Ako ste u stisci s vremenom, a mori vas glad, mogli viste se naći na muci što brzinski skuhati. Odmah ćemo vam riješiti problem, barem što se ideje tiče. Nudimo recept za jelo gotovo za manje od pola sata. Nije riječ o nikakvoj salatici ili sendviču, u pitanju je pravo jelo, toplo i krepko, "na žlicu". Počnite rezati kupus i pancetu, za čas ćete imati spreman ručak...

Varivo s pancetom i kupusom

Sastojci: 

150 g riže
150 g pancete
1/4 glave kupusa
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žlica mješavine začina
1 žlica brašna
naribani parmezan
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Kupus narežite na trakice, pancetu na kockice.

U srrdnje veliku posudu za kuhanje stavite malo ulja pa stavite kupus da se pirja. Kad malo omekša dodajte mu pancetu i rižu pa kratko pirjajte dok se panceta ne otopi, a tiža upije masnoću.

Dodajte koncentrat rajčice, promiješajte, a čim počne hvatati boju sve zalijte toplom vodom, toliko da pokrije kupus. Dodajte sol, papar i začine pa poklopite i pustite da se kuha na srednje jakoj vatri 20-ak minuta, odnosno dok riža nije gotova.

Pred sam kraj pomiješajte brašno s vodom i dodajte u lonac. Promiješajte i pustite da zakuha pa ugasite za minut-dvije. Dodajte i parmezan pa promiješajte i poslužite.

Ako ste u stisci s vremenom, a mori vas glad, mogli viste se naći na muci što brzinski skuhati. Odmah ćemo vam riješiti problem, barem što se ideje tiče. Nudimo recept za jelo gotovo za manje od pola sata. Nije riječ o nikakvoj salatici ili sendviču, u pitanju je pravo jelo, toplo i krepko, "na žlicu". Počnite rezati kupus i pancetu, za čas ćete imati spreman ručak...

Varivo s pancetom i kupusom

Sastojci: 

150 g riže
150 g pancete
1/4 glave kupusa
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žlica mješavine začina
1 žlica brašna
naribani parmezan
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Kupus narežite na trakice, pancetu na kockice.

U srrdnje veliku posudu za kuhanje stavite malo ulja pa stavite kupus da se pirja. Kad malo omekša dodajte mu pancetu i rižu pa kratko pirjajte dok se panceta ne otopi, a tiža upije masnoću.

Dodajte koncentrat rajčice, promiješajte, a čim počne hvatati boju sve zalijte toplom vodom, toliko da pokrije kupus. Dodajte sol, papar i začine pa poklopite i pustite da se kuha na srednje jakoj vatri 20-ak minuta, odnosno dok riža nije gotova.

Pred sam kraj pomiješajte brašno s vodom i dodajte u lonac. Promiješajte i pustite da zakuha pa ugasite za minut-dvije. Dodajte i parmezan pa promiješajte i poslužite.

Ako ste u stisci s vremenom, a mori vas glad, mogli viste se naći na muci što brzinski skuhati. Odmah ćemo vam riješiti problem, barem što se ideje tiče. Nudimo recept za jelo gotovo za manje od pola sata. Nije riječ o nikakvoj salatici ili sendviču, u pitanju je pravo jelo, toplo i krepko, "na žlicu". Počnite rezati kupus i pancetu, za čas ćete imati spreman ručak...

Varivo s pancetom i kupusom

Sastojci: 

150 g riže
150 g pancete
1/4 glave kupusa
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žlica mješavine začina
1 žlica brašna
naribani parmezan
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Kupus narežite na trakice, pancetu na kockice.

U srrdnje veliku posudu za kuhanje stavite malo ulja pa stavite kupus da se pirja. Kad malo omekša dodajte mu pancetu i rižu pa kratko pirjajte dok se panceta ne otopi, a tiža upije masnoću.

Dodajte koncentrat rajčice, promiješajte, a čim počne hvatati boju sve zalijte toplom vodom, toliko da pokrije kupus. Dodajte sol, papar i začine pa poklopite i pustite da se kuha na srednje jakoj vatri 20-ak minuta, odnosno dok riža nije gotova.

Pred sam kraj pomiješajte brašno s vodom i dodajte u lonac. Promiješajte i pustite da zakuha pa ugasite za minut-dvije. Dodajte i parmezan pa promiješajte i poslužite.
