Jela s mljevenim mesom mnogima su često na jelovniku jer ova je namirnica zgodna za pripremu i lako prilagodljiva različitim receptima. Jedno od popularnih jela s mljevenim mesom je pastirska pita, posebna po tome što je sloj mesa lijepo ušuškan ispod pokrivača od pire krumpira. Zbog tog detalja meso ostaje sočno, što jelo čini osobito ukusnim, no pire krumpir je mnogima na crnoj listi kao jelo koje poprilično deblja.

Istina, može ga se napraviti u nešto zdravijem izdanju, s malo manje maslaca i mlijekom umjesto vrhnja, ali to ne mijenja činjenicu da je krumpir poprilično izmrcvaren, što mu dodatno podiže glikemijski indeks te tako posljedično utječe na to da se od obroka s takvom namirnicom višedebljamo nego od, primjerice, komada mesa posluženog uz salatu ili lešo blitvu.

No i pastirska pita može se napraviti na zdraviji način i to tako da okus ne pati. Krumpir je potrebno zamijeniti cvjetačom, koja je čak i bolja od pirea kad se lijepo začini i zapeče. Pored toga, u ovom je receptu meso u zdravom društvu - u mesni toč idu još i grašak te kukuruz, što ne samo da okus jela čini primamljivijim i slađim, nego podiže količinu vlakana.

Pasirska pita s cvjetačom

Sastojci:

500 g mljevene junetine
165 g zamrznutog graška
165 g kukuruza
85 g krem sira
150 ml juhe ili tople vode
60 ml mlijeka
1 srednja glavica cvjetače
1 luk
1 mrkva
2 žlice brašna
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
sol, papar

Priprema:

Natrgajte cvhetaču na scjetiće pa ih kuhajte desetak minuta u loncu kipuće, posoljene vode. Dobro ih ocijedite pa ih potapkajte papirnatim ručnicima ili čistom kuhinjskom krpom kako biste uklonili što više suvišne tekućine pa je zgnječite gnječilicom za krumpir. Dodajte krem ​​sir i mlijeko te začinite solju i paprom i miješajte dok se potpuno ne sjedini i postane kremasto.

U velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte ulje, dodajte nasjeckani luk pa pirjajte dok ne postane mekan i staklast, dodajte češnjak i pirjajte još 3-4 minute pa dodajte mljevenu junetinu i kuhajte dok ne uhvati boju.

Zagrijte pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva.

Ocijedite masnoću, vratite tavu na vatru i umiješajte smrznuti grašak i kukuruz te kuhajte još par minuta. Posolite i popaprite te dodajte brašno i promiješajte. Kuhajte još minutu, dodajte juhu i miješajte dok se smjesa malo ne zgusne, 5 minuta.

Prebacite meso u posudu za pečenje, prekrijte ga ravnomjernim slojem pirea od cvjetače i pecite 20 minuta ili dok cvjetača ne dobije zlatnu boju.

Jela s mljevenim mesom mnogima su često na jelovniku jer ova je namirnica zgodna za pripremu i lako prilagodljiva različitim receptima. Jedno od popularnih jela s mljevenim mesom je pastirska pita, posebna po tome što je sloj mesa lijepo ušuškan ispod pokrivača od pire krumpira. Zbog tog detalja meso ostaje sočno, što jelo čini osobito ukusnim, no pire krumpir je mnogima na crnoj listi kao jelo koje poprilično deblja.

Istina, može ga se napraviti u nešto zdravijem izdanju, s malo manje maslaca i mlijekom umjesto vrhnja, ali to ne mijenja činjenicu da je krumpir poprilično izmrcvaren, što mu dodatno podiže glikemijski indeks te tako posljedično utječe na to da se od obroka s takvom namirnicom višedebljamo nego od, primjerice, komada mesa posluženog uz salatu ili lešo blitvu.

No i pastirska pita može se napraviti na zdraviji način i to tako da okus ne pati. Krumpir je potrebno zamijeniti cvjetačom, koja je čak i bolja od pirea kad se lijepo začini i zapeče. Pored toga, u ovom je receptu meso u zdravom društvu - u mesni toč idu još i grašak te kukuruz, što ne samo da okus jela čini primamljivijim i slađim, nego podiže količinu vlakana.

Pasirska pita s cvjetačom

Sastojci:

500 g mljevene junetine
165 g zamrznutog graška
165 g kukuruza
85 g krem sira
150 ml juhe ili tople vode
60 ml mlijeka
1 srednja glavica cvjetače
1 luk
1 mrkva
2 žlice brašna
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
sol, papar

Priprema:

Natrgajte cvhetaču na scjetiće pa ih kuhajte desetak minuta u loncu kipuće, posoljene vode. Dobro ih ocijedite pa ih potapkajte papirnatim ručnicima ili čistom kuhinjskom krpom kako biste uklonili što više suvišne tekućine pa je zgnječite gnječilicom za krumpir. Dodajte krem ​​sir i mlijeko te začinite solju i paprom i miješajte dok se potpuno ne sjedini i postane kremasto.

U velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte ulje, dodajte nasjeckani luk pa pirjajte dok ne postane mekan i staklast, dodajte češnjak i pirjajte još 3-4 minute pa dodajte mljevenu junetinu i kuhajte dok ne uhvati boju.

Jela s mljevenim mesom mnogima su često na jelovniku jer ova je namirnica zgodna za pripremu i lako prilagodljiva različitim receptima. Jedno od popularnih jela s mljevenim mesom je pastirska pita, posebna po tome što je sloj mesa lijepo ušuškan ispod pokrivača od pire krumpira. Zbog tog detalja meso ostaje sočno, što jelo čini osobito ukusnim, no pire krumpir je mnogima na crnoj listi kao jelo koje poprilično deblja.

Istina, može ga se napraviti u nešto zdravijem izdanju, s malo manje maslaca i mlijekom umjesto vrhnja, ali to ne mijenja činjenicu da je krumpir poprilično izmrcvaren, što mu dodatno podiže glikemijski indeks te tako posljedično utječe na to da se od obroka s takvom namirnicom višedebljamo nego od, primjerice, komada mesa posluženog uz salatu ili lešo blitvu.

No i pastirska pita može se napraviti na zdraviji način i to tako da okus ne pati. Krumpir je potrebno zamijeniti cvjetačom, koja je čak i bolja od pirea kad se lijepo začini i zapeče. Pored toga, u ovom je receptu meso u zdravom društvu - u mesni toč idu još i grašak te kukuruz, što ne samo da okus jela čini primamljivijim i slađim, nego podiže količinu vlakana.

Pasirska pita s cvjetačom

Sastojci:

500 g mljevene junetine
165 g zamrznutog graška
165 g kukuruza
85 g krem sira
150 ml juhe ili tople vode
60 ml mlijeka
1 srednja glavica cvjetače
1 luk
1 mrkva
2 žlice brašna
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
sol, papar

Priprema:

Natrgajte cvhetaču na scjetiće pa ih kuhajte desetak minuta u loncu kipuće, posoljene vode. Dobro ih ocijedite pa ih potapkajte papirnatim ručnicima ili čistom kuhinjskom krpom kako biste uklonili što više suvišne tekućine pa je zgnječite gnječilicom za krumpir. Dodajte krem ​​sir i mlijeko te začinite solju i paprom i miješajte dok se potpuno ne sjedini i postane kremasto.

U velikoj tavi na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte ulje, dodajte nasjeckani luk pa pirjajte dok ne postane mekan i staklast, dodajte češnjak i pirjajte još 3-4 minute pa dodajte mljevenu junetinu i kuhajte dok ne uhvati boju.
