Prije osam godina od raka je umrla glazbena ikona David Bowie, a sada njegova kći Alexandria "Lexi" Zahra Jones (23) otkriva koliko je patila od gubitka oca kao 15-godišnjakinja. U emotivnom otvorenom pismu na Instagramu obratila se mlađoj sebi i prepričava svoja autodestruktivna iskustva: "Moje mlađe, krhko ja brzo je počelo gubiti bitku protiv mog kemijski neuravnoteženog mozga", piše Lexi.

Pomiješala je život s preživljavanjem i utopila "prazninu bez dna" svog tijela otrovnim lijekovima. "One koje najviše volim povrijedim riječima mržnje kako bi osjetili barem malo boli koju sam svakodnevno proživljavala", osvrće se danas na svoju tugu. "Činjenica da sam se razvila u tako nasilnu i ljutu osobu bila je nevjerojatna kontradikcija slatkoj i nježnoj djevojci kakva sam nekad bila."

U to je vrijeme bila u procesu gubitka svega i svakoga - nije razumjela "da sam samo ljuska osobe koja sam nekad bila". Disanje i razmišljanje osjećali su se kao kazna, za svoju je situaciju krivila vanjske okolnosti i nesretna iskustva.

U međuvremenu, čini se da je Lexi vratila svoje mentalno zdravlje: "Naučila sam si oprostiti za sve što sam učinila i ne zadržavati se na svojoj prošlosti, jer to je nešto što nikada ne mogu promijeniti. Naučila sam pronaći zadovoljstvo prihvaćajući ono što je izvan moje kontrole i samo se sjećam djevojčice koja sam nekad bila."

Lexi Jones jedino je dijete Davida Bowieja i njegove druge supruge, supermodela Iman. Iz prvog braka s Angelom Bowie (74) dolazi Lexin stariji polubrat Duncan Jones (52). Bowie je umro 10. siječnja 2016. od komplikacija raka jetre. Dva dana ranije proslavio je 69. rođendan i objavljivanje albuma "Blackstar".

Prije osam godina od raka je umrla glazbena ikona David Bowie, a sada njegova kći Alexandria "Lexi" Zahra Jones (23) otkriva koliko je patila od gubitka oca kao 15-godišnjakinja. U emotivnom otvorenom pismu na Instagramu obratila se mlađoj sebi i prepričava svoja autodestruktivna iskustva: "Moje mlađe, krhko ja brzo je počelo gubiti bitku protiv mog kemijski neuravnoteženog mozga", piše Lexi.

Pomiješala je život s preživljavanjem i utopila "prazninu bez dna" svog tijela otrovnim lijekovima. "One koje najviše volim povrijedim riječima mržnje kako bi osjetili barem malo boli koju sam svakodnevno proživljavala", osvrće se danas na svoju tugu. "Činjenica da sam se razvila u tako nasilnu i ljutu osobu bila je nevjerojatna kontradikcija slatkoj i nježnoj djevojci kakva sam nekad bila."

U to je vrijeme bila u procesu gubitka svega i svakoga - nije razumjela "da sam samo ljuska osobe koja sam nekad bila". Disanje i razmišljanje osjećali su se kao kazna, za svoju je situaciju krivila vanjske okolnosti i nesretna iskustva.

U međuvremenu, čini se da je Lexi vratila svoje mentalno zdravlje: "Naučila sam si oprostiti za sve što sam učinila i ne zadržavati se na svojoj prošlosti, jer to je nešto što nikada ne mogu promijeniti. Naučila sam pronaći zadovoljstvo prihvaćajući ono što je izvan moje kontrole i samo se sjećam djevojčice koja sam nekad bila."

Lexi Jones jedino je dijete Davida Bowieja i njegove druge supruge, supermodela Iman. Iz prvog braka s Angelom Bowie (74) dolazi Lexin stariji polubrat Duncan Jones (52). Bowie je umro 10. siječnja 2016. od komplikacija raka jetre. Dva dana ranije proslavio je 69. rođendan i objavljivanje albuma "Blackstar".
