 televiziju je kazao da u splitskoj bolnici bilježe porast broja covid bolesnika te da "ako želimo živjeti normalno, moramo se cijepiti".

"Obrazac koji se događao proteklih godina ponavlja se i ove godine, u kolovozu bilježimo porast. Taj porast je veći u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji. Imamo 30-ak hospitaliziranih. Prošle godine se ta brojka popela na 80 pacijenata, to su sve bili teški bolesnici s potrebom za oksigenacijom", rekao je Ivić dodajući da dominira sada omikron soj, te da nemaju hospitaliziranih stranih državljana.
