Inćuni su zdrava sitna plava riba u kojoj bismo trebali uživati što ćešće. Možda bismo tako i postupali kad bi nam uvijek bili pri ruci, već pripremljeni. No i to se lako može ostvariti. Zašto ih ne biste marinirali? Puno je jednostavnije nego što zvuči, a omogućit će vam da u tim ukusnim ribicama uživate danima bez puno truda.

A kad smo već kod uživanja, kako vi zapravo najčešće jedete marinirane inćune? Vjerojatno uz čašu vina, kao što je u Dalmaciji pobičaj. No zašto ih ne biste kušali uz čašu slatkastog bijelog vermuta ili suhog sherryja, kao što to rade Španjolci kojima su inčuni ili boquerones jedan od omiljenih tapasa? Druga opcija, također španjolska je spariti marinirane inćune i pivo. Zvuči malo čudno, ali tko zna, vrijedilo bi probati...

Marinirani inćuni

Sastojci

1 kg svježih inćuna
300 ml bijelog vinskog octa
100 ml vode
100 ml maslinovog ulja
20 g soli
4 češnja češnjaka
4 grančice peršina

Priprema:

Inćunima uklonite glavu i središnju kost, pažljivo povlačeći rukama pa ih isperite. Dok ih perete uklonite im iznutrice. Stavite ih u zdjelu, dodajte hladnu vodu i sol pa ih ostavite oko sat vremena u hladnjaku kako biste izvukli svu krv i nečistoće.

Inćune potom isperite, osušite i pospremite u zamrzivač na jedan dan. Sutradan ih stavite u hladnjak na jedan sat da se odlede, pa ih stavite u staklenu ili keramičku posudu i prelijte mješavinom octa i vode. Vratite ih u hladnjak na 6 do 12 sati, ovisno o veličini.

Potom ih ocijedite od octa i isperite u hladnoj vodi. Pomiješajte nasjeckani peršin s češnjakom i maslinovim uljem pa tu smjesu prelijte preko inćuna. Pustite ih da odstoje najmanje 3 sata u marinadi prije nego što ih poslužite. Ostatak pospremite u kutiju koja se može dobro zatvoriti i čuvajte u hladnjaku do dva mjeseca.

Inćuni su zdrava sitna plava riba u kojoj bismo trebali uživati što ćešće. Možda bismo tako i postupali kad bi nam uvijek bili pri ruci, već pripremljeni. No i to se lako može ostvariti. Zašto ih ne biste marinirali? Puno je jednostavnije nego što zvuči, a omogućit će vam da u tim ukusnim ribicama uživate danima bez puno truda.

A kad smo već kod uživanja, kako vi zapravo najčešće jedete marinirane inćune? Vjerojatno uz čašu vina, kao što je u Dalmaciji pobičaj. No zašto ih ne biste kušali uz čašu slatkastog bijelog vermuta ili suhog sherryja, kao što to rade Španjolci kojima su inčuni ili boquerones jedan od omiljenih tapasa? Druga opcija, također španjolska je spariti marinirane inćune i pivo. Zvuči malo čudno, ali tko zna, vrijedilo bi probati...

Marinirani inćuni

Sastojci

1 kg svježih inćuna
300 ml bijelog vinskog octa
100 ml vode
100 ml maslinovog ulja
20 g soli
4 češnja češnjaka
4 grančice peršina

Priprema:

Inćunima uklonite glavu i središnju kost, pažljivo povlačeći rukama pa ih isperite. Dok ih perete uklonite im iznutrice. Stavite ih u zdjelu, dodajte hladnu vodu i sol pa ih ostavite oko sat vremena u hladnjaku kako biste izvukli svu krv i nečistoće.

Inćune potom isperite, osušite i pospremite u zamrzivač na jedan dan. Sutradan ih stavite u hladnjak na jedan sat da se odlede, pa ih stavite u staklenu ili keramičku posudu i prelijte mješavinom octa i vode. Vratite ih u hladnjak na 6 do 12 sati, ovisno o veličini.

Potom ih ocijedite od octa i isperite u hladnoj vodi. Pomiješajte nasjeckani peršin s češnjakom i maslinovim uljem pa tu smjesu prelijte preko inćuna. Pustite ih da odstoje najmanje 3 sata u marinadi prije nego što ih poslužite. Ostatak pospremite u kutiju koja se može dobro zatvoriti i čuvajte u hladnjaku do dva mjeseca.

Ovo je najlakši način za pripremiti inćune da vam potraju, moći ćete uživati tjednima! A jeste li ih probali ovako jesti?

Inćuni su zdrava sitna plava riba u kojoj bismo trebali uživati što ćešće. Možda bismo tako i postupali kad bi nam uvijek bili pri ruci, već pripremljeni. No i to se lako može ostvariti. Zašto ih ne biste marinirali? Puno je jednostavnije nego što zvuči, a omogućit će vam da u tim ukusnim ribicama uživate danima bez puno truda.

A kad smo već kod uživanja, kako vi zapravo najčešće jedete marinirane inćune? Vjerojatno uz čašu vina, kao što je u Dalmaciji pobičaj. No zašto ih ne biste kušali uz čašu slatkastog bijelog vermuta ili suhog sherryja, kao što to rade Španjolci kojima su inčuni ili boquerones jedan od omiljenih tapasa? Druga opcija, također španjolska je spariti marinirane inćune i pivo. Zvuči malo čudno, ali tko zna, vrijedilo bi probati...

Marinirani inćuni

Sastojci

1 kg svježih inćuna
300 ml bijelog vinskog octa
100 ml vode
100 ml maslinovog ulja
20 g soli
4 češnja češnjaka
4 grančice peršina

Priprema:

Inćunima uklonite glavu i središnju kost, pažljivo povlačeći rukama pa ih isperite. Dok ih perete uklonite im iznutrice. Stavite ih u zdjelu, dodajte hladnu vodu i sol pa ih ostavite oko sat vremena u hladnjaku kako biste izvukli svu krv i nečistoće.

Inćune potom isperite, osušite i pospremite u zamrzivač na jedan dan. Sutradan ih stavite u hladnjak na jedan sat da se odlede, pa ih stavite u staklenu ili keramičku posudu i prelijte mješavinom octa i vode. Vratite ih u hladnjak na 6 do 12 sati, ovisno o veličini.

Potom ih ocijedite od octa i isperite u hladnoj vodi. Pomiješajte nasjeckani peršin s češnjakom i maslinovim uljem pa tu smjesu prelijte preko inćuna. Pustite ih da odstoje najmanje 3 sata u marinadi prije nego što ih poslužite. Ostatak pospremite u kutiju koja se može dobro zatvoriti i čuvajte u hladnjaku do dva mjeseca.
