Ako povremeno volite posegnuti za alkoholom, ali isto razmišljate o tome kako sačuvati zdravlje jetre, prebacite se sa žestice na pale ale pivo. Tako bar pokazuju rezultati novog istraživanja koje je pokazalo da hmelj sprječava nakupljanje jetrene masti, piše IFL Science.

Istraživanje objašnjava zašto ljudi koji radije piju žestice imaju više šansi da razviju bolesti jetre od onih koji se drže pive.

Akumulacija jetrene masti jedna je od brojnih zdravstvenih opasnosti za one koji uživaju u alkoholu, a da bi otkrili koji sastojci piva najviše utječu na vjerojatnost razvijanja bolesti masne jetre, proveli su eksperiment kojim su miševima davali klasično pivo, pivo bez ječma te čisti etanol.

Dvanaest sati nakon konzumacije, pokazalo se da oni miševi kojima je dano obično pivo imaju mnogo manje masti u jetri od druge dvije skupine. Rezultate su objavile u dnevniku Alcohol and Alcoholism, uz zaključak da ječam štiti od nakupljanja jetrene masti.

Ako povremeno volite posegnuti za alkoholom, ali isto razmišljate o tome kako sačuvati zdravlje jetre, prebacite se sa žestice na pale ale pivo. Tako bar pokazuju rezultati novog istraživanja koje je pokazalo da hmelj sprječava nakupljanje jetrene masti, piše IFL Science.

Istraživanje objašnjava zašto ljudi koji radije piju žestice imaju više šansi da razviju bolesti jetre od onih koji se drže pive.

Akumulacija jetrene masti jedna je od brojnih zdravstvenih opasnosti za one koji uživaju u alkoholu, a da bi otkrili koji sastojci piva najviše utječu na vjerojatnost razvijanja bolesti masne jetre, proveli su eksperiment kojim su miševima davali klasično pivo, pivo bez ječma te čisti etanol.

Dvanaest sati nakon konzumacije, pokazalo se da oni miševi kojima je dano obično pivo imaju mnogo manje masti u jetri od druge dvije skupine. Rezultate su objavile u dnevniku Alcohol and Alcoholism, uz zaključak da ječam štiti od nakupljanja jetrene masti.
