Svako jutro jedno jaje, organizmu snagu daje. Sjećate li se kako ide dalje? Nije ni važno, ono što vam zapravo treba je recept za jaja tako dobra da će vam postati omiljeni.
Nije riječ ni o omletu ni o jajima "na oko", ovo je nešto između, a ono što ovo jelo čini tako dobrim su dodaci - gljive, špinat i sir, po mogućnosti gorgonzola, i to ona "dolce". Ako izbjegavate mlijeko, možete se poslužiti zamjenskim sirom, u ovom će se jelu jako dobro ponašati.

Ljepota ovog jela je u jednostavnosti i zgodnom ispreplitanju okusa i tekstura, a nije na odmet ni to što je ovakva kombinacija upravo ono što vam treba za dobro započeti dan: puna je proteina i vitamina, što znači da će vas napuniti nutrijentima i čuvati od napadaja gladi.
Ako pazite na težinu, malo smanjite količinu masnoće navedenu u receptu te se suzdržite se od grickanja kruha uz ovako pripremljena jaja, no s obzirom da su im dodana vlakna u obliku špinata, koji mali komad punozrnatog kruha ipak vam neće puno škoditi.
Jaja sa špinatom i gljivama
Sastojci:
150 g špinata
50 g šampinjona
50 g gorgonzole dolce
3 žlice slatkog vrhnja (poslužit će i ono za kuhanje)
1 žličica maslinovog ulja
1 žličica maslaca
1 žličica svježeg timijana (ili pola žličice suhog)
2 jaja
1 režanj češnjaka
sol, papar
Priprema
Zagrijte maslinovo ulje i maslac, dodajte gljive narezane na ploškice pa ih pirjajte na jakoj vatri 5 minuta ili dok ne porumene. Dodajte listiće timijana i protisnuti češnjak pa promiješajte. Dodajte opran, očišćen i posušen špinat, dodajte malo soli pa kratko pirjajte dok ne povene.
Zalijte vrhnjem, dodajte pola količine sira pa dobro promiješajte.
Prebacite u manju tavu i zagrijte. Na to razbijte jaja, posolite ih i popaprite te dodajte preostali sir. Poklopite i pecite par minuta dok se jaja ne ispeku po vašem guštu. Ovaj korak možete odraditi i u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva, bez poklopca.

Svako jutro jedno jaje, organizmu snagu daje. Sjećate li se kako ide dalje? Nije ni važno, ono što vam zapravo treba je recept za jaja tako dobra da će vam postati omiljeni.
Nije riječ ni o omletu ni o jajima "na oko", ovo je nešto između, a ono što ovo jelo čini tako dobrim su dodaci - gljive, špinat i sir, po mogućnosti gorgonzola, i to ona "dolce". Ako izbjegavate mlijeko, možete se poslužiti zamjenskim sirom, u ovom će se jelu jako dobro ponašati.

Ljepota ovog jela je u jednostavnosti i zgodnom ispreplitanju okusa i tekstura, a nije na odmet ni to što je ovakva kombinacija upravo ono što vam treba za dobro započeti dan: puna je proteina i vitamina, što znači da će vas napuniti nutrijentima i čuvati od napadaja gladi.
Ako pazite na težinu, malo smanjite količinu masnoće navedenu u receptu te se suzdržite se od grickanja kruha uz ovako pripremljena jaja, no s obzirom da su im dodana vlakna u obliku špinata, koji mali komad punozrnatog kruha ipak vam neće puno škoditi.
Jaja sa špinatom i gljivama
Sastojci:
150 g špinata
50 g šampinjona
50 g gorgonzole dolce
3 žlice slatkog vrhnja (poslužit će i ono za kuhanje)
1 žličica maslinovog ulja
1 žličica maslaca
1 žličica svježeg timijana (ili pola žličice suhog)
2 jaja
1 režanj češnjaka
sol, papar
Priprema
Zagrijte maslinovo ulje i maslac, dodajte gljive narezane na ploškice pa ih pirjajte na jakoj vatri 5 minuta ili dok ne porumene. Dodajte listiće timijana i protisnuti češnjak pa promiješajte. Dodajte opran, očišćen i posušen špinat, dodajte malo soli pa kratko pirjajte dok ne povene.
Zalijte vrhnjem, dodajte pola količine sira pa dobro promiješajte.
Prebacite u manju tavu i zagrijte. Na to razbijte jaja, posolite ih i popaprite te dodajte preostali sir. Poklopite i pecite par minuta dok se jaja ne ispeku po vašem guštu. Ovaj korak možete odraditi i u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva, bez poklopca.
