Ružino ulje upravo je onakvo kakvo biste očekivali od kraljice cvijeća - snažno, moćno, dojmljivo. Za ekstrahiranje samo pet mililitara ove dragocjene tekućine potrebno je čak 10.000 ružinih cvjetova, što ga čini najskupljim esencijalnim uljem uopće. U skladu s time je i njegovo djelovanje pa ružino ulje čini dobro našem raspoloženju, zdravlju, kosi i, naravno, koži, piše Živim.hr.

Kod djelovanja na kožu ističu se njegovi anti-aging učinci, odnosno smanjenje znakova starenja, poboljšanje tonusa kože, hidratacija, izbjeljivanje ožiljaka i diskoloracija na koži, protuupalno i antiseptičko djelovanje, što znači da je učinkovito i protiv akni. Naravno, primjena ružinog ulja ovisi o onome što želite postići pa ako želite dezinficirati ogrebotinu, nećete postupati jednako kao kad želite ublažiti strije. Za sprečavanje znakova starenja kože dodajte kap ružinog ulja u hidratantnu kremu koju svakodnevno upotrebljavate. Jednako se primjenjuje i u borbi protiv akni.

Za poboljšanje cirkulacije cijelog tijela te za ublažavanje strija na trbuhu, nogama, stražnjici... dodajte nekoliko kapljica ulja u mlijeko ili losion za tijelo pa nježno nanesite na kožu, piše Živim.hr.

Hranjivo ulje za lice s udjelom ružinog ulja možete sami izmiješati.

Potrebni su vam:

kokosovo ulje (ili drugo bazno ulje)

ulje sjemenki šipka

4 kapi esencijalnog ružinog ulja

1 kap esencijalnog ulja mente

2 kapi lavandinog esencijalnog ulja

staklena bočica od 30 ml.

Kokosovim uljem (ili drugim, po ukusu) napunite bočicu do dvije trećine, zatim ulijte ulje šipka gotovo do vrha. Ukapajte po redu esencijalna ulja, začepite, dobro promućkajte i ulje je pripremljeno. Prije svake upotrebe protresite bočicu. Ovu mješavinu dodajte u svoj losion, kremu ili serum kako biste dodatno nahranili i navlažili kožu.

Ružino ulje djelotvorno je i kod posvjetljivanja diskoloracija, neujednačenog tena, ožiljaka i mrlja.

Pasta za ujednačen ten

Za tretiranje neujednačenog tena potrebne su:

dvije jušne žlice gela aloe vere

samo jedna kap ružinog ulja

jedna čajna žlica kurkume

Dobro pomiješajte sva tri sastojka kako biste dobili glatku, ujednačenu pastu. Prvo temeljito očistite kožu lica, zatim pastu nanesite u ravnomjernom sloju na cijelo lice. Ostavite je da djeluje petnaest minuta te zatim dobro isperite toplom vodom. Završite sprejanjem lica ružinom vodicom i malom količinom gela aloe vere. Postupak treba ponavljati dva puta tjedno kako bi se dobili najbolji rezultati u ujednačavanju boje kože lica.

Ružino ulje upravo je onakvo kakvo biste očekivali od kraljice cvijeća - snažno, moćno, dojmljivo. Za ekstrahiranje samo pet mililitara ove dragocjene tekućine potrebno je čak 10.000 ružinih cvjetova, što ga čini najskupljim esencijalnim uljem uopće. U skladu s time je i njegovo djelovanje pa ružino ulje čini dobro našem raspoloženju, zdravlju, kosi i, naravno, koži, piše Živim.hr.

Kod djelovanja na kožu ističu se njegovi anti-aging učinci, odnosno smanjenje znakova starenja, poboljšanje tonusa kože, hidratacija, izbjeljivanje ožiljaka i diskoloracija na koži, protuupalno i antiseptičko djelovanje, što znači da je učinkovito i protiv akni. Naravno, primjena ružinog ulja ovisi o onome što želite postići pa ako želite dezinficirati ogrebotinu, nećete postupati jednako kao kad želite ublažiti strije. Za sprečavanje znakova starenja kože dodajte kap ružinog ulja u hidratantnu kremu koju svakodnevno upotrebljavate. Jednako se primjenjuje i u borbi protiv akni.

Za poboljšanje cirkulacije cijelog tijela te za ublažavanje strija na trbuhu, nogama, stražnjici... dodajte nekoliko kapljica ulja u mlijeko ili losion za tijelo pa nježno nanesite na kožu, piše Živim.hr.

Hranjivo ulje za lice s udjelom ružinog ulja možete sami izmiješati.

Potrebni su vam:

kokosovo ulje (ili drugo bazno ulje)

ulje sjemenki šipka

4 kapi esencijalnog ružinog ulja

1 kap esencijalnog ulja mente

2 kapi lavandinog esencijalnog ulja

staklena bočica od 30 ml.

Kokosovim uljem (ili drugim, po ukusu) napunite bočicu do dvije trećine, zatim ulijte ulje šipka gotovo do vrha. Ukapajte po redu esencijalna ulja, začepite, dobro promućkajte i ulje je pripremljeno. Prije svake upotrebe protresite bočicu. Ovu mješavinu dodajte u svoj losion, kremu ili serum kako biste dodatno nahranili i navlažili kožu.

Ružino ulje djelotvorno je i kod posvjetljivanja diskoloracija, neujednačenog tena, ožiljaka i mrlja.

Pasta za ujednačen ten

Za tretiranje neujednačenog tena potrebne su:

dvije jušne žlice gela aloe vere

samo jedna kap ružinog ulja

jedna čajna žlica kurkume

Dobro pomiješajte sva tri sastojka kako biste dobili glatku, ujednačenu pastu. Prvo temeljito očistite kožu lica, zatim pastu nanesite u ravnomjernom sloju na cijelo lice. Ostavite je da djeluje petnaest minuta te zatim dobro isperite toplom vodom. Završite sprejanjem lica ružinom vodicom i malom količinom gela aloe vere. Postupak treba ponavljati dva puta tjedno kako bi se dobili najbolji rezultati u ujednačavanju boje kože lica.

Za ekstrahiranje samo pet mililitara ove dragocjene tekućine potrebno je čak 10.000 ružinih cvjetova, što ga čini najskupljim esencijalnim uljem uopće.
