'Intermittent fasting' odnosno povremeni post metoda je gladovanja koja uključuje post naizmjenično, periodično gladovanje i dnevno ograničeno hranjenje.

Dijeta je to, odnosno način prehrane koju su mnogi probali, provodi se tako da obroke ograničite na period od šest ili osam sati svaki dan, i u tom okviru možete jesti što god želite. Iako su mnogi vjerovali da djeluje, najnovija istraživanja tvrde suprotno.

Studije provedene na miševima isprva su podržale tu teoriju, piše N1.

Male studije provedene na ljudima koji pate od pretilosti također su pokazale da takva dijeta može pomoći pri gubitku kilograma. Ali sada, rigorozna jednogodišnja studija u kojoj je jedna grupa sudionika jela niskokalorične obroke između 8 ujutro i 4 navečer, a druga konzumirala taj isti broj kalorija u bilo koje doba dana nije pokazala nikakav efekt naizmjeničnog posta.

Zaključak je, kaže dr. Ethan Weiss, istraživač na Sveučilištu u Kaliforniji, San Francisco, da konzumiranje obroka u kratkom vremenskom periodu nema nikakvih benefita.

Studiju su proveli istraživači sveučilišta u Guagnzhou u Kini. Ona je uključivala 139 ljudi koji pate od pretilosti. Žene su unosile 1.200 do 1.500 kalorija, a muškarci 1.500 do 1.800 kalorija svaki dan. Da bi se točno pratio napredak, sudionici su morali fotografirati sve što su jeli kroz dan i voditi dnevnike prehrane.

Obje skupine izgubile su na težini – u prosjeku otprilike 6 do 8 kilograma – ali nije primijećena bitna razlika u težini koju su izgubili sudionici u obje skupine. Također nije primijećena velika razlika između skupina po pitanju obujma struka, tjelesne masnoće i mišićne mase, objavio je N1.

'Intermittent fasting' odnosno povremeni post metoda je gladovanja koja uključuje post naizmjenično, periodično gladovanje i dnevno ograničeno hranjenje.

Dijeta je to, odnosno način prehrane koju su mnogi probali, provodi se tako da obroke ograničite na period od šest ili osam sati svaki dan, i u tom okviru možete jesti što god želite. Iako su mnogi vjerovali da djeluje, najnovija istraživanja tvrde suprotno.

Studije provedene na miševima isprva su podržale tu teoriju, piše N1.

Male studije provedene na ljudima koji pate od pretilosti također su pokazale da takva dijeta može pomoći pri gubitku kilograma. Ali sada, rigorozna jednogodišnja studija u kojoj je jedna grupa sudionika jela niskokalorične obroke između 8 ujutro i 4 navečer, a druga konzumirala taj isti broj kalorija u bilo koje doba dana nije pokazala nikakav efekt naizmjeničnog posta.

Zaključak je, kaže dr. Ethan Weiss, istraživač na Sveučilištu u Kaliforniji, San Francisco, da konzumiranje obroka u kratkom vremenskom periodu nema nikakvih benefita.

Studiju su proveli istraživači sveučilišta u Guagnzhou u Kini. Ona je uključivala 139 ljudi koji pate od pretilosti. Žene su unosile 1.200 do 1.500 kalorija, a muškarci 1.500 do 1.800 kalorija svaki dan. Da bi se točno pratio napredak, sudionici su morali fotografirati sve što su jeli kroz dan i voditi dnevnike prehrane.

Obje skupine izgubile su na težini – u prosjeku otprilike 6 do 8 kilograma – ali nije primijećena bitna razlika u težini koju su izgubili sudionici u obje skupine. Također nije primijećena velika razlika između skupina po pitanju obujma struka, tjelesne masnoće i mišićne mase, objavio je N1.

Najnovije istraživanje dokazalo da konzumiranje obroka u kratkom vremenskom periodu nema nikakvih benefita, dijeta 16:8 ne djeluje!

'Intermittent fasting' odnosno povremeni post metoda je gladovanja koja uključuje post naizmjenično, periodično gladovanje i dnevno ograničeno hranjenje.

Dijeta je to, odnosno način prehrane koju su mnogi probali, provodi se tako da obroke ograničite na period od šest ili osam sati svaki dan, i u tom okviru možete jesti što god želite. Iako su mnogi vjerovali da djeluje, najnovija istraživanja tvrde suprotno.

Studije provedene na miševima isprva su podržale tu teoriju, piše N1.

Male studije provedene na ljudima koji pate od pretilosti također su pokazale da takva dijeta može pomoći pri gubitku kilograma. Ali sada, rigorozna jednogodišnja studija u kojoj je jedna grupa sudionika jela niskokalorične obroke između 8 ujutro i 4 navečer, a druga konzumirala taj isti broj kalorija ...
