Ljeti sve sve puno brže kvari, pa tako i meso, a osobito je delikatna piletina. Ako ste naišli na piletinu na akciji pa je kupili u većoj količini, možda ste naumili dio mesa zamrznuti. Pri tome bi vam bilo dobro znati koliko piletina može izdržati u hladnjaku, a koliko u zamrzivaču.

Problem s piletinom je u tome što čak i kad je poptuno svježa na površini nosi bakterije poput salmonela koje samo čekaju povoljan trenutak da se razmnože. Što meso dulje stoji -  to će na njemu biti više bakterija. Kako bi se bakterije razmnožile u što manjoj mjeri, meso čim prije nakon što ste ga kupili pospremite u hladnjak, a nakon toga se pridržavajte navedenog roka uporabe. 

No to nije dovoljno. Kako biste bili sigurni da je meso ispravno za konzumaciju, obratite pažnju na znakove za uzbunu, no o tome malo kasnije. Najprije ćemo vas upozoriti da je piletinu uputno, bez obzira što je rok naveden na pakiranju možda nešto dulji, potrošiti u roku od dva dana. Ako shvatite da ga nećete potrošiti, što prije ga zamrznite.

A sad natrag na znakove za uzbunu. Prvi je neugodan miris, jer to je pouzdan znak da su se bakterije razmnožile. Drugi je pomalo odvratan detalj da je meso na dodir postalo ljepljivo. Treći je promjena boje - piletina bi trebala biti blijedo ružičasta.

Ako je propisno zamrznuta, piletina u ledu može biti sigurna poprilično dugo, a koliko točno to će ovisiti i od pozicije. Cijelo pile može se očuvati i do godinu dana, dijelovi do 9 mjeseci. Pileće iznutrice i mljeveno meso imaju znatno kraći rok u zamrzivaču: samo 3 do 4 mjeseca.

Ljeti sve sve puno brže kvari, pa tako i meso, a osobito je delikatna piletina. Ako ste naišli na piletinu na akciji pa je kupili u većoj količini, možda ste naumili dio mesa zamrznuti. Pri tome bi vam bilo dobro znati koliko piletina može izdržati u hladnjaku, a koliko u zamrzivaču.

Problem s piletinom je u tome što čak i kad je poptuno svježa na površini nosi bakterije poput salmonela koje samo čekaju povoljan trenutak da se razmnože. Što meso dulje stoji -  to će na njemu biti više bakterija. Kako bi se bakterije razmnožile u što manjoj mjeri, meso čim prije nakon što ste ga kupili pospremite u hladnjak, a nakon toga se pridržavajte navedenog roka uporabe. 

No to nije dovoljno. Kako biste bili sigurni da je meso ispravno za konzumaciju, obratite pažnju na znakove za uzbunu, no o tome malo kasnije. Najprije ćemo vas upozoriti da je piletinu uputno, bez obzira što je rok naveden na pakiranju možda nešto dulji, potrošiti u roku od dva dana. Ako shvatite da ga nećete potrošiti, što prije ga zamrznite.

A sad natrag na znakove za uzbunu. Prvi je neugodan miris, jer to je pouzdan znak da su se bakterije razmnožile. Drugi je pomalo odvratan detalj da je meso na dodir postalo ljepljivo. Treći je promjena boje - piletina bi trebala biti blijedo ružičasta.

Ako je propisno zamrznuta, piletina u ledu može biti sigurna poprilično dugo, a koliko točno to će ovisiti i od pozicije. Cijelo pile može se očuvati i do godinu dana, dijelovi do 9 mjeseci. Pileće iznutrice i mljeveno meso imaju znatno kraći rok u zamrzivaču: samo 3 do 4 mjeseca.

Ljeti sve sve puno brže kvari, pa tako i meso, a osobito je delikatna piletina. Ako ste naišli na piletinu na akciji pa je kupili u većoj količini, možda ste naumili dio mesa zamrznuti. Pri tome bi vam bilo dobro znati koliko piletina može izdržati u hladnjaku, a koliko u zamrzivaču.

Problem s piletinom je u tome što čak i kad je poptuno svježa na površini nosi bakterije poput salmonela koje samo čekaju povoljan trenutak da se razmnože. Što meso dulje stoji -  to će na njemu biti više bakterija. Kako bi se bakterije razmnožile u što manjoj mjeri, meso čim prije nakon što ste ga kupili pospremite u hladnjak, a nakon toga se pridržavajte navedenog roka uporabe. 

No to nije dovoljno. Kako biste bili sigurni da je meso ispravno za konzumaciju, obratite pažnju na znakove za uzbunu, no o tome malo kasnije. Najprije ćemo vas upozoriti da je piletinu uputno, bez obzira što je rok naveden na pakiranju možda nešto dulji, potrošiti u roku od dva dana. Ako shvatite da ga nećete potrošiti, što prije ga zamrznite.

A sad natrag na znakove za uzbunu. Prvi je neugodan miris, jer to je pouzdan znak da su se bakterije razmnožile. Drugi je pomalo odvratan detalj da je meso na dodir postalo ljepljivo. Treći je promjena boje - piletina bi trebala biti blijedo ružičasta.

Ako je propisno zamrznuta, piletina u ledu može biti sigurna poprilično dugo, a koliko točno to će ovisiti i od pozicije. Cijelo pile može se očuvati i do godinu dana, dijelovi do 9 mjeseci. Pileće iznutrice i mljeveno meso imaju znatno kraći rok u zamrzivaču: samo 3 do 4 mjeseca.
