Kako vi kuhate krumpir za salatu od krumpira?

Ako niste u potpunosti zadovoljni kvalitetom svoje salate od krumpira, vaš odgovor po svoj prilici glasi: u kori. Problematično je i ako ih kuhate oguljene i narezane, ako to ne radite na odgovarajuć način, ali doći ćemo do toga. Kuhanje u kori zaista je jedan od najboljih načina za njegovo kuhanje, no ne i u ovom slučaju. Usprkos tradiciji koja nam nalaže baš ovakav postupak, mnogi chefovi se odlučuju kuhati krumpir tek nakon što je oljušten i narezan. Razlog je u tome što će vanjski dio krumpira, ako ga kuhate u kori, postati previše mekan i mrvljiv, dok se unutrašnjost stigne u potpunosti skuhati. Iznimka mogu biti mladi i maleni krumpiri.

Vrijeme kuhanja krumpira za krumpir salatu ovisi o vrsti krumpira koji se koristi, a obično iznosi između 12 i 17 minuta. Kako se krumpiri ne bi raskuhali, uputno ih je često provjeravati. Samo ih bocnite vrhom noža.
Važno je i staviti dovoljno soli u vodu za kuhanje, jer će je tako krumpir najbolje upiti. Slavne kuharice poput Julije Child i Ine Garten navode kako je krumpir za salatu najbolje narezati na ploške već prilikom ljuštenja, jer rezanjem skuhanog krumpira može doći do mrvljenja.

Kako vi kuhate krumpir za salatu od krumpira?
Jesmo li vas zatekli s ovim vrlo jednostavnim pitanjem? Već po odgovoru koji biste nam dali mogli bismo zaključiti je li vaša salata za svaku pohvalu ili bismo joj lako mogli naći barem jednu zamjerku.
Ako niste u potpunosti zadovoljni kvalitetom svoje salate od krumpira, vaš odgovor po svoj prilici glasi: u kori. Problematično je i ako ih kuhate oguljene i narezane, ako to ne radite na odgovarajuć način, ali doći ćemo do toga. Idemo najprije objasniti što je sporno s kuhanjem u kori, koje je mnogima najlogičnija opcija, jer čuva hranjive sastojke krumpira, a mnogi će reći - i okus.

Kuhanje u kori zaista je jedan od najboljih načina za njegovo kuhanje, no ne i u ovom slučaju. Usprkos tradiciji koja nam nalaže baš ovakav postupak, mnogi chefovi se odlučuju kuhati krumpir tek nakon što je oljušten i narezan. Razlog je u tome što će vanjski dio krumpira, ako ga kuhate u kori, postati previše mekan i mrvljiv, dok se unutrašnjost stigne u potpunosti skuhati. Iznimka mogu biti mladi i maleni krumpiri.
Evo još jedne problematične stavke: staviti krumpir u vodu prije nego što uzavre ili nakon što se to dogodi? Odgovor je: prije, i to u hladnu vodu.

Vrijeme kuhanja krumpira za krumpir salatu ovisi o vrsti krumpira koji se koristi, a obično iznosi između 12 i 17 minuta. Kako se krumpiri ne bi raskuhali, uputno ih je često provjeravati. Samo ih bocnite vrhom noža.
Važno je i staviti dovoljno soli u vodu za kuhanje, jer će je tako krumpir najbolje upiti. Slavne kuharice poput Julije Child i Ine Garten navode kako je krumpir za salatu najbolje narezati na ploške već prilikom ljuštenja, jer rezanjem skuhanog krumpira može doći do mrvljenja.
