Zdrave mahunarke poput leće trebale bi nam se češće naći na jelovniku jer ne samo da su ekonomične, uvijek dostupne, dugog roka upotrebe i jednostavne za pripremu nego mogu biti vrlo ukusne, ako ih znate dobro pripremiti. Nije na odmet ni to što su izvrstan izvor proteina, folata, mangana, bakra i vitamina B1 te doprinose snižavanju razine šećera u krvi i zdravlju probavnog sustava za koji je posebno važna jer je blagotvorna za crijeva i crijevnu flore.

U skladu sa svim navedenim, predlažemo vam da što prije, po mogućnosti već danas, pripremite varivo od leće. Recept je prilagodljiv pa će oni koji izbjegavaju meso taj dodatak lako izostaviti, dok će oni koji ga nemaju razloga ili želje izbaciti uživati "sve u šesnajst".

Varivo od leće

Sastojci:

500 g leće
2 mrkve
2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 krumpir
1 stabljika celera
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žličica suhog timijana
1 prstohvat kima
dimljena rebra ili drugo suho meso po izboru
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Leću potopite u hladnu vodu kojoj možete dodati malo soli.

Suho meso operite, po potrebi malo ostružite nečistoće pa ga stavite kuhati u hladnu vodu. Nakon što voda uzavre, kuhajte 15-ak minuta pa promijenite vodu te kuhajte dok meso ne omekša.

Kad je meso pri kraju, na ulju prodinstajte usitnjeni luk. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu nasjeckani češnjak, kratko pirjajte pa dodajte mrkvu i celer narezane na kockice pa pirjajte dok ne ne ishlapi gotovo sva tekućina. Dodajte koncentrat rajčice te dinstajte uz miješanje dok koncentrat ne potamni pa zalijte s otprilike 150 ml vode u kojoj se kuha meso (oni koji izbjegavaju meso mogu koristiti zagrijani povrtni temeljac).

Promiješajte pa dodajte leću, začine i još malo vode od kuhanja mesa te zalijte s onoliko tople vode koliko je potrebno da su svi sastojci pokriveni. Kuhajte dok leća nije napola skuhana uz povremeno dolijevanje vode, zatim dodajte krumpir te kuhajte dok leća i krumpir nisu gotovi.

Provjerite treba li još malo soli, dodajte papar i očišćeno suho meso ako ga koristite te poslužite.

Zdrave mahunarke poput leće trebale bi nam se češće naći na jelovniku jer ne samo da su ekonomične, uvijek dostupne, dugog roka upotrebe i jednostavne za pripremu nego mogu biti vrlo ukusne, ako ih znate dobro pripremiti. Nije na odmet ni to što su izvrstan izvor proteina, folata, mangana, bakra i vitamina B1 te doprinose snižavanju razine šećera u krvi i zdravlju probavnog sustava za koji je posebno važna jer je blagotvorna za crijeva i crijevnu flore.

U skladu sa svim navedenim, predlažemo vam da što prije, po mogućnosti već danas, pripremite varivo od leće. Recept je prilagodljiv pa će oni koji izbjegavaju meso taj dodatak lako izostaviti, dok će oni koji ga nemaju razloga ili želje izbaciti uživati "sve u šesnajst".

Varivo od leće

Sastojci:

500 g leće
2 mrkve
2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 krumpir
1 stabljika celera
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žličica suhog timijana
1 prstohvat kima
dimljena rebra ili drugo suho meso po izboru
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Leću potopite u hladnu vodu kojoj možete dodati malo soli.

Suho meso operite, po potrebi malo ostružite nečistoće pa ga stavite kuhati u hladnu vodu. Nakon što voda uzavre, kuhajte 15-ak minuta pa promijenite vodu te kuhajte dok meso ne omekša.

Kad je meso pri kraju, na ulju prodinstajte usitnjeni luk. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu nasjeckani češnjak, kratko pirjajte pa dodajte mrkvu i celer narezane na kockice pa pirjajte dok ne ne ishlapi gotovo sva tekućina. Dodajte koncentrat rajčice te dinstajte uz miješanje dok koncentrat ne potamni pa zalijte s otprilike 150 ml vode u kojoj se kuha meso (oni koji izbjegavaju meso mogu koristiti zagrijani povrtni temeljac).

Promiješajte pa dodajte leću, začine i još malo vode od kuhanja mesa te zalijte s onoliko tople vode koliko je potrebno da su svi sastojci pokriveni. Kuhajte dok leća nije napola skuhana uz povremeno dolijevanje vode, zatim dodajte krumpir te kuhajte dok leća i krumpir nisu gotovi.

Provjerite treba li još malo soli, dodajte papar i očišćeno suho meso ako ga koristite te poslužite.

Zdrave mahunarke poput leće trebale bi nam se češće naći na jelovniku jer ne samo da su ekonomične, uvijek dostupne, dugog roka upotrebe i jednostavne za pripremu nego mogu biti vrlo ukusne, ako ih znate dobro pripremiti. Nije na odmet ni to što su izvrstan izvor proteina, folata, mangana, bakra i vitamina B1 te doprinose snižavanju razine šećera u krvi i zdravlju probavnog sustava za koji je posebno važna jer je blagotvorna za crijeva i crijevnu flore.

U skladu sa svim navedenim, predlažemo vam da što prije, po mogućnosti već danas, pripremite varivo od leće. Recept je prilagodljiv pa će oni koji izbjegavaju meso taj dodatak lako izostaviti, dok će oni koji ga nemaju razloga ili želje izbaciti uživati "sve u šesnajst".

Varivo od leće

Sastojci:

500 g leće
2 mrkve
2 režnja češnjaka
1 luk
1 krumpir
1 stabljika celera
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
1 žličica suhog timijana
1 prstohvat kima
dimljena rebra ili drugo suho meso po izboru
ulje
sol, papar

Priprema:

Leću potopite u hladnu vodu kojoj možete dodati malo soli.

Suho meso operite, po potrebi malo ostružite nečistoće pa ga stavite kuhati u hladnu vodu. Nakon što voda uzavre, kuhajte 15-ak minuta pa promijenite vodu te kuhajte dok meso ne omekša.

Kad je meso pri kraju, na ulju prodinstajte usitnjeni luk. Kad postane staklast dodajte mu nasjeckani češnjak, kratko pirjajte pa dodajte mrkvu i celer narezane na kockice pa pirjajte dok ne ne ishlapi gotovo sva tekućina. Dodajte koncentrat rajčice te dinstajte uz miješanje dok koncentrat ne potamni pa zalijte s otprilike 150 ml vode u kojoj se kuha meso (oni koji izbjegavaju meso mogu koristiti zagrijani povrtni temeljac).

Promiješajte pa dodajte leću, začine i još malo vode od kuhanja mesa te zalijte s onoliko tople vode koliko je potrebno da su svi sastojci pokriveni. Kuhajte dok leća nije napola skuhana uz povremeno dolijevanje vode, zatim dodajte krumpir te kuhajte dok leća i krumpir nisu gotovi.

Provjerite treba li još malo soli, dodajte papar i očišćeno suho meso ako ga koristite te poslužite.
