U posljednje vrijeme svi su, čini nam se, zabavljeni istom zanimacijom. Pečenjem krafni. Koju god društvenu mrežu smatrate pokazateljem onoga što je trenutno u điru, pogledate li svježije objave zaključit ćete isto što i mi. Među brojnim fotografijama, video zapisima i receptima na temu domaćih krafni jedna nam je osobito privukla pažnju jer krafnice koje prikazuje izgledaju kao da su naslikane. Toliko su savršene.  A okus? Pa, s obzirom na to tko ih je pekao ne sumnjamo da su izvrsne.

Pronašli smo ih na profilu Nine Bedrice, dalmatinske gastroblogerice iza Instagram profila Slatka iskušenja koja nam stalno "vadi mast" primamljivim objavama. Dopustila nam je da vam prenesemo recept, čija je posebnost u tome što se tijesto diže nekoliko sati, u hladnjaku. Kako smo već jako zavoljeli kruh koji se priprema po istom principu, čini nam se da Nina ima jak dobar recept...

Krafne

Sastojci:

500 g brašna
1 suhi kvasac
40 g šećera
prstohvat soli
130 g otopljenog maslaca
200 ml mlakog mlijeka
1 jaje
2 žumanjka
1 žlica ruma
korica 1 naranče
ulje za prženje
punjenje po želji

Priprema:

Sve sastojke stavite u posudu i miksajte nastavcima za tijesto, dok se smjesa ne počne odvajati od posude. Tijesto zatim izvadite na radnu plohu i još ga malo premijesite. Nemojte dodavati brašno.

Prekrijte posudu plastičnom folijom i ušuškajte tijesto da mu bude toplo. Ja uvijek ih radim predvečer tako da moje idu na spavanje preko noći. Znači, kad se tijesto udvostručilo, premijesite ga i vratite u posudu (prekriti folijom) i neka bude u hladnjaku.

Ujutro izvadite tijesto od kojeg odmah odvajate komadiće teške oko 60 g i te ih oblikujte u kuglice (vrtite ih po radnoj plohi da se pretvore u glatke loptice). Dobit ćete oko 16 srednje velikih krafni.

Pripremljene kuglice stavite u plitki pleh obložen komadima papira za pečenje i prekrijte ih dubljim plehom ili ih dobro ušuškajte na neki drugi način.

Ako je u prostoriji toplo i imate vremena, pustite ih da se udvostruče ili malo ubrzajte ako ih stavite u pećnicu na 50°C da se dižu, ali pripazite da su joj vrata odškrinuta.

Tek kad se udvostruče spremne su za prženje. Stavite ih u ulje zajedno s papirom jer su tako pahuljaste i lagane kad se dignu da će se lako spljoštiti budete li ih premještali rukama. U ulje ih spuštajte tako da gornja strana ide prva u ulje, poklopite posudu poklopcem (super ako je proziran da vidite krafnice) i nakon oko dvije minute (pazite na vatru, ne smije biti prejaka) okrenite krafne i pržite ih još minutu-dvije bez poklopca. Vadite ih na ubrus, uvaljajte u šećer ili punite po želji.

Ponavljajte postupak dok ne ispržite sve krafne

Ako krafne ne planirate ostaviti da se dižu u hladnjaku, samo preskočite taj korak u pripremi i nakon prvog dizanja ih premijesite, oblikujte kuglice i pustite ih da se dižu kako je već opisano.

Toliko su savršene.  A okus? Pa, s obzirom na to tko ih je pekao ne sumnjamo da su izvrsne.

Pronašli smo ih na profilu Nine Bedrice, dalmatinske gastroblogerice iza Instagram profila Slatka iskušenja koja nam stalno "vadi mast" primamljivim objavama. Dopustila nam je da vam prenesemo recept, čija je posebnost u tome što se tijesto diže nekoliko sati, u hladnjaku. Kako smo već jako zavoljeli kruh koji se priprema po istom principu, čini nam se da Nina ima jak dobar recept...

Krafne

Sastojci:

500 g brašna
1 suhi kvasac
40 g šećera
prstohvat soli
130 g otopljenog maslaca
200 ml mlakog mlijeka
1 jaje
2 žumanjka
1 žlica ruma
korica 1 naranče
ulje za prženje
punjenje po želji

Priprema:

Sve sastojke stavite u posudu i miksajte nastavcima za tijesto, dok se smjesa ne počne odvajati od posude. Tijesto zatim izvadite na radnu plohu i još ga malo premijesite. Nemojte dodavati brašno.

Prekrijte posudu plastičnom folijom i ušuškajte tijesto da mu bude toplo. Ja uvijek ih radim predvečer tako da moje idu na spavanje preko noći. Znači, kad se tijesto udvostručilo, premijesite ga i vratite u posudu (prekriti folijom) i neka bude u hladnjaku.

Ujutro izvadite tijesto od kojeg odmah odvajate komadiće teške oko 60 g i te ih oblikujte u kuglice (vrtite ih po radnoj plohi da se pretvore u glatke loptice). Dobit ćete oko 16 srednje velikih krafni.

Pripremljene kuglice stavite u plitki pleh obložen komadima papira za pečenje i prekrijte ih dubljim plehom ili ih dobro ušuškajte na neki drugi način.

Ako je u prostoriji toplo i imate vremena, pustite ih da se udvostruče ili malo ubrzajte ako ih stavite u pećnicu na 50°C da se dižu, ali pripazite da su joj vrata odškrinuta.

Tek kad se udvostruče spremne su za prženje. Stavite ih u ulje zajedno s papirom jer su tako pahuljaste i lagane kad se dignu da će se lako spljoštiti budete li ih premještali rukama. U ulje ih spuštajte tako da gornja strana ide prva u ulje, poklopite posudu poklopcem (super ako je proziran da vidite krafnice) i nakon oko dvije minute (pazite na vatru, ne smije biti prejaka) okrenite krafne i pržite ih još minutu-dvije bez poklopca. Vadite ih na ubrus, uvaljajte u šećer ili punite po želji.

Ponavljajte postupak dok ne ispržite sve krafne

Ako krafne ne planirate ostaviti da se dižu u hladnjaku, samo preskočite taj korak u pripremi i nakon prvog dizanja ih premijesite, oblikujte kuglice i pustite ih da se dižu kako je već opisano.

U posljednje vrijeme svi su, čini nam se, zabavljeni istom zanimacijom. Pečenjem krafni. Koju god društvenu mrežu smatrate pokazateljem onoga što je trenutno u điru, pogledate li svježije objave zaključit ćete isto što i mi. Među brojnim fotografijama, video zapisima i receptima na temu domaćih krafni jedna nam je osobito privukla pažnju jer krafnice koje prikazuje izgledaju kao da su naslikane.
