Neki su karatker, neki nisu. Oni prvi odlučili su jesti zdrave stvari za doručak pa svake večeri ili jutra, ovino o receptu i potrebi za spavanjem, mute kašice, namaču sjemenčice, blendaju smoothieje... A oni drugi na putu prema svom jutarnjem odredištu samo svrate u pekaru. Pogodite koji će od njih biti zadovoljni svojim odrazom u ogledaku kad dođe ljeto?

Srećom, postoji i srednji put. Moguće je uživati u pekarskim proizvodima pa svejedno stati u lanjski kupaći kostim i zadržati zdravu probavu te se namiriti vitaminima. Samo trebate početi peći svoja peciva i to po dobrim receptima koji kombiniraju kvalitetne namirnice.

Mi smo upravo naišli na super recept za fino proteinsko pecivo, puno svježeg sira, koje se u originalu radi sa pšeničnim, ali rekli bismo da je itekako izvedivo i s pirovim brašnom. Pronašli smo ga na Instagramu Željanine čarolije, gdje ćete pronaći još puno lipih stvari, a uz Željanino dopuštenje vam ga prenosimo.

Štapići sa sirom

Sastojci:

300 g svježeg sira
2 jaja
3 žlice ulja
2 čaše brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
1 žličica soli

Priprema:

Pomiješajte jaja, ulje i sir, odvojeno pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol pa ih dodajte smjesi sa sirom. Zamijesite tijesto koje se ne lijepi za prste Ukoliko je potrebno, dodajte malo brašna.

Razvaljajte tijesto pa ga narežiteb na štapiće te ih uvrnite da postanu valoviti. Možete rezati i druge oblike po želji.

Pecite10-ak minuta na 200 stupnjeva.

Neki su karatker, neki nisu. Oni prvi odlučili su jesti zdrave stvari za doručak pa svake večeri ili jutra, ovino o receptu i potrebi za spavanjem, mute kašice, namaču sjemenčice, blendaju smoothieje... A oni drugi na putu prema svom jutarnjem odredištu samo svrate u pekaru. Pogodite koji će od njih biti zadovoljni svojim odrazom u ogledaku kad dođe ljeto?

Srećom, postoji i srednji put. Moguće je uživati u pekarskim proizvodima pa svejedno stati u lanjski kupaći kostim i zadržati zdravu probavu te se namiriti vitaminima. Samo trebate početi peći svoja peciva i to po dobrim receptima koji kombiniraju kvalitetne namirnice.

Mi smo upravo naišli na super recept za fino proteinsko pecivo, puno svježeg sira, koje se u originalu radi sa pšeničnim, ali rekli bismo da je itekako izvedivo i s pirovim brašnom. Pronašli smo ga na Instagramu Željanine čarolije, gdje ćete pronaći još puno lipih stvari, a uz Željanino dopuštenje vam ga prenosimo.

Štapići sa sirom

Sastojci:

300 g svježeg sira
2 jaja
3 žlice ulja
2 čaše brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
1 žličica soli

Priprema:

Pomiješajte jaja, ulje i sir, odvojeno pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol pa ih dodajte smjesi sa sirom. Zamijesite tijesto koje se ne lijepi za prste Ukoliko je potrebno, dodajte malo brašna.

Neki su karatker, neki nisu. Oni prvi odlučili su jesti zdrave stvari za doručak pa svake večeri ili jutra, ovino o receptu i potrebi za spavanjem, mute kašice, namaču sjemenčice, blendaju smoothieje... A oni drugi na putu prema svom jutarnjem odredištu samo svrate u pekaru. Pogodite koji će od njih biti zadovoljni svojim odrazom u ogledaku kad dođe ljeto?

Srećom, postoji i srednji put. Moguće je uživati u pekarskim proizvodima pa svejedno stati u lanjski kupaći kostim i zadržati zdravu probavu te se namiriti vitaminima. Samo trebate početi peći svoja peciva i to po dobrim receptima koji kombiniraju kvalitetne namirnice.

Mi smo upravo naišli na super recept za fino proteinsko pecivo, puno svježeg sira, koje se u originalu radi sa pšeničnim, ali rekli bismo da je itekako izvedivo i s pirovim brašnom. Pronašli smo ga na Instagramu Željanine čarolije, gdje ćete pronaći još puno lipih stvari, a uz Željanino dopuštenje vam ga prenosimo.

Štapići sa sirom

Sastojci:

300 g svježeg sira
2 jaja
3 žlice ulja
2 čaše brašna
1 prašak za pecivo
1 žličica soli

Priprema:

Pomiješajte jaja, ulje i sir, odvojeno pomiješajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i sol pa ih dodajte smjesi sa sirom. Zamijesite tijesto koje se ne lijepi za prste Ukoliko je potrebno, dodajte malo brašna.

Razvaljajte tijesto pa ga narežiteb na štapiće te ih uvrnite da postanu valoviti. Možete rezati i druge oblike po želji.
