Na navode iz Banovine da je iz urušenih baraka zaboravljenih na ulazu u OŠ Kamen-Šine, a slijedom njenog istupa u javnosti uklonjen azbest, burno je reagirala predsjednica tamošnjeg kotara Marina Kovačević, koja nam se obratila ističući kako azbest, ipak, nije uklonjen.

- Žalosti što Grad nije spomenuo mogućnosti rješavanja ovog problema, već ga je odbacio kao nerješivog. Objekti bez građevinske dozvole uklanjaju se na području cijele Republike Hrvatske, pa nema razloga da se toleriraju ispred splitske osnovne škole - kazala nam je, ističući kako su Šine, kao najistočniji splitski kvart, još uvijek slijepo crijevo u kojemu Grad desetljećima nije značajnije ulagao u komunalnu infrastrukturu.

Podsjetimo, nedavno smo, a na inicijativu vijećnika ovog gradskog kotara, koji su na problem upozorili i Banovinu, te građevinsku i inspekciju zaštite okoliš, pisali o tri desetljeća administrativne nevoljkosti da se eliminira ova neposredna prijetnja zdravlju stanovnika kotara.

Tada su nam u Gradu kazali kako, zbog nejasnog pitanja vlasništva ne mogu učiniti više nego poznate vlasnike zamoliti da ograde parcelu, tvrdeći da su azbest uklonili sami, dok nam je građevinske inspekcija kazala da je navedeno u nadležnosti postupanja komunalnog redara, a inspekcija zaštite okoliša kako je postupak utvrđivanja identiteta vlasnika nekretnina, o čemu ovisi njihov zaključak, još uvijek u tijeku.

Na sve to Kovačević je kazala kako nema opravdanja za neuklanjanje napuštenih objekata koji se naočigled raspadaju, kao i izmrvljenog azbesta i narkomanskih šprica, koje predstavljaju kontinuirani rizik za zdravlje i sigurnost tamošnje djece.

- Azbest je zakonom definiran kao opasni otpad i zakonima Republike Hrvatske propisano je njegovo obvezno uklanjanje. Nikakva ograda neće spriječiti vjetar da raznosi razmrvljeni azbest u dvorište Osnovne škole "Kamen-Šine", koju pohađa 536 učenika, a isto toliko ili više predškolaca i srednjoškolaca tu se svakodnevno druži i rekreira.

Ako ni to nije dovoljno, Grad Split je sjeverni susjed međaš te parcele; HEP-ova trafostanica preko puta je u privatnom vlasništvu, što ne smije biti; "Vodovod i kanalizacija" na susjednoj parceli ima pravo služnosti zbog održavanja kanala za oborinsku odvodnju, što znači da su pri redovnom održavanju ugroženi zdravlje i sigurnost radnika ViK-a.

Sve su to čimbenici koji nisu spomenuti, a jednom odlukom riješilo bi se više od jednog problema - zaključila je predsjednica kotara Šine.

Na navode iz Banovine da je iz urušenih baraka zaboravljenih na ulazu u OŠ Kamen-Šine, a slijedom njenog istupa u javnosti uklonjen azbest, burno je reagirala predsjednica tamošnjeg kotara Marina Kovačević, koja nam se obratila ističući kako azbest, ipak, nije uklonjen.

- Žalosti što Grad nije spomenuo mogućnosti rješavanja ovog problema, već ga je odbacio kao nerješivog. Objekti bez građevinske dozvole uklanjaju se na području cijele Republike Hrvatske, pa nema razloga da se toleriraju ispred splitske osnovne škole - kazala nam je, ističući kako su Šine, kao najistočniji splitski kvart, još uvijek slijepo crijevo u kojemu Grad desetljećima nije značajnije ulagao u komunalnu infrastrukturu.

Podsjetimo, nedavno smo, a na inicijativu vijećnika ovog gradskog kotara, koji su na problem upozorili i Banovinu, te građevinsku i inspekciju zaštite okoliš, pisali o tri desetljeća administrativne nevoljkosti da se eliminira ova neposredna prijetnja zdravlju stanovnika kotara.

Tada su nam u Gradu kazali kako, zbog nejasnog pitanja vlasništva ne mogu učiniti više nego poznate vlasnike zamoliti da ograde parcelu, tvrdeći da su azbest uklonili sami, dok nam je građevinske inspekcija kazala da je navedeno u nadležnosti postupanja komunalnog redara, a inspekcija zaštite okoliša kako je postupak utvrđivanja identiteta vlasnika nekretnina, o čemu ovisi njihov zaključak, još uvijek u tijeku.

Na sve to Kovačević je kazala kako nema opravdanja za neuklanjanje napuštenih objekata koji se naočigled raspadaju, kao i izmrvljenog azbesta i narkomanskih šprica, koje predstavljaju kontinuirani rizik za zdravlje i sigurnost tamošnje djece.

- Azbest je zakonom definiran kao opasni otpad i zakonima Republike Hrvatske propisano je njegovo obvezno uklanjanje. Nikakva ograda neće spriječiti vjetar da raznosi razmrvljeni azbest u dvorište Osnovne škole "Kamen-Šine", koju pohađa 536 učenika, a isto toliko ili više predškolaca i srednjoškolaca tu se svakodnevno druži i rekreira.

Ako ni to nije dovoljno, Grad Split je sjeverni susjed međaš te parcele; HEP-ova trafostanica preko puta je u privatnom vlasništvu, što ne smije biti; "Vodovod i kanalizacija" na susjednoj parceli ima pravo služnosti zbog održavanja kanala za oborinsku odvodnju, što znači da su pri redovnom održavanju ugroženi zdravlje i sigurnost radnika ViK-a.

Sve su to čimbenici koji nisu spomenuti, a jednom odlukom riješilo bi se više od jednog problema - zaključila je predsjednica kotara Šine.
