Iako ga isprva ne primjećujemo, nedostatak vitamina utječe na naše tijelo i može nas dovesti u ozbiljne probleme. I toga se posebno trebamo paziti kada smo na dijeti. Izbacivanje skupina namirnica vrlo će brzo dovesti do problema.

Do čega može dovesti manjak vitamina?

- Degenerativne promjene na oku, psorijaza, akne, reproduktivni poremećaji, ulcerozni kolitis, ciroza jetre, gubitak apetita, oslabljeni imunosni sustav, vaginalne i respiratorne infekcije, probavne smetnje.

- Promjene na koži, krvarenje desni, anemija, smanjena otpornost na infekcije, sporo zarastanje rana i prijeloma, alergije, ateroskleroza, artritis, ispadanje kose, visoki kolesterol, kostobolja, hipoglikemija, stres.

Iako ga isprva ne primjećujemo, nedostatak vitamina utječe na naše tijelo i može nas dovesti u ozbiljne probleme. I toga se posebno trebamo paziti kada smo na dijeti. Izbacivanje skupina namirnica vrlo će brzo dovesti do problema.

Upravo se zato savjetuje da se uzimaju vitamini kao dodatak prehrani kada izbacujemo određene namirnice iz prehrane, piše Živim.

Do čega može dovesti manjak vitamina?

- Degenerativne promjene na oku, psorijaza, akne, reproduktivni poremećaji, ulcerozni kolitis, ciroza jetre, gubitak apetita, oslabljeni imunosni sustav, vaginalne i respiratorne infekcije, probavne smetnje.

- Umor i manjak koncentracije, anemija i poremećaj imunosnog sustava, demencija, paranoja, depresija i promjene u ponašanju, osip i pucanje kože oko usana te sklonost infekcijama.

- Promjene na koži, krvarenje desni, anemija, smanjena otpornost na infekcije, sporo zarastanje rana i prijeloma, alergije, ateroskleroza, artritis, ispadanje kose, visoki kolesterol, kostobolja, hipoglikemija, stres.

- Bolovi u kostima, bolovi i grčevi u mišićima, prekomjerno znojenje, visoki krvni tlak, slaba koncentracija, glavobolja, smanjena apsorpcija kalcija iz hrane.

- Kronično oboljenje jetre, nedostatak koordinacije pokreta, paraliza mišića odgovornih za pokrete očiju, motorički poremećaj govora, blaga anemija, neplodnost, očna mrena, hiperpigmentacija, smanjenje libida te sporiji rast djeteta.

- Smanjenje gustoće kostiju, obilno menstrualno krvarenje, krvarenje iz nosa i zubnog mesa, potkožna krvarenja, pojava krvi u probavnom traktu i urinu, lako nastajanje modrica.

Iako ga isprva ne primjećujemo, nedostatak vitamina utječe na naše tijelo i može nas dovesti u ozbiljne probleme. I toga se posebno trebamo paziti kada smo na dijeti. Izbacivanje skupina namirnica vrlo će brzo dovesti do problema.

Upravo se zato savjetuje da se uzimaju vitamini kao dodatak prehrani kada izbacujemo određene namirnice iz prehrane, piše Živim.

Do čega može dovesti manjak vitamina?

- Degenerativne promjene na oku, psorijaza, akne, reproduktivni poremećaji, ulcerozni kolitis, ciroza jetre, gubitak apetita, oslabljeni imunosni sustav, vaginalne i respiratorne infekcije, probavne smetnje.

- Umor i manjak koncentracije, anemija i poremećaj imunosnog sustava, demencija, paranoja, depresija i promjene u ponašanju, osip i pucanje kože oko usana te sklonost infekcijama.
