Što s bjelanjcima koji su preostali od sirnica, vječno je pitanje svakog Uskrsa. Neke, doduše, muči i pitanje što još prirediti od slatkoga, jer iza blagdanskog objeda pojelo se više kolača no što je bilo u planu, a netko nepredviđen najavio se za posjet... Što god da vas muči - a čak i ako vas ništa od toga ne muči nego biste baš rado pripremili nešto lagano - imamo super prijedlog: francuska torta od beze smjese punjena kremastim filom od mascarponea i kave, ukrašena čokoladom. Toliko je dobra da je Francuzi nazivaju "Čudesna". ‘Ajde nek nam se javi netko da mu ovo nije po volji, baš nas zanima bi li se našao takav...
Čudesna francuska torta
Za tijesto
130 g bjelanjaka (od 4 L jaja)
130 g kristal šećera
130 g šećera u prahu
1 prstohvat soli
Za kremu od kave:
500 ml slatkog vrhnja
100 g mascarponea
30 g šećera
10 g instant kave u prahu
Za dekoraciju:
20 g kakaa u prahu
20 g šećera u prahu
100 g tamne čokolade
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 100 stupnjeva Celzija.
Za pečenje beze smjese od bjelanjaka koristite kalup ili tanjur promjera 18 cm kao predložak i nacrtajte dva diska na dva lista papira za pečenje. Okrenite ih i stavite na dva lima za pečenje.
Istucite bjelanjke i sol mikserom postupno dodavajući kristal šećer dok ne dobiju čvrste vrhove. Dodajte prosijani šećer u prahu i lagano promiješajte kuhačom pa stavite smjesu u slastičarsku vrećicu i odrežite je oko 1 cm od kraja pa nacrtajte dva spiralna kruga na papiru za pečenje, počevši od središta krugova. Pecite oko 2 sata i pustite da se ohladi.
Za nadjeva umutite sve sastojke da dobijete teksturu čvrstog šlaga. stavite nadjev u slastičarsku vrećicu i odrežite je oko 1 cm od kraja pa nanesite na jedan disk od beze smjese pa poklopite drugim diskom, okrenutim prema dolje pa i njega premažite kremom. Ravnomjerno zagladite površinu i zagladite stranice torte.
Napravite čokoladne strugotine struganjem tamne čokolade pomoću gulilice za povrće ili noža. Površinu i stranice kolača prekrijte čokoladnim strugotinama i kolač posipajte po cijeloj površini šećerom u prahu i kakaom u prahu. Ohladite desert u hladnjaku najmanje 4 sata prije posluživanja.

Što s bjelanjcima koji su preostali od sirnica, vječno je pitanje svakog Uskrsa. Neke, doduše, muči i pitanje što još prirediti od slatkoga, jer iza blagdanskog objeda pojelo se više kolača no što je bilo u planu, a netko nepredviđen najavio se za posjet... Što god da vas muči - a čak i ako vas ništa od toga ne muči nego biste baš rado pripremili nešto lagano - imamo super prijedlog: francuska torta od beze smjese punjena kremastim filom od mascarponea i kave, ukrašena čokoladom. Toliko je dobra da je Francuzi nazivaju "Čudesna". ‘Ajde nek nam se javi netko da mu ovo nije po volji, baš nas zanima bi li se našao takav...
Čudesna francuska torta
Za tijesto
130 g bjelanjaka (od 4 L jaja)
130 g kristal šećera
130 g šećera u prahu
1 prstohvat soli
Za kremu od kave:
500 ml slatkog vrhnja
100 g mascarponea
30 g šećera
10 g instant kave u prahu
Za dekoraciju:
20 g kakaa u prahu
20 g šećera u prahu
100 g tamne čokolade
Priprema:
Zagrijte pećnicu na 100 stupnjeva Celzija.
Za pečenje beze smjese od bjelanjaka koristite kalup ili tanjur promjera 18 cm kao predložak i nacrtajte dva diska na dva lista papira za pečenje. Okrenite ih i stavite na dva lima za pečenje.
Istucite bjelanjke i sol mikserom postupno dodavajući kristal šećer dok ne dobiju čvrste vrhove. Dodajte prosijani šećer u prahu i lagano promiješajte kuhačom pa stavite smjesu u slastičarsku vrećicu i odrežite je oko 1 cm od kraja pa nacrtajte dva spiralna kruga na papiru za pečenje, počevši od središta krugova. Pecite oko 2 sata i pustite da se ohladi.
Za nadjeva umutite sve sastojke da dobijete teksturu čvrstog šlaga. stavite nadjev u slastičarsku vrećicu i odrežite je oko 1 cm od kraja pa nanesite na jedan disk od beze smjese pa poklopite drugim diskom, okrenutim prema dolje pa i njega premažite kremom. Ravnomjerno zagladite površinu i zagladite stranice torte.
Napravite čokoladne strugotine struganjem tamne čokolade pomoću gulilice za povrće ili noža. Površinu i stranice kolača prekrijte čokoladnim strugotinama i kolač posipajte po cijeloj površini šećerom u prahu i kakaom u prahu. Ohladite desert u hladnjaku najmanje 4 sata prije posluživanja.
