Ako niste baš sigurni što s njim, ovdje smo vam dali nekoliko dobrih ideja, a sad vam nudimo još jednu. Pretvorite ga u paštetu. Bit će zdravija i ukusnija od kupovne, riješit ćete se mesa s kojim ne znate što biste, a moći ćete se pohvaliti kako baš ništa od onoga što se pripremili za Uskrs nije bačeno.
Donosimo vam gurmanski recept koji vas neće razočarati, a navedene količine su pomalo fleksibilne jer će ovisiti o tome koje vrste je meso s kojim raspolažete, koliko je začinjeno, je li presušeno ili masno... Stoga je bolje početi s manjom količinom svakog varijabilnog sastojka pa po potrebi dodati još.

Ako vam je od Uskrsa preostalo i koje jaje utvrdo, malo pikantnog sira ili koji komadić šunke, i njih možete dodati navedenim sastojcima.
Nismo vam navodili začine, njih dodajte po svom guštu vodeći se onim što volite osjetiti u pašteti i što ide uz meso koje planoirate pretvoriti u taj omiljeni namaz. Ako želite, na kraju, nakon blendanja, paštetu možete obogatiti sjeckanim svježim začinskim biljem, a za malo pikantniji okus posegnite za ribanim hrenom, sjeckanim rotkvicama ili kojom kapljicom tabasca.
Gurmanska pašteta od pečenog mesa
Sastojci:
350-400 g pečenog mesa
75 g maslaca
1-2 manja kisela krastavca ili par kapara iz octa
1-2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 mrkva
1/2 stabljike celera
1-2 žlice majoneze
malo konjaka ili prošeka
sol, papar
Priprema:
Od navedene količine maslaca oduzmite žlicu-dvije pa ga stavite na tavu da se otopi. Na otopljenom maslacu prodinstajte sitno nasjeckan luk, kad postane proziran dodajte mu sitno sjeckanu mrkvu, češnjak i celer.
Kad povrće omekša sklonite ga s vatre i malo ohladite.
Sve sastojke stavite u blender, dodajte prodinstano povrće pa sve usitnite u finu pastu. Kušajte pa po potrebi dodajte još malo tekućine od krastavaca ili limunov sok, odnosno ocat.
Ako je previše gusto, dodajte još malo majoneze.
Poslužite uz prepečeni kruh.

Još niste iskoristili sve ostatke uskrsnog pečenja? Trebali biste, jer neće se još dugo dobro držati. Ako niste baš sigurni što s njim, ovdje smo vam dali nekoliko dobrih ideja, a sad vam nudimo još jednu. Pretvorite ga u paštetu. Bit će zdravija i ukusnija od kupovne, riješit ćete se mesa s kojim ne znate što biste, a moći ćete se pohvaliti kako baš ništa od onoga što se pripremili za Uskrs nije bačeno.
Donosimo vam gurmanski recept koji vas neće razočarati, a navedene količine su pomalo fleksibilne jer će ovisiti o tome koje vrste je meso s kojim raspolažete, koliko je začinjeno, je li presušeno ili masno... Stoga je bolje početi s manjom količinom svakog varijabilnog sastojka pa po potrebi dodati još.

Ako vam je od Uskrsa preostalo i koje jaje utvrdo, malo pikantnog sira ili koji komadić šunke, i njih možete dodati navedenim sastojcima.
Nismo vam navodili začine, njih dodajte po svom guštu vodeći se onim što volite osjetiti u pašteti i što ide uz meso koje planoirate pretvoriti u taj omiljeni namaz. Ako želite, na kraju, nakon blendanja, paštetu možete obogatiti sjeckanim svježim začinskim biljem, a za malo pikantniji okus posegnite za ribanim hrenom, sjeckanim rotkvicama ili kojom kapljicom tabasca.
Gurmanska pašteta od pečenog mesa
Sastojci:
350-400 g pečenog mesa
75 g maslaca
1-2 manja kisela krastavca ili par kapara iz octa
1-2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 mrkva
1/2 stabljike celera
1-2 žlice majoneze
malo konjaka ili prošeka
sol, papar
Priprema:
Od navedene količine maslaca oduzmite žlicu-dvije pa ga stavite na tavu da se otopi. Na otopljenom maslacu prodinstajte sitno nasjeckan luk, kad postane proziran dodajte mu sitno sjeckanu mrkvu, češnjak i celer.
Kad povrće omekša sklonite ga s vatre i malo ohladite.
Sve sastojke stavite u blender, dodajte prodinstano povrće pa sve usitnite u finu pastu. Kušajte pa po potrebi dodajte još malo tekućine od krastavaca ili limunov sok, odnosno ocat.
Ako je previše gusto, dodajte još malo majoneze.
Poslužite uz prepečeni kruh.
