Znojenje je potpuno prirodan i vrlo blagotvoran proces.
Omogućuje našem tijelu održavanje odgovarajuće temperature, odnosno hlađenje, a ujedno je i jedan od ključnih procesa za učinkovito uklanjanje štetnih tvari, odnosno detoksikaciju organizma. No, iako samo znojenje nije problem, znoj ponekad može ponekad ukazivati na određene zdravstvene probleme.
Stoga je važno da znate prepoznati određena odstupanja…
Potreban je veći unos soli
Jeste li primijetili da znojenjem u posljednje vrijeme izlučujete iznadprosječne količine soli? Jedan od znakova mogu biti, primjerice, bijele mrlje na odjeći koje nisu povezane s dezodoransima ili antiperspirantima.
No, činjenica da je vaš znoj iznadprosječno slan može se odraziti i u obliku vrlo neugodnog osjećaja peckanja ako znoj dođe u kontakt s očima (primjerice tijekom sportskih aktivnosti) ili s malim ranicama na koži.
Iako je obično problem prekomjeran unos soli, vjerojatno biste trebali povećati količinu soli u prehrani kada primijetite opisane znakove. Vaše tijelo gubi puno natrija, što znači da nedostatak treba nadoknaditi. Ovaj se problem obično javlja uglavnom u ljetnim mjesecima. Možete si pomoći i sportskim ili izotoničnim napitcima, pogotovo kada ste iznadprosječno aktivni.
Pijete previše kave
Znojite li se često rano ujutro, čak i kada vani nije prevruće?
To može biti i simptom određenih bolesti, poput hipertireoze ili preaktivne štitnjače, ali razlog može biti i puno očitiji – predoziranje kavom. Prečesto ispijanje kave ima dvostruki negativan učinak. Naravno, kofein, koji stimulira naše parasimpatikuse, u osnovi je problematičan, što znači puno intenzivnije znojenje.
Osim toga, kavu često pijemo toplu, što nam podiže tjelesnu temperaturu, što naravno utječe i na to da se počinjemo više znojiti. Stoga ako imate problema s pretjeranim znojenjem, pokušajte barem malo smanjiti učestalost konzumacije kave. Čak i kada pijete kavu, odaberite hladnu umjesto tople.
Ni stres nije 'nedužan'. Iako nas navike kao što je prečesto ispijanje kave mogu natjerati da se znojimo puno više nego inače, to se obično ne povezuje s promjenom mirisa. S druge strane, stres može učiniti miris znoja mnogo neugodnijim.
Postoje i eksperimenti koji su potvrdili da strah često možemo doslovno nanjušiti – odnosno da kada osjetimo miris znoja koji je izišao kada je osoba bila pod jakim stresom, preplašena i sl., u našem mozgu se aktiviraju centri koji su povezani sa strahom.
To je fenomen koji također ima smisla s evolucijske točke gledišta; intenzivan miris znoja osobe koja je uočila opasnost upozoravala je i druge da se događa nešto neobično i da je potrebno brzo povlačenje.
Dakle, umjesto da pokušavate sakriti neugodan, vrlo intenzivan miris znoja, trebali biste se zapitati što vam ovaj miris govori. Koliko je vaš život bio stresan u posljednje vrijeme? Iznad svega: možete li barem malo smanjiti količinu stresa i odvojiti više vremena za opuštanje?
Trudnoća
Trudnoća, naravno, nije zdravstveni problem sama po sebi, ali je spominjemo jer je to često razdoblje vrlo očitih promjena povezanih s znojenjem.

Osobito u prvom tromjesečju je vrlo često intenzivnije noćno znojenje. Međutim, ako ste malo stariji, jako znojenje također može biti znak da polako ulazite u menopauzu.

Znojenje je potpuno prirodan i vrlo blagotvoran proces.

Jeste li primijetili da znojenjem u posljednje vrijeme izlučujete iznadprosječne količine soli? Jedan od znakova mogu biti, primjerice, bijele mrlje na odjeći koje nisu povezane s dezodoransima ili antiperspirantima.
No, činjenica da je vaš znoj iznadprosječno slan može se odraziti i u obliku vrlo neugodnog osjećaja peckanja ako znoj dođe u kontakt s očima (primjerice tijekom sportskih aktivnosti) ili s malim ranicama na koži.
Iako je obično problem prekomjeran unos soli, vjerojatno biste trebali povećati količinu soli u prehrani kada primijetite opisane znakove. Vaše tijelo gubi puno natrija, što znači da nedostatak treba nadoknaditi. Ovaj se problem obično javlja uglavnom u ljetnim mjesecima. Možete si pomoći i sportskim ili izotoničnim napitcima, pogotovo kada ste iznadprosječno aktivni.
Pijete previše kave
Znojite li se često rano ujutro, čak i kada vani nije prevruće?
To može biti i simptom određenih bolesti, poput hipertireoze ili preaktivne štitnjače, ali razlog može biti i puno očitiji – predoziranje kavom. Prečesto ispijanje kave ima dvostruki negativan učinak. Naravno, kofein, koji stimulira naše parasimpatikuse, u osnovi je problematičan, što znači puno intenzivnije znojenje.
Osim toga, kavu često pijemo toplu, što nam podiže tjelesnu temperaturu, što naravno utječe i na to da se počinjemo više znojiti. Stoga ako imate problema s pretjeranim znojenjem, pokušajte barem malo smanjiti učestalost konzumacije kave. Čak i kada pijete kavu, odaberite hladnu umjesto tople.
Ni stres nije 'nedužan'. Iako nas navike kao što je prečesto ispijanje kave mogu natjerati da se znojimo puno više nego inače, to se obično ne povezuje s promjenom mirisa. S druge strane, stres može učiniti miris znoja mnogo neugodnijim.
Postoje i eksperimenti koji su potvrdili da strah često možemo doslovno nanjušiti – odnosno da kada osjetimo miris znoja koji je izišao kada je osoba bila pod jakim stresom, preplašena i sl., u našem mozgu se aktiviraju centri koji su povezani sa strahom.
To je fenomen koji također ima smisla s evolucijske točke gledišta; intenzivan miris znoja osobe koja je uočila opasnost upozoravala je i druge da se događa nešto neobično i da je potrebno brzo povlačenje.

Trudnoća

Osobito u prvom tromjesečju je vrlo često intenzivnije noćno znojenje. Međutim, ako ste malo stariji, jako znojenje također može biti znak da polako ulazite u menopauzu.
