Pušenje, povišen arterijski tlak, neregulirana šećerna bolest, poremećaj metabolizma masti koji je neprepoznat, odnosno koji se ne liječi, nekretanje, nezdrava prehrana i sve češće pretilost, piše Živim.

Mnogi će očekivati da u "glavnoj ulozi" bude stres, ali stres sam po sebi neće imati većeg utjecaja na pojavnost kardiovaskularnih bolesti ako se usredotočimo na promjene i liječenje spomenutih ključnih, klasičnih čimbenika kardiovaskularnog rizika. I

Izuzetno velik problem je pušenje

U nas puši gotovo jedna trećina odraslih, što je desetak ili više posto u odnosu na prosjek Europske unije. Pušenje je navika zbog koje umire polovica svih onih koji puše, bilo od srčanog ili moždanog udara prouzročenog pušenjem, bilo od raka pluća ili neke druge zloćudne bolesti.

Prekomjerna konzumacija alkohola, primjerice više od 2 dl vina na dan za muškarce te više od 1 dl vina za žene, također donosi povišen rizik obolijevanja od bolesti srca i krvnih žila. Naslijeđe, dakle prijevremena srčana bolest ili srčana smrt u srodnika važan je dodatni alarm pa takve osobe valja kontrolirati češće kako bismo otklonili sve rizične čimbenike i poremećaje koji se mogu kontrolirati i liječiti, a najčešće je upravo riječ o vodećim čimbenicima kardiovaskularnog rizika.

Pet jednostavnih stvari koje možete učiniti kako bi vaše srce bilo zdravo i sretno :

Budite aktivniji: uključite redovito vježbanje u svakodnevnu rutinu. Preporuka WHO-a jest najmanje 30 minuta redovite tjelesne aktivnosti svaki dan kako bi održali kardiovaskularnu kondiciju. I lagana tjelovježba je dovoljna, pa čak i sat vremena šetnje. Idite na posao pješke ili biciklom i vi i vaše srce ćete biti zdraviji i sretniji

Jedite zdravo: povećajte unos voća i povrća, cjelovitih žitarica, nemasnog mesa, ribe i mahunarki, a ograničite unos soli, šećera i masnoće, savjetuje Živim.

Pušenje, povišen arterijski tlak, neregulirana šećerna bolest, poremećaj metabolizma masti koji je neprepoznat, odnosno koji se ne liječi, nekretanje, nezdrava prehrana i sve češće pretilost, piše Živim.

Mnogi će očekivati da u "glavnoj ulozi" bude stres, ali stres sam po sebi neće imati većeg utjecaja na pojavnost kardiovaskularnih bolesti ako se usredotočimo na promjene i liječenje spomenutih ključnih, klasičnih čimbenika kardiovaskularnog rizika. I

Izuzetno velik problem je pušenje

U nas puši gotovo jedna trećina odraslih, što je desetak ili više posto u odnosu na prosjek Europske unije. Pušenje je navika zbog koje umire polovica svih onih koji puše, bilo od srčanog ili moždanog udara prouzročenog pušenjem, bilo od raka pluća ili neke druge zloćudne bolesti.

Prekomjerna konzumacija alkohola, primjerice više od 2 dl vina na dan za muškarce te više od 1 dl vina za žene, također donosi povišen rizik obolijevanja od bolesti srca i krvnih žila. Naslijeđe, dakle prijevremena srčana bolest ili srčana smrt u srodnika važan je dodatni alarm pa takve osobe valja kontrolirati češće kako bismo otklonili sve rizične čimbenike i poremećaje koji se mogu kontrolirati i liječiti, a najčešće je upravo riječ o vodećim čimbenicima kardiovaskularnog rizika.

Ovo je osam čestih znakova upozorenja da vaše srce ne radi kako treba:

Bol koja se širi rukom

Kašalj koji ne prestaje

Otečene noge, gležnjevi i stopala

Nedostatak apetita i mučnina

Ekstremni i neobični nivoi anksioznosti

Nesvjestica

Koža postaje blijeda ili poprima plavičastu boju

Osip ili neobične točkice

Pet jednostavnih stvari koje možete učiniti kako bi vaše srce bilo zdravo i sretno :

Budite aktivniji: uključite redovito vježbanje u svakodnevnu rutinu. Preporuka WHO-a jest najmanje 30 minuta redovite tjelesne aktivnosti svaki dan kako bi održali kardiovaskularnu kondiciju. I lagana tjelovježba je dovoljna, pa čak i sat vremena šetnje. Idite na posao pješke ili biciklom i vi i vaše srce ćete biti zdraviji i sretniji

Jedite zdravo: povećajte unos voća i povrća, cjelovitih žitarica, nemasnog mesa, ribe i mahunarki, a ograničite unos soli, šećera i masnoće, savjetuje Živim.
