Na Tik Toku se sve češće mogu naći savjeti za uljepšavanje koji znaju biti dijametralno suprotni u kvaliteti. Tako je na primjer savjet za kovrčanje kose uz korištenje iksljučivo remena kučnog ogrtača postao hit jer se kosa štiti od prekomjerne topline dok je izbjeljivanje zubiju hidrogenom izazvalo sablazan među stomatolozima. Jedna TikTokerica sada savjetuje masku za lice čiji je glavni sastojak aspirin za koji tvrdi da pomaže u uklanjanju akni, piše Health.

U kratkim videima snima kako priprema i nanosi masku te priča o njenim rezultatima. Tvrdi da je poslije korištenja aspirina prestala piti jake tablete koje se propisuju u borbi protiv akni, a da se one svejedno nisu vratile.

Maska se radi vrlo jednostavno, smrvi se nekoliko aspirina, pomiješaju se s vodom i nanesu na lice te se nakon 3 minute isperu mlakom vodom. Pratitelje je očito uspjela zainteresirati jer video ima gotovo 2 milijuna pregleda i stotine tisuća lajkova. 

Međutim postavlja se pitanje jesu li ovo samo kratkoročno dobri rezultati? Aspirin je analgetik koji se izvorno koristio u olakšavanju boli, ali se danas upotrebljava u pomaganju kod upalnih procesa uračunavajući i one kožne.

Aspirin uz to sadrži i acetilsalicilnu kiselinu koja je sintetički derivat salicilne kiseline koja je sve popularnija u industriji proizvoda za kožu posebno za onu sklonu aknama. Međutim bitno je znati da dvije kiseline ne moraju zbog toga imati isti učinak pa bi bez dodatnih saznanja aspirin trebalo koristiti samo onako kako je propisano, a to je oralnim putem.

Za direktno nanošenje na kožu je pretjerano invazivan i može uzrokovati crvenilo ili oticanje te svrbež. Uz to bi koža nakon ovako jake kiseline bila dodatno osjetljiva, pa se ne bi smjelo izlagati suncu ili koristiti brojne druge proizvode za što nigdje nema upozorenja jer to ni nije osnovna svrha aspirina. 

Kod akni je također bitno, možda i najvažnije, i to ne samo kod ovog 'proizvoda', znati razlikovati uzroke i posljedice te što će pomoći u oba slučaja. Pore se zatvaraju zbog mrtvih stanica kože, bakterija i viška sebuma radi čega se mogu upaliti i nastaju akne.

Aspirin ne pomaže da akne ne nastaju, eventualno nakon što već dođe do izbijanja može smanjiti upalu, ali neće spriječiti da se pojave opet nakon toga. 

Osim ovih kratkoročnih problema, ako se ne tretiraju kako treba akne mogu ostaviti i dugotrajne posljedice na koži u obliku ožiljaka do kojih može doći i lakše ako se kožu dodatno iritira nečim što joj nije namijenjeno. Tako da je zaključak svakako da pokušate izbjeći ovaj i slične eksperimente dok se ne savjetujete sa stručnjakom ili informirate kod provjerljivog izvora.

Na Tik Toku se sve češće mogu naći savjeti za uljepšavanje koji znaju biti dijametralno suprotni u kvaliteti. Tako je na primjer savjet za kovrčanje kose uz korištenje iksljučivo remena kučnog ogrtača postao hit jer se kosa štiti od prekomjerne topline dok je izbjeljivanje zubiju hidrogenom izazvalo sablazan među stomatolozima. Jedna TikTokerica sada savjetuje masku za lice čiji je glavni sastojak aspirin za koji tvrdi da pomaže u uklanjanju akni, piše Health.

U kratkim videima snima kako priprema i nanosi masku te priča o njenim rezultatima. Tvrdi da je poslije korištenja aspirina prestala piti jake tablete koje se propisuju u borbi protiv akni, a da se one svejedno nisu vratile.

Maska se radi vrlo jednostavno, smrvi se nekoliko aspirina, pomiješaju se s vodom i nanesu na lice te se nakon 3 minute isperu mlakom vodom. Pratitelje je očito uspjela zainteresirati jer video ima gotovo 2 milijuna pregleda i stotine tisuća lajkova. 

Međutim postavlja se pitanje jesu li ovo samo kratkoročno dobri rezultati? Aspirin je analgetik koji se izvorno koristio u olakšavanju boli, ali se danas upotrebljava u pomaganju kod upalnih procesa uračunavajući i one kožne.

Aspirin uz to sadrži i acetilsalicilnu kiselinu koja je sintetički derivat salicilne kiseline koja je sve popularnija u industriji proizvoda za kožu posebno za onu sklonu aknama. Međutim bitno je znati da dvije kiseline ne moraju zbog toga imati isti učinak pa bi bez dodatnih saznanja aspirin trebalo koristiti samo onako kako je propisano, a to je oralnim putem.

Za direktno nanošenje na kožu je pretjerano invazivan i može uzrokovati crvenilo ili oticanje te svrbež. Uz to bi koža nakon ovako jake kiseline bila dodatno osjetljiva, pa se ne bi smjelo izlagati suncu ili koristiti brojne druge proizvode za što nigdje nema upozorenja jer to ni nije osnovna svrha aspirina. 

Kod akni je također bitno, možda i najvažnije, i to ne samo kod ovog 'proizvoda', znati razlikovati uzroke i posljedice te što će pomoći u oba slučaja. Pore se zatvaraju zbog mrtvih stanica kože, bakterija i viška sebuma radi čega se mogu upaliti i nastaju akne.

Aspirin ne pomaže da akne ne nastaju, eventualno nakon što već dođe do izbijanja može smanjiti upalu, ali neće spriječiti da se pojave opet nakon toga. 

Osim ovih kratkoročnih problema, ako se ne tretiraju kako treba akne mogu ostaviti i dugotrajne posljedice na koži u obliku ožiljaka do kojih može doći i lakše ako se kožu dodatno iritira nečim što joj nije namijenjeno. Tako da je zaključak svakako da pokušate izbjeći ovaj i slične eksperimente dok se ne savjetujete sa stručnjakom ili informirate kod provjerljivog izvora.

Na Tik Toku se sve češće mogu naći savjeti za uljepšavanje koji znaju biti dijametralno suprotni u kvaliteti. Tako je na primjer savjet za kovrčanje kose uz korištenje iksljučivo remena kučnog ogrtača postao hit jer se kosa štiti od prekomjerne topline dok je izbjeljivanje zubiju hidrogenom izazvalo sablazan među stomatolozima. Jedna TikTokerica sada savjetuje masku za lice čiji je glavni sastojak aspirin za koji tvrdi da pomaže u uklanjanju akni, piše Health.

U kratkim videima snima kako priprema i nanosi masku te priča o njenim rezultatima. Tvrdi da je poslije korištenja aspirina prestala piti jake tablete koje se propisuju u borbi protiv akni, a da se one svejedno nisu vratile.

Maska se radi vrlo jednostavno, smrvi se nekoliko aspirina, pomiješaju se s vodom i nanes...
