Želite li skuhati nešto toplo, hranjivo i jednostavno, a da vas pritom podsjeti na jela kakva su se nekoć jela, trebat će vam jedna vrlo povoljna, ali i zdrava namirnica čiji je jedini problem u tome što ju je potrebno namočiti prije kuhanja. Premda isto vrijedi i za njega, ovog puta nije riječ o grahu nego o slanutku. Zdravi i ukusni slanutak baš je zgodan za pripremu na mali mlijun načina, ali možda je čak najbolji kad ga se pripremi na najjednostavniji mogući, u obliku variva koje se u nekim našim krajevima naziva čičvarda. Samo da ne bi bilo zabune, neki istu riječ koriste i kao naziv za slanutak, no u ovom ćemo je slučaju koristiti kao naziv jela.

Čičvarda se priprema na više vrlo sličnih načina, no među sastojcima su uvijek, pored slanutka naravno, i luk te krumpir. Kako je uloga krumpira prvenstveno u tome da malo zagusti jelo, oni koji ga iz različitih razloga izbjegavaju tome mogu lako doskočiti izostavljajući ga iz recepta, dok želejnu gustoću mogu postići tako da jednu kacijolu variva fino usitne pa potom vrate u jelo.

Ovo je jedan od jednostavnijih i boljih recepata za ovo hranjivo i ukusno jelo, a posebnost mu je okus jer pored uobičajenih sastojaka sadrži svježi koromač, koji sprječava nadimanje. U nedostatku će pomoći i sjeme koromača.

Čičvarda:

Sastojci

200 g suhog slanutka
100 g slanine
2 krumpira
1 luk
1 list lovora
1-2 žlice koncentrata od rajčice
malo svježeg koromača
sol, papar

Priprema:

Prethodno namočeni slanutak kuhajte oko dva sata dok ne omekša. Možete koristiti i slanutak iz konzerve.

Prepržite slaninu, dodajte luk i pirjajte ga dok ne omekša, zatim dodajte češnjak i mrkvu i krumpir narezan na kockice, kratko pirjajte juz miješanje pa dodajte rajčicu i začine. Kratko kuhajte uz miješanje pa ulijte vodu, poklopite, smanjite vatru i pustite da se kuha 20-ak minuta.

Izvadite oko pola kacijole variva, zgnječite krumpire i slanutak vilicom pa ih vratite u lonac, dodajte sol i sjeckani list komorača. Nastavite kuhati još 15-ak minuta.Provjerite treba li još soli, dodajte papar i poslužite.

Želite li skuhati nešto toplo, hranjivo i jednostavno, a da vas pritom podsjeti na jela kakva su se nekoć jela, trebat će vam jedna vrlo povoljna, ali i zdrava namirnica čiji je jedini problem u tome što ju je potrebno namočiti prije kuhanja. Premda isto vrijedi i za njega, ovog puta nije riječ o grahu nego o slanutku. Zdravi i ukusni slanutak baš je zgodan za pripremu na mali mlijun načina, ali možda je čak najbolji kad ga se pripremi na najjednostavniji mogući, u obliku variva koje se u nekim našim krajevima naziva čičvarda. Samo da ne bi bilo zabune, neki istu riječ koriste i kao naziv za slanutak, no u ovom ćemo je slučaju koristiti kao naziv jela.

Čičvarda se priprema na više vrlo sličnih načina, no među sastojcima su uvijek, pored slanutka naravno, i luk te krumpir. Kako je uloga krumpira prvenstveno u tome da malo zagusti jelo, oni koji ga iz različitih razloga izbjegavaju tome mogu lako doskočiti izostavljajući ga iz recepta, dok želejnu gustoću mogu postići tako da jednu kacijolu variva fino usitne pa potom vrate u jelo.

Ovo je jedan od jednostavnijih i boljih recepata za ovo hranjivo i ukusno jelo, a posebnost mu je okus jer pored uobičajenih sastojaka sadrži svježi koromač, koji sprječava nadimanje. U nedostatku će pomoći i sjeme koromača.

Čičvarda:

Sastojci

200 g suhog slanutka
100 g slanine
2 krumpira
1 luk
1 list lovora
1-2 žlice koncentrata od rajčice
malo svježeg koromača
sol, papar

Priprema:

Prethodno namočeni slanutak kuhajte oko dva sata dok ne omekša. Možete koristiti i slanutak iz konzerve.

Prepržite slaninu, dodajte luk i pirjajte ga dok ne omekša, zatim dodajte češnjak i mrkvu i krumpir narezan na kockice, kratko pirjajte juz miješanje pa dodajte rajčicu i začine. Kratko kuhajte uz miješanje pa ulijte vodu, poklopite, smanjite vatru i pustite da se kuha 20-ak minuta.

Izvadite oko pola kacijole variva, zgnječite krumpire i slanutak vilicom pa ih vratite u lonac, dodajte sol i sjeckani list komorača. Nastavite kuhati još 15-ak minuta.Provjerite treba li još soli, dodajte papar i poslužite.

Slanutak po starinskom receptu jednostavno je i ukusno jelo. Možete koristiti i onaj iz konzerve, a ne zaboravite ovo...

Želite li skuhati nešto toplo, hranjivo i jednostavno, a da vas pritom podsjeti na jela kakva su se nekoć jela, trebat će vam jedna vrlo povoljna, ali i zdrava namirnica čiji je jedini problem u tome što ju je potrebno namočiti prije kuhanja. Premda isto vrijedi i za njega, ovog puta nije riječ o grahu nego o slanutku. Zdravi i ukusni slanutak baš je zgodan za pripremu na mali mlijun načina, ali možda je čak najbolji kad ga se pripremi na najjednostavniji mogući, u obliku variva koje se u nekim našim krajevima naziva čičvarda. Samo da ne bi bilo zabune, neki istu riječ koriste i kao naziv za slanutak, no u ovom ćemo je slučaju koristiti kao naziv jela.

Čičvarda se priprema na više vrlo sličnih načina, no među sastojcima su uvijek, pored slanutka naravno, i luk te krumpir. Kako je uloga krumpira prvenstveno u tome da malo zagusti jelo, oni koji ga iz različitih razloga izbjegavaju tome mogu lako doskočiti izostavljajući ga iz recepta, dok želejnu gustoću mogu postići tako da jednu kacijolu variva fino usitne pa potom vrate u jelo.

Ovo je jedan od jednostavnijih i boljih recepata za ovo hranjivo i ukusno jelo, a posebnost mu je okus jer pored uobičajenih sastojaka sadrži svježi koromač, koji sprječava nadimanje. U nedostatku će pomoći i sjeme koromača.

Čičvarda:

Sastojci

200 g suhog slanutka
100 g slanine
2 krumpira
1 luk
1 list lovora
1-2 žlice koncentrata od rajčice
malo svježeg koromača
sol, papar

Priprema:

Prethodno namočeni slanutak kuhajte oko dva sata dok ne omekša. Možete koristiti i slanutak iz konzerve.

Prepržite slaninu, dodajte luk i pirjajte ga dok ne omekša, zatim dodajte češnjak i mrkvu i krumpir narezan na kockice, kratko pirjajte juz miješanje pa dodajte rajčicu i začine. Kratko kuhajte uz miješanje pa ulijte vodu, poklopite, smanjite vatru i pustite da se kuha 20-ak minuta.

Izvadite oko pola kacijole variva, zgnječite krumpire i slanutak vilicom pa ih vratite u lonac, dodajte sol i sjeckani list komorača. Nastavite kuhati još 15-ak minuta.Provjerite treba li još soli, dodajte papar i poslužite.
