Gin Tonic jedno je od najpopularnijih ljetnih pića, ali zašto ga samo piti kad možemo uživati u idealnom i ukusnom desertu, spajajući najbolje od dva svijeta? Priprema je vrlo jednostavna, a odlična stvar je što je recept bez pečenja - nema sumnje da ćete ovim idealnim ljetnim desertom oduševiti ekipu! Recept je klasika, uz dodatak omiljenog koktela, stoga ovaj desert nije za mlađe od 18. Nakon što ga pripremite od navedenih sastojaka, prepustite se svojoj kreativnost i ukrasite tortu kriškama citrusnog voća ili po želji.

Gin Tonic Cheesecake 

Tijesto:

280 g McVitie’s Digestive keksa 
90 g maslaca

Krema:

375 g sirnog namaza
200 g milerama
400 g slatkog vrhnja
10 g želatine u prahu
100 g šećera u prahu
110 ml gin - tonica

Priprema:

Usitnite kekse i s njima pomiješajte maslac. Kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje i na njega utisnite smjesu keksa i maslaca. Otprilike tri do četiri žlice usitnjenih keksa odvojite kako biste kasnije posuli u sredini i torte i iskoristili za dekoraciju. Kalup s tijestom stavite u hladnjak da se smjesa dobro stegne.

Želaiinu otopite u hladnoj vodi.*Dovoljno je samo nekoliko žlica vode. Polovicu slatkog vrhnja zagrijte i u njemu otopite želatinu. Sirni namaz, mileram i šećer miksajte dok ne dobijete pjenastu smjesu, a onda dodajte gin-tonic. Ponovno sve izmiješajte i ravnomjerno nanesite na tijesto. 

Ostatak slatkog vrhnja istucite u šlag te pažljivo nanesite na kraju. Tortu stavite na hlađenje. Potrebno je barem sat vremena prije serviranja. Prije serviranja je dekorirajte kriškama limete, a potom uživajte u druženju i ljetnom kolaču.

Gin Tonic jedno je od najpopularnijih ljetnih pića, ali zašto ga samo piti kad možemo uživati u idealnom i ukusnom desertu, spajajući najbolje od dva svijeta? Priprema je vrlo jednostavna, a odlična stvar je što je recept bez pečenja - nema sumnje da ćete ovim idealnim ljetnim desertom oduševiti ekipu! Recept je klasika, uz dodatak omiljenog koktela, stoga ovaj desert nije za mlađe od 18. Nakon što ga pripremite od navedenih sastojaka, prepustite se svojoj kreativnost i ukrasite tortu kriškama citrusnog voća ili po želji.

Gin Tonic Cheesecake 

Tijesto:

280 g McVitie’s Digestive keksa 
90 g maslaca

Krema:

375 g sirnog namaza
200 g milerama
400 g slatkog vrhnja
10 g želatine u prahu
100 g šećera u prahu
110 ml gin - tonica

Priprema:

Usitnite kekse i s njima pomiješajte maslac. Kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje i na njega utisnite smjesu keksa i maslaca. Otprilike tri do četiri žlice usitnjenih keksa odvojite kako biste kasnije posuli u sredini i torte i iskoristili za dekoraciju. Kalup s tijestom stavite u hladnjak da se smjesa dobro stegne.

Želaiinu otopite u hladnoj vodi.*Dovoljno je samo nekoliko žlica vode. Polovicu slatkog vrhnja zagrijte i u njemu otopite želatinu. Sirni namaz, mileram i šećer miksajte dok ne dobijete pjenastu smjesu, a onda dodajte gin-tonic. Ponovno sve izmiješajte i ravnomjerno nanesite na tijesto. 

Ostatak slatkog vrhnja istucite u šlag te pažljivo nanesite na kraju. Tortu stavite na hlađenje. Potrebno je barem sat vremena prije serviranja. Prije serviranja je dekorirajte kriškama limete, a potom uživajte u druženju i ljetnom kolaču.

Gin Tonic jedno je od najpopularnijih ljetnih pića, ali zašto ga samo piti kad možemo uživati u idealnom i ukusnom desertu, spajajući najbolje od dva svijeta? Priprema je vrlo jednostavna, a odlična stvar je što je recept bez pečenja - nema sumnje da ćete ovim idealnim ljetnim desertom oduševiti ekipu! Recept je klasika, uz dodatak omiljenog koktela, stoga ovaj desert nije za mlađe od 18. Nakon što ga pripremite od navedenih sastojaka, prepustite se svojoj kreativnost i ukrasite tortu kriškama citrusnog voća ili po želji.

Gin Tonic Cheesecake 

Tijesto:

280 g McVitie’s Digestive keksa 
90 g maslaca

Krema:

375 g sirnog namaza
200 g milerama
400 g slatkog vrhnja
10 g želatine u prahu
100 g šećera u prahu
110 ml gin - tonica

Priprema:

Usitnite kekse i s njima pomiješajte maslac. Kalup za tortu obložite papirom za pečenje i na njega utisnite smjesu keksa i maslaca. Otprilike tri do četiri žlice usitnjenih keksa odvojite kako biste kasnije posuli u sredini i torte i iskoristili za dekoraciju. Kalup s tijestom stavite u hladnjak da se smjesa dobro stegne.

Želaiinu otopite u hladnoj vodi.*Dovoljno je samo nekoliko žlica vode. Polovicu slatkog vrhnja zagrijte i u njemu otopite želatinu. Sirni namaz, mileram i šećer miksajte dok ne dobijete pjenastu smjesu, a onda dodajte gin-tonic. Ponovno sve izmiješajte i ravnomjerno nanesite na tijesto. 

Ostatak slatkog vrhnja istucite u šlag te pažljivo nanesite na kraju. Tortu stavite na hlađenje. Potrebno je barem sat vremena prije serviranja. Prije serviranja je dekorirajte kriškama limete, a potom uživajte u druženju i ljetnom kolaču.
