Nemate pojma što biste mogli za ručak? Razmotrite naš prijedlog, jer stvarno je dobar. Ne znamo koliko vam je poznata mađarska kuhinja, ali vjerojatno znate da se naši susjedi mogu pohvaliti brojnim vrlo ukusnim jelima. Za jedno od takvih možda još niste čuli, a zove se Zöldborsó Főzelék, u prijevodu nešto kao varivo od graška.
Posebnost mu je u tome što se radi uz dodatak mlijeka i kiselog vrhnja, a prirodna slatkoća graška dodatno se naglašava dodatkom žličice šećera.
To fino varivo često poslužuju uz svoju verziju polpeta od mesa koaje nazivaju jednostavno Fasir, a one su posebne po tome što sadrže stari kruh, za mekoću i rahlost, te slatku mljevenu papriku, za još bolji okus.

Zöldborsó Főzelék
Sastojci:
400 g graška
120 ml mlijeka
100 ml kiselog vrhnja
2 žlice maslaca
1 žlica brašna
1 žličica ulja
1 žličica šećera
1/2 žličice soli
prstohvat mljevene paprike
svježi peršin
Priprema:
Zagrijte ulje, otopite pola količine maslaca, dodajte grašak, pa pospite brašnom i miješajte 3 minute. Ulijte mlijeko, začinite solju, paprom i šećerom pa pustite da zavrije, a zatim smanjite vatru i kuhajte 15-ak minuta, dok grašak ne omekša.
Maknite s vatre pa dodajte ostatak maslaca, kiselo vrhnje i nasjeckani peršin te dobro promiješajte. Probajte treba li još začina pa poslužite.

250 g mljevene junetine
250 g mljevene svinjetine
1 kriška kruha od jučer
1 luk
1 režanj češnjaka
1 jaje
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice slatke mljevene paprike
sol, papar
krušne mrvice
ulje za prženje
Priprema:
Namočite kruh u vodi pa ga ocijedite, a zatim ga natrgajte na komadiće. Dodajte ih mesu, ubacite nasjeckani luk i češnjak, jaje i začine pa dobro promiješajte i oblikujte okruglice. Spljoštite ih dlanom pa ih s obje strane umočite u krušne mrvice.
Zagrijte ulje zagrije pa pržite polpete oko 5 minuta sa svake strane. Trebale bi biti hrskave. Pustite ih da se malo ocijede na kuhinjskom papiru pa ih poslužite uz varivo od graška.

Nemate pojma što biste mogli za ručak? Razmotrite naš prijedlog, jer stvarno je dobar. Ne znamo koliko vam je poznata mađarska kuhinja, ali vjerojatno znate da se naši susjedi mogu pohvaliti brojnim vrlo ukusnim jelima. Za jedno od takvih možda još niste čuli, a zove se Zöldborsó Főzelék, u prijevodu nešto kao varivo od graška.
Posebnost mu je u tome što se radi uz dodatak mlijeka i kiselog vrhnja, a prirodna slatkoća graška dodatno se naglašava dodatkom žličice šećera.
To fino varivo često poslužuju uz svoju verziju polpeta od mesa koaje nazivaju jednostavno Fasir, a one su posebne po tome što sadrže stari kruh, za mekoću i rahlost, te slatku mljevenu papriku, za još bolji okus.

Zöldborsó Főzelék
Sastojci:
400 g graška
120 ml mlijeka
100 ml kiselog vrhnja
2 žlice maslaca
1 žlica brašna
1 žličica ulja
1 žličica šećera
1/2 žličice soli
prstohvat mljevene paprike
svježi peršin
Priprema:
Zagrijte ulje, otopite pola količine maslaca, dodajte grašak, pa pospite brašnom i miješajte 3 minute. Ulijte mlijeko, začinite solju, paprom i šećerom pa pustite da zavrije, a zatim smanjite vatru i kuhajte 15-ak minuta, dok grašak ne omekša.
Maknite s vatre pa dodajte ostatak maslaca, kiselo vrhnje i nasjeckani peršin te dobro promiješajte. Probajte treba li još začina pa poslužite.

Sastojci
250 g mljevene junetine
250 g mljevene svinjetine
1 kriška kruha od jučer
1 luk
1 režanj češnjaka
1 jaje
1 žlica nasjeckanog peršina
1/2 žličice slatke mljevene paprike
sol, papar
krušne mrvice
ulje za prženje
Priprema:
Namočite kruh u vodi pa ga ocijedite, a zatim ga natrgajte na komadiće. Dodajte ih mesu, ubacite nasjeckani luk i češnjak, jaje i začine pa dobro promiješajte i oblikujte okruglice. Spljoštite ih dlanom pa ih s obje strane umočite u krušne mrvice.
Zagrijte ulje zagrije pa pržite polpete oko 5 minuta sa svake strane. Trebale bi biti hrskave. Pustite ih da se malo ocijede na kuhinjskom papiru pa ih poslužite uz varivo od graška.
