Ako ste se zasitili mesa pa vam se baš jede nešto malo laganije, iz mora, naš vam je prijedlog crni rižot. I to ne bilo kakav! Crni rižot kojega od milja zovu "Crna Suzana". Zato što je to Suzanin recept. A Suzana je Mušan, naša poznata glumica koja u Opuzenu ima konobu "Pod maslinom" i gdje u "najmanjoj kužinici na svijetu" priprema svoj čuveni crni rižot koji je toliko oduševio Đanija Stipaničeva da je ostavio pismeno svjedočanstvo kako mu je ovo najbolji crni rižot koji je kušao te je spretnoj kuharici zapjevao u znak zahvale.

Suzana je ekipi našeg Otvorenog mora dala recept za svoj slavni rižot, a mi vjerujemo da će vam dobro doći. Prenosimo ga u izvornom obliku.

Suzanin crni rižot

Priprema:

Isjeckati kapulu da pokrije dno teće, preliti maslinovim uljem da pokrije kapulu, upržiti sa listom lovorike i uz malo ljute paprike (po želji, za pikantnost).

Očistiti sipu; ne guliti kožu, u njoj su svi okusi! Isjeckati je potom na komadiće, kuhati. Kad je dopola skuhana, podliti vinom. Nastaviti kuhanje, posoliti i popapriti, Suzana doda i malo muškatnog oraščića.

Rižot dovršiti rižom prethodno sporo kuhanom uz podlijevanje temeljcem. Sve sljubiti i pri kraju zasuti parmezanom koji će dati kremoznu notu. Na samom kraju, puna šaka ljubavi i - sjeckanog petrusimula. Čaša vina uz to - crno ili bijelo, također nije na odmet.

Ako ste se zasitili mesa pa vam se baš jede nešto malo laganije, iz mora, naš vam je prijedlog crni rižot. I to ne bilo kakav! Crni rižot kojega od milja zovu "Crna Suzana". Zato što je to Suzanin recept. A Suzana je Mušan, naša poznata glumica koja u Opuzenu ima konobu "Pod maslinom" i gdje u "najmanjoj kužinici na svijetu" priprema svoj čuveni crni rižot koji je toliko oduševio Đanija Stipaničeva da je ostavio pismeno svjedočanstvo kako mu je ovo najbolji crni rižot koji je kušao te je spretnoj kuharici zapjevao u znak zahvale.

Suzanin crni rižot

Priprema:

Isjeckati kapulu da pokrije dno teće, preliti maslinovim uljem da pokrije kapulu, upržiti sa listom lovorike i uz malo ljute paprike (po želji, za pikantnost).

Očistiti sipu; ne guliti kožu, u njoj su svi okusi! Isjeckati je potom na komadiće, kuhati. Kad je dopola skuhana, podliti vinom. Nastaviti kuhanje, posoliti i popapriti, Suzana doda i malo muškatnog oraščića.

Rižot dovršiti rižom prethodno sporo kuhanom uz podlijevanje temeljcem. Sve sljubiti i pri kraju zasuti parmezanom koji će dati kremoznu notu. Na samom kraju, puna šaka ljubavi i - sjeckanog petrusimula. Čaša vina uz to - crno ili bijelo, također nije na odmet.

Ovaj je crni rižot toliko oduševio našeg poznatog pjevača da je kuharici zapjevao u znak zahvalnosti. Imamo recept!

Ako ste se zasitili mesa pa vam se baš jede nešto malo laganije, iz mora, naš vam je prijedlog crni rižot. I to ne bilo kakav! Crni rižot kojega od milja zovu "Crna Suzana". Zato što je to Suzanin recept. A Suzana je Mušan, naša poznata glumica koja u Opuzenu ima konobu "Pod maslinom" i gdje u "najmanjoj kužinici na svijetu" priprema svoj čuveni crni rižot koji je toliko oduševio Đanija Stipaničeva da je ostavio pismeno svjedočanstvo kako mu je ovo najbolji crni rižot koji je kušao te je spretnoj kuharici zapjevao u znak zahvale.

Suzana je ekipi našeg Otvorenog mora dala recept za svoj slavni rižot, a mi vjerujemo da će vam dobro doći. Prenosimo ga u izvornom obliku.

Suzanin crni rižot

Priprema:

Isjeckati kapulu da pokrije dno teće, preliti maslinovim uljem da pokrije kapulu, upržiti sa listom lovorike i uz malo ljute paprike (po želji, za pikantnost).

Očistiti sipu; ne guliti kožu, u njoj su svi okusi! Isjeckati je potom na komadiće, kuhati. Kad je dopola skuhana, podliti vinom. Nastaviti kuhanje, posoliti i popapriti, Suzana doda i malo muškatnog oraščića.

Rižot dovršiti rižom prethodno sporo kuhanom uz podlijevanje temeljcem. Sve sljubiti i pri kraju zasuti parmezanom koji će dati kremoznu notu. Na samom kraju, puna šaka ljubavi i - sjeckanog petrusimula. Čaša vina uz to - crno ili bijelo, također nije na odmet.
