Prije nego je upoznala Petra Grašu splitska pjevačica Danijela Martinović bila je u trogodišnjem braku s kolegom Markom Perkovićem Thompsonom.

Za njega se potajno udala davne 1995. kad su joj bile 24 godine, dok je Thompson imao 29. Vjenčanje je bilo u crkvi sv. Dominika u Splitu nakon čega su živjeli u tajnom braku. Bračna sreća ipak im nije dugo potrajala te su odlučili tražiti i crkveni razvod.

U studenom 2005. splitski Međubiskupijski crkveni sud proglasio je nevaljanost njihove bračne zajednice nakon trogodišnjeg procesa. Rastali su se iz drugog pokušaja, a o razlozima nikad nisu javno pričali. Kasnije se Thompson oženio Kanađankom Sandrom Rogić s kojom je dobio petero djece, dok je Danijela bila u dugogodišnjoj vezi s Petrom Grašom.

- Presretan sam što je Crkva moj brak s Danijelom proglasila nevaljanim. Supruga Sandra i ja konačno možemo živjeti kako Bog zapovijeda. Bog je uslišio naše molitve. Sandra i ja sada možemo planirati crkveno vječanje, pričao je Thompson koji je, prema riječima njegovih bliskih prijatelja i članova obitelji, kopao nogama i rukama kako bi dobio priliku za drugi bračni zavjet pred Bogom, pisao je Jutarnji list 2005. godine.

Samo ročište izgledalo je kao obična brakorazvodna parnica, s tom razlikom da se nije održavalo u sudnici nego u crkvi, otkrila je pjevačica novinarima koja je u tom trenutku imala 34 godine.

- Ovo mi je najljepši božićni poklon. Naime, nekoliko dana uoči Božića dobila sam crkveno razrješenje braka s Markom Perkovićem Thompsonom, pa ću jednog dana svečano 'da' ponovno moći reći pred Bogom. I Marko i ja došli smo sa svojim svjedocima, koji su svjedočili u korist, odnosno na štetu mene kao žene. Ispostavilo se da svog supruga nisam tukla, da nije istina da svjesno nisam željela djecu, kao i da nisam imala nikakvu tešku bolest koju sam zatajila pri stupanju u brak. Ljudi su na osnovi svega toga zaključili da nema razloga za poništenje našeg braka, ostavljajući nam pravo na žalbu, rekla je tada Danijela, dodajući da u novi brak, sada kad je stari poništen, ipak neće žuriti.

- Nije tajna da volim Petra Grašu. Cijelim svojim bićem stojim iza te ljubavi. Smatram da je to najvažnije. Za sve drugo bit će vremena, dodala je.

Ipak, jedna od najdugovječnijih ljubavi na našoj estradi, prema pisanju Storyja nije uspjela. Tijekom dana pokušali smo dobiti Danijelu i Petra, no do zaključenja pisanja teksta nismo dobili odgovor.

Prije nego je upoznala Petra Grašu splitska pjevačica Danijela Martinović bila je u trogodišnjem braku s kolegom Markom Perkovićem Thompsonom.

Za njega se potajno udala davne 1995. kad su joj bile 24 godine, dok je Thompson imao 29. Vjenčanje je bilo u crkvi sv. Dominika u Splitu nakon čega su živjeli u tajnom braku. Bračna sreća ipak im nije dugo potrajala te su odlučili tražiti i crkveni razvod.

U studenom 2005. splitski Međubiskupijski crkveni sud proglasio je nevaljanost njihove bračne zajednice nakon trogodišnjeg procesa. Rastali su se iz drugog pokušaja, a o razlozima nikad nisu javno pričali. Kasnije se Thompson oženio Kanađankom Sandrom Rogić s kojom je dobio petero djece, dok je Danijela bila u dugogodišnjoj vezi s Petrom Grašom.

- Presretan sam što je Crkva moj brak s Danijelom proglasila nevaljanim. Supruga Sandra i ja konačno možemo živjeti kako Bog zapovijeda. Bog je uslišio naše molitve. Sandra i ja sada možemo planirati crkveno vječanje, pričao je Thompson koji je, prema riječima njegovih bliskih prijatelja i članova obitelji, kopao nogama i rukama kako bi dobio priliku za drugi bračni zavjet pred Bogom, pisao je Jutarnji list 2005. godine.

Samo ročište izgledalo je kao obična brakorazvodna parnica, s tom razlikom da se nije održavalo u sudnici nego u crkvi, otkrila je pjevačica novinarima koja je u tom trenutku imala 34 godine.

- Ovo mi je najljepši božićni poklon. Naime, nekoliko dana uoči Božića dobila sam crkveno razrješenje braka s Markom Perkovićem Thompsonom, pa ću jednog dana svečano 'da' ponovno moći reći pred Bogom. I Marko i ja došli smo sa svojim svjedocima, koji su svjedočili u korist, odnosno na štetu mene kao žene. Ispostavilo se da svog supruga nisam tukla, da nije istina da svjesno nisam željela djecu, kao i da nisam imala nikakvu tešku bolest koju sam zatajila pri stupanju u brak. Ljudi su na osnovi svega toga zaključili da nema razloga za poništenje našeg braka, ostavljajući nam pravo na žalbu, rekla je tada Danijela, dodajući da u novi brak, sada kad je stari poništen, ipak neće žuriti.

- Nije tajna da volim Petra Grašu. Cijelim svojim bićem stojim iza te ljubavi. Smatram da je to najvažnije. Za sve drugo bit će vremena, dodala je.

Ipak, jedna od najdugovječnijih ljubavi na našoj estradi, prema pisanju Storyja nije uspjela. Tijekom dana pokušali smo dobiti Danijelu i Petra, no do zaključenja pisanja teksta nismo dobili odgovor.

Prije nego je upoznala Petra Grašu splitska pjevačica Danijela Martinović bila je u trogodišnjem braku s kolegom Markom Perkovićem Thompsonom.

Za njega se potajno udala davne 1995. kad su joj bile 24 godine, dok je Thompson imao 29. Vjenčanje je bilo u crkvi sv. Dominika u Splitu nakon čega su živjeli u tajnom braku. Bračna sreća ipak im nije dugo potrajala te su odlučili tražiti i crkveni razvod.

U studenom 2005. splitski Međubiskupijski crkveni sud proglasio je nevaljanost njihove bračne zajednice nakon trogodišnjeg procesa. Rastali su se iz drugog pokušaja, a o razlozima nikad nisu javno pričali. Kasnije se Thompson oženio Kanađankom Sandrom Rogić s kojom je dobio petero djece, dok je Danijela bila u dugogodišnjoj vezi s Petrom Grašom.
