Ukoliko je nekome tlak skočio na 160/90 i pritom nema problema, potrebno je prilagoditi dozu lijeka, ali nema potrebe za hitnim odlaskom liječniku.

Kod kojih promjena u vrijednostima krvnog tlaka treba neodložno pozvati hitnu liječničku pomoć? Odgovor na to pitanje dijelom ovisi i o tome kakav tlak neka osoba normalno ima. Ako je nekome tlak 95/55 i osjeća se dobro, nema razloga za brigu. Ako je nekome tlak skočio na 160/90 i pritom nema problema, potrebno je prilagoditi dozu lijeka, ali nema potrebe za hitnim odlaskom liječniku. Ipak, treba što prije zakazati posjet liječniku.

Ozbiljni simptomi

Općenito, treba odmah kontaktirati liječnika ako je gornji tlak iznad 180 ili ispod 90, odnosno ako je donji tlak viši od 110 ili niži od 50 mmHg. Ako uz ove vrijednosti nema nekih drugih simptoma, situacija nije toliko zabrinjavajuća, ali treba je što prije početi rješavati. Ako su oz ovakve vrijednosti prisutni i simptomi poput vrtoglavice, zamagljenog vida, bolova u prsima, kratkog daha ili glavobolje, to je hitno stanje i zahtijeva žurnu medicinsku intervenciju.

Nagli skok

Visoki tlak je kronično stanje koje postupno napreduje kroz godine. No, ponekad može skočiti toliko naglo i ozbiljno da zahtijeva neodložnu medicinsku pomoć. Ako je tlak iznenada skočio preko 180/120 mmHg pričekajte pet minuta, pa ga ponovo izmjerite. Ako su vrijednosti i dalje visoke, odmah pozovite pomoć.

Hipertenzivna kriza

Vrlo visoke vrijednosti tlaka mogu značiti da osoba ima hipertenzivnu krizu kod koje može doći do oštećenja unutrašnjih organa. U takvim situacijama visoki krvni tlak može izazvati gubitak pamćenja, promjene osobnosti, progresivni gubitak svijesti; moždani udar; disekciju aorte; bolove u prsima i srčani udar; iznenadni poremećaj rada srca kod kojeg ono slabije pumpa krv, pa se tekućina vraća u pluća i nastaje plućni edem, nagli gubitak bubrežne funkcije; gubitak vida; preeklampsija i eklampsija, piše Živim.

Ukoliko je nekome tlak skočio na 160/90 i pritom nema problema, potrebno je prilagoditi dozu lijeka, ali nema potrebe za hitnim odlaskom liječniku.

Kod kojih promjena u vrijednostima krvnog tlaka treba neodložno pozvati hitnu liječničku pomoć? Odgovor na to pitanje dijelom ovisi i o tome kakav tlak neka osoba normalno ima. Ako je nekome tlak 95/55 i osjeća se dobro, nema razloga za brigu. Ako je nekome tlak skočio na 160/90 i pritom nema problema, potrebno je prilagoditi dozu lijeka, ali nema potrebe za hitnim odlaskom liječniku. Ipak, treba što prije zakazati posjet liječniku.

Ozbiljni simptomi

Općenito, treba odmah kontaktirati liječnika ako je gornji tlak iznad 180 ili ispod 90, odnosno ako je donji tlak viši od 110 ili niži od 50 mmHg. Ako uz ove vrijednosti nema nekih drugih simptoma, situacija nije toliko zabrinjavajuća, ali treba je što prije početi rješavati. Ako su oz ovakve vrijednosti prisutni i simptomi poput vrtoglavice, zamagljenog vida, bolova u prsima, kratkog daha ili glavobolje, to je hitno stanje i zahtijeva žurnu medicinsku intervenciju.

Nagli skok

Visoki tlak je kronično stanje koje postupno napreduje kroz godine. No, ponekad može skočiti toliko naglo i ozbiljno da zahtijeva neodložnu medicinsku pomoć. Ako je tlak iznenada skočio preko 180/120 mmHg pričekajte pet minuta, pa ga ponovo izmjerite. Ako su vrijednosti i dalje visoke, odmah pozovite pomoć.

Hipertenzivna kriza

Vrlo visoke vrijednosti tlaka mogu značiti da osoba ima hipertenzivnu krizu kod koje može doći do oštećenja unutrašnjih organa. Ukoliko je nekome tlak skočio na 160/90 i pritom nema problema, potrebno je prilagoditi dozu lijeka, ali nema potrebe za hitnim odlaskom liječniku.

Kod kojih promjena u vrijednostima krvnog tlaka treba neodložno pozvati hitnu liječničku pomoć? Odgovor na to pitanje dijelom ovisi i o tome kakav tlak neka osoba normalno ima. Ako je nekome tlak 95/55 i osjeća se dobro, nema razloga za brigu. Ako je nekome tlak skočio na 160/90 i pritom nema problema, potrebno je prilagoditi dozu lijeka, ali nema potrebe za hitnim odlaskom liječniku. Ipak, treba što prije zakazati posjet liječniku.

Ozbiljni simptomi

Općenito, treba odmah kontaktirati liječnika ako je gornji tlak iznad 180 ili ispod 90, odnosno ako je donji tlak viši od 110 ili niži od 50 mmHg. Ako uz ove vrijednosti nema nekih drugi...
