Primijetite li da iz nekog dijela vašeg tijela dolazi čudan miris, najgore što možete učiniti jest da se nadate da će s vremenom nestati sam od sebe, kažu stručnjaci. Dugujete sebi (a i ljudima u svojoj bližoj okolini) da što prije utvrdite uzrok problema i započnete odgovarajuće liječenje. Može biti neugodno boriti se s problemima osobne tjelesne higijene, ali nemojte da vas to spriječi da učinite ono što je najbolje za vas. Posebno trebate obratiti pažnju na ovih pet neugodnih tjelesnih mirisa, piše Živim.

1. Smegma

Debela, bijela tvar pomalo nalik na sir? To je smegma i ima zaista vrlo ružan miris, a posljedica je neredovitog pranja područja ispod prepucija ili kožice na penisu kod neobrezanih muškaraca. To je zapravo mješavina odumrlih stanica kože, loja i vlage koja se taloži u području genitalija, a može se javiti i kod žena u naborima vulve i području oko klitorisa. Muškarci i žene genitalije bi trebali prati toplom vodom najmanje jednom dnevno. Kad je riječ o ženama, sapun nije obavezan, ali ako ga već koristite neka to bude blagi sapun namijenjen upravo za pranje intimne zone.

- Kako biste izbjegli nadraženost koja može narušiti pH ravnotežu i dovesti do razvoja gljivičnih infekcija, perite samo vanjski dio vagine sapunom, a ne unutrašnji. Primijetite li debele, bijele siraste naslage i neugodan miris iz vaših genitalija, možda biste trebali poboljšati higijenu ili, pak, otići ginekologu ako postoje i drugi simptomi poput crvenila i oticanja – savjetuju stručnjaci.

2. Iscjedak neugodnog mirisa koji podsjeća na trulu ribu

Osjetite li da vam vagina ima neugodan miris nalik na miris pokvarene ribe, to može ukazivati na problem. Naime, bakterijska vaginoza je upala uzrokovana prekomjernim razmnožavanjem bakterija koje inače normalno obitavaju u vagini. Iscjedak koji se pritom javlja je sivkasto bijele boje, vodenaste konzistencije i mirisa koji vuče na ribu. Za liječenje i prevenciju tih simptoma preporučuju se probiotički proizvodi koji uspostavljaju normalnu pH vrijednost rodnice te tako sprečavaju razvoj bakterijske vaginoze. Ako se bolest već razvila, postoje vaginalni gelovi koji mogu izliječiti infekciju. Bakterijska vaginoza može biti uzrokovana brojnim faktorima, uključujući menstrualno krvarenje, seks s novim partnerom i korištenje parfumiranih proizvoda za pranje intimne zone.

3. Smrdljiva stopala

Ako ste se ikada zapitali kako izgleda raj za bakterije, odgovor je poput vaših stopala.

- Stopala su nam uvijek pokrivena s dva sloja, čarapama i cipelama i svaka trunka znoja koji izlučimo ostaje zarobljena na njima. Na stopalima postoji 250.000 znojnih žlijezda, što je veći broj po kvadratnom centimetru nego bilo gdje drugdje na tijelu. A što više stanica kože bakterija ima za jesti, to će se brže razmnožavati - objašnjavaju stručnjaci te dodaju da bi trebalo izbjegavati nošenje sintetičkih čarapa i plastičnih cipela jer stopalima uopće ne daju mogućnost da dišu, a to znači pravu gozbu za bakterije na vašim stopalima.

4. Tjelesni miris

Neugodan tjelesni miris nije samo posljedica loše higijene. Uzrok mogu biti i promjene u prehrani, okolišu, hormonalne promjene ili neki lijekovi. Ta pojava je dosta uobičajena i u periodu puberteta. Neugodan tjelesni miris uzrokovan je razgrađivanjem molekula proteina u znoju od strane bakterija. Ta se reakcija može odvijati bilo gdje, od glave do pete, od područja iza uha do stopala, pazuha ili anusa. Obratite pažnju na drastične promjene u načinu znojenja, poput pojave hladnog znoja, znojenja u neobično vrijeme ili noćnog znojenja. Najčešći uzroci noćnog znojenja simptomi premenopauze ili menopauze, određeni lijekovi (steroidi, analgetici i antidepresivi) te anksioznost. Ako ste zabrinuti, potražite pomoć od svog liječnika primarne zdravstvene zaštite.

5. Iscjedak iz bradavica

Kad je riječ o iscjetku iz bradavica, zabrinutost će ovisiti o tome jeste li muškarac ili žena. Ako ste muškarac i imate iscjedak iz bradavice, trebali biste odmah otići liječniku jer kod muškaraca to ni u kom slučaju nije normalna pojava. Iscjedak iz bradavica je nešto manje zabrinjavajuća pojava kod žena, ali trebalo bi znati obratiti pažnju na neke alarmantne znakove. Jedan od takvih znakova koji ukazuju na ozbiljan problem je neugodan miris tog iscjetka. Ako ne dojite, iz vaših grudi ne bi trebao izlaziti nikakav iscjedak, naročito ako nije postojao pritisak, piše Živim.

Iscjedak iz bradavica kod žena obično nije znak za uzbunu, ali potražite pomoć stručnjaka ako:

- iscjedak postane trajan

- ako iscjedak izlazi samo iz jedne bradavice

- ako smrdi ili sadrži tragove krvi

- ako stalno pomalo curi, a ne dojite

- ako imate više od 50 godina

- ako je praćen drugim simptomima poput kvržica, oticanja, boli ili crvenila

- ako ste muškarac

Postoji mali rizik da se možda radi o tumoru.

Primijetite li da iz nekog dijela vašeg tijela dolazi čudan miris, najgore što možete učiniti jest da se nadate da će s vremenom nestati sam od sebe, kažu stručnjaci. Dugujete sebi (a i ljudima u svojoj bližoj okolini) da što prije utvrdite uzrok problema i započnete odgovarajuće liječenje. Može biti neugodno boriti se s problemima osobne tjelesne higijene, ali nemojte da vas to spriječi da učinite ono što je najbolje za vas. Posebno trebate obratiti pažnju na ovih pet neugodnih tjelesnih mirisa, piše Živim.

1. Smegma

Debela, bijela tvar pomalo nalik na sir? To je smegma i ima zaista vrlo ružan miris, a posljedica je neredovitog pranja područja ispod prepucija ili kožice na penisu kod neobrezanih muškaraca. To je zapravo mješavina odumrlih stanica kože, loja i vlage koja se taloži u području genitalija, a može se javiti i kod žena u naborima vulve i području oko klitorisa. Muškarci i žene genitalije bi trebali prati toplom vodom najmanje jednom dnevno. Kad je riječ o ženama, sapun nije obavezan, ali ako ga već koristite neka to bude blagi sapun namijenjen upravo za pranje intimne zone.

- Kako biste izbjegli nadraženost koja može narušiti pH ravnotežu i dovesti do razvoja gljivičnih infekcija, perite samo vanjski dio vagine sapunom, a ne unutrašnji. Primijetite li debele, bijele siraste naslage i neugodan miris iz vaših genitalija, možda biste trebali poboljšati higijenu ili, pak, otići ginekologu ako postoje i drugi simptomi poput crvenila i oticanja – savjetuju stručnjaci.

2. Iscjedak neugodnog mirisa koji podsjeća na trulu ribu

Osjetite li da vam vagina ima neugodan miris nalik na miris pokvarene ribe, to može ukazivati na problem. Naime, bakterijska vaginoza je upala uzrokovana prekomjernim razmnožavanjem bakterija koje inače normalno obitavaju u vagini. Iscjedak koji se pritom javlja je sivkasto bijele boje, vodenaste konzistencije i mirisa koji vuče na ribu. Za liječenje i prevenciju tih simptoma preporučuju se probiotički proizvodi koji uspostavljaju normalnu pH vrijednost rodnice te tako sprečavaju razvoj bakterijske vaginoze. Ako se bolest već razvila, postoje vaginalni gelovi koji mogu izliječiti infekciju. Bakterijska vaginoza može biti uzrokovana brojnim faktorima, uključujući menstrualno krvarenje, seks s novim partnerom i korištenje parfumiranih proizvoda za pranje intimne zone.

3. Smrdljiva stopala

Ako ste se ikada zapitali kako izgleda raj za bakterije, odgovor je poput vaših stopala.

- Stopala su nam uvijek pokrivena s dva sloja, čarapama i cipelama i svaka trunka znoja koji izlučimo ostaje zarobljena na njima. Na stopalima postoji 250.000 znojnih žlijezda, što je veći broj po kvadratnom centimetru nego bilo gdje drugdje na tijelu. A što više stanica kože bakterija ima za jesti, to će se brže razmnožavati - objašnjavaju stručnjaci te dodaju da bi trebalo izbjegavati nošenje sintetičkih čarapa i plastičnih cipela jer stopalima uopće ne daju mogućnost da dišu, a to znači pravu gozbu za bakterije na vašim stopalima.

4. Tjelesni miris

Neugodan tjelesni miris nije samo posljedica loše higijene. Uzrok mogu biti i promjene u prehrani, okolišu, hormonalne promjene ili neki lijekovi. Ta pojava je dosta uobičajena i u periodu puberteta. Neugodan tjelesni miris uzrokovan je razgrađivanjem molekula proteina u znoju od strane bakterija. Ta se reakcija može odvijati bilo gdje, od glave do pete, od područja iza uha do stopala, pazuha ili anusa. Obratite pažnju na drastične promjene u načinu znojenja, poput pojave hladnog znoja, znojenja u neobično vrijeme ili noćnog znojenja. Najčešći uzroci noćnog znojenja simptomi premenopauze ili menopauze, određeni lijekovi (steroidi, analgetici i antidepresivi) te anksioznost. Ako ste zabrinuti, potražite pomoć od svog liječnika primarne zdravstvene zaštite.

5. Iscjedak iz bradavica

Kad je riječ o iscjetku iz bradavica, zabrinutost će ovisiti o tome jeste li muškarac ili žena. Ako ste muškarac i imate iscjedak iz bradavice, trebali biste odmah otići liječniku jer kod muškaraca to ni u kom slučaju nije normalna pojava. Iscjedak iz bradavica je nešto manje zabrinjavajuća pojava kod žena, ali trebalo bi znati obratiti pažnju na neke alarmantne znakove. Jedan od takvih znakova koji ukazuju na ozbiljan problem je neugodan miris tog iscjetka. Ako ne dojite, iz vaših grudi ne bi trebao izlaziti nikakav iscjedak, naročito ako nije postojao pritisak, piše Živim.

Iscjedak iz bradavica kod žena obično nije znak za uzbunu, ali potražite pomoć stručnjaka ako:

- iscjedak postane trajan

- ako iscjedak izlazi samo iz jedne bradavice

- ako smrdi ili sadrži tragove krvi

- ako stalno pomalo curi, a ne dojite

- ako imate više od 50 godina

- ako je praćen drugim simptomima poput kvržica, oticanja, boli ili crvenila

- ako ste muškarac

Postoji mali rizik da se možda radi o tumoru.
