‘Osjećam neprestani strah. Ponekad mi se čini da za to nemam pravih razloga, ali strah ipak ne prestaje. Toliko je jak da često osjećam i fizičku bol. Malo se bolje osjećam ako popijem tabletu za smirenje. Dosad sam pila tri puta dnevno Normabel, ali sad primjećujem da mi treba više tableta. Imam 42 godine. Kako dalje?‘ napisala je čitateljica koju muči ovo pitanje, a odgovara dr. sc. Marija Kušan Jukić, psihijatrica:

"Važno je razmotriti u kojim se situacijama taj strah javlja. Pokušajte pratiti situacije u kojima doživljavate strah - jesu li to neke određene situacije (npr. događaji na poslu) ili pak strah osjećate u različitim situacijama. Kada doživljavate strah, koje misli vam najčešće prolaze kroz glavu?

Bilo bi dobro kada biste ih zapisali i popratili kako bi vam bilo jasnije što vam točno izaziva strah. Možete se u tim situacijama zapitati koji su dokazi za vaš osjećaj straha, koji dokazi su protiv te postoji li alternativno mišljenje kako biste nastojali realnije sagledati svoju situaciju.

Osim toga, možete pokušati privremeno se primiriti pomoću vježbi disanja i smirivanja kao što je mišićna progresivna relaksacija. S obzirom na sve što ste naveli, savjetujem vam da potražite pomoć stručnjaka (psiholog i psihijatar) kako biste mogli identificirati što vam izaziva osjećaj straha zajedno s fiziološkim simptomima te kako se s njim bolje nositi u budućnosti."

‘Osjećam neprestani strah. Ponekad mi se čini da za to nemam pravih razloga, ali strah ipak ne prestaje. Toliko je jak da često osjećam i fizičku bol. Malo se bolje osjećam ako popijem tabletu za smirenje. Dosad sam pila tri puta dnevno Normabel, ali sad primjećujem da mi treba više tableta. Imam 42 godine. Kako dalje?‘ napisala je čitateljica koju muči ovo pitanje, a odgovara dr. sc. Marija Kušan Jukić, psihijatrica:

"Važno je razmotriti u kojim se situacijama taj strah javlja. Pokušajte pratiti situacije u kojima doživljavate strah - jesu li to neke određene situacije (npr. događaji na poslu) ili pak strah osjećate u različitim situacijama. Kada doživljavate strah, koje misli vam najčešće prolaze kroz glavu?

Bilo bi dobro kada biste ih zapisali i popratili kako bi vam bilo jasnije što vam točno izaziva strah. Možete se u tim situacijama zapitati koji su dokazi za vaš osjećaj straha, koji dokazi su protiv te postoji li alternativno mišljenje kako biste nastojali realnije sagledati svoju situaciju.

Osim toga, možete pokušati privremeno se primiriti pomoću vježbi disanja i smirivanja kao što je mišićna progresivna relaksacija. S obzirom na sve što ste naveli, savjetujem vam da potražite pomoć stručnjaka (psiholog i psihijatar) kako biste mogli identificirati što vam izaziva osjećaj straha zajedno s fiziološkim simptomima te kako se s njim bolje nositi u budućnosti."

‘Osjećam neprestani strah. Ponekad mi se čini da za to nemam pravih razloga, ali strah ipak ne prestaje. Toliko je jak da često osjećam i fizičku bol. Malo se bolje osjećam ako popijem tabletu za smirenje. Dosad sam pila tri puta dnevno Normabel, ali sad primjećujem da mi treba više tableta. Imam 42 godine. Kako dalje?‘ napisala je čitateljica koju muči ovo pitanje, a odgovara dr. sc. Marija Kušan Jukić, psihijatrica:

"Važno je razmotriti u kojim se situacijama taj strah javlja. Pokušajte pratiti situacije u kojima doživljavate strah - jesu li to neke određene situacije (npr. događaji na poslu) ili pak strah osjećate u različitim situacijama. Kada doživljavate strah, koje misli vam najčešće prolaze kroz glavu?

Bilo bi dobro kada biste ih zapisali i popratili kako bi vam bilo jasnije što vam točno izaziva strah. Možete se u tim situacijama zapitati koji su dokazi za vaš osjećaj straha, koji dokazi su protiv te postoji li alternativno mišljenje kako biste nastojali realnije sagledati svoju situaciju.

Osim toga, možete pokušati privremeno se primiriti pomoću vježbi disanja i smirivanja kao što je mišićna progresivna relaksacija. S obzirom na sve što ste naveli, savjetujem vam da potražite pomoć stručnjaka (psiholog i psihijatar) kako biste mogli identificirati što vam izaziva osjećaj straha zajedno s fiziološkim simptomima te kako se s njim bolje nositi u budućnosti."
