Kako je vrijeme pandemije mnoge uputilo na rad od kuće, nekima i promijenilo financijsku situaciju, pojedinci su odlučili krenuti i u avanturu zvanu "gradnja vlastitog doma", i to često i izvan gradova, zbog povoljnije cijene zemljišta.

Najčešća želja graditelja jest "kuća od stotinjak kvadrata", gdje će svaki član kućanstva imati svoju spavaću sobu, dodatnu radnu sobu za roditelje, ali i veći dnevni boravak gdje bi se svi mogli družiti, terasu, parking ili garažu.

Dok neki znaju točno kakvu kuću žele, drugi "lutaju" i raspituju se, ne želeći napraviti pogrešku.

Mnogobrojni pak priznaju kako su pogriješili pri izgradnji kuće te kako bi, da sada imaju mogućnost, puno toga napravili drukčije. Najčešće se spominju ove pogreške:


1) kupaonica i kuhinja bez prozora - zamagljivanje prostorija i intenzivan miris

2) spavaća soba do ulice - stalna buka i svjetlost s ulice

3) jedna kupaonica - obvezno dvije kupaonice, a ako je kuća katnica, jedna kupaonica na donjoj etaži, a druga na gornjoj

3) kuća na kat - penjanje gore-dolje po stepenicama

4) veliki hodnik - isplanirati vrata na prostorijama tako da hodnik ne bude prevelik

5) nema smočnice - projektirati prostranu smočnicu u blizini kuhinje, ali sa sjeverne strane kuće i s dobrom ventilacijom

6) premalo utičnica - odlučiti na vrijeme o rasporedu namještaja kako bi se mogao isplanirati broj i mjesto utičnica, utičnica staviti duplo više nego što mislite da će vam trebati, i to pogotovo u kuhinji iznad radne površine

7) nema praonice - napraviti posebnu prostoriju u kojoj su stroj za pranje rublja, stroj za sušenje rublja, prostor za peglanje, mjesto za odlaganje usisivača i sl. stvari

8) zajednički odvod perilice posuđa i odvod sudopera - treba planirati poseban odvod perilice suđa i poseban odvod sudopera, jer čim nastane problem s odvodom sudopera, perilica se ne može upotrebljavati

9) specifičan oblik ručki na kuhinjskim elementima - neke ručke na kuhinjskim elementima zaista izgledaju fantastično, ali kače džepove vaših hlača

10) visina prozora u kuhinji - pripaziti da prozor u kuhinji bude dovoljno visok kako biste jednog dana, ako se odlučite, mogli ispod prozora staviti stol uza zid ili možda kuhinjski element

11) nema ulaza na tavan  - obvezno ostaviti ulaz na tavan i ne prekrivati ga knaufom ili sl. 

12) željezna ograda na balkonu - treba je nakon određenog vremena bojiti, mogu ispasti stvari kroz ogradu, ako vam balkon služi za odlaganje, vidi se i sve što je na balkonu

13) ulaz u kuću - prije ulaznih vrata napraviti manji hodnik u kojemu se može sklopiti i odložiti kišobran, otresti odjeća od snijega, skinuti cipele s blatom; taj hodnik zimi zadržava hladnoću, ljeti toplinu, a u slučaju jakog vjetra nema problema prilikom otvaranja vrata

14) put od parkinga do kuće nije natkriven - i prije nego upališ auto, mokar si od kiše

15) dupla ladica u kuhinji - ne stavljati duplu ladicu za beštek u kuhinji, počinje živcirati kad morate uvijek otvarati dvije ladice kako biste uzeli pribor za jelo

16) nije stavljena cijev s gornjeg kata koja vodi u kupaonicu ili praonicu u košaru za prljavo rublje - stalno se treba spuštati stepenicama i nositi robu za pranje u košaru na donjem katu

17) vrata se otvaraju na pogrešnu stranu - zbog pogrešne strane otvaranja vrata možda ih nećete moći otvarati do kraja ili ćete možda morati imati puno manji ormar nego što vam je potreban

18) dnevna soba uz spavaću sobu - zbog buke pokušati svakako odvojiti

19) kabeli u zidu - kabele antenske i mrežne provući svuda, ali kroz zidne kanalice kako bi se mogli mijenjati ako bude potrebno

20) balkoni - ako imate terasu i dvorište, mala je vjerojatnost da ćete koristiti balkone, pogotovo one na spavaćim sobama

Kako je vrijeme pandemije mnoge uputilo na rad od kuće, nekima i promijenilo financijsku situaciju, pojedinci su odlučili krenuti i u avanturu zvanu "gradnja vlastitog doma", i to često i izvan gradova, zbog povoljnije cijene zemljišta.

Najčešća želja graditelja jest "kuća od stotinjak kvadrata", gdje će svaki član kućanstva imati svoju spavaću sobu, dodatnu radnu sobu za roditelje, ali i veći dnevni boravak gdje bi se svi mogli družiti, terasu, parking ili garažu.

Dok neki znaju točno kakvu kuću žele, drugi "lutaju" i raspituju se, ne želeći napraviti pogrešku.

Mnogobrojni pak priznaju kako su pogriješili pri izgradnji kuće te kako bi, da sada imaju mogućnost, puno toga napravili drukčije. Najčešće se spominju ove pogreške:


1) kupaonica i kuhinja bez prozora - zamagljivanje prostorija i intenzivan miris

2) spavaća soba do ulice - stalna buka i svjetlost s ulice

3) jedna kupaonica - obvezno dvije kupaonice, a ako je kuća katnica, jedna kupaonica na donjoj etaži, a druga na gornjoj

3) kuća na kat - penjanje gore-dolje po stepenicama

4) veliki hodnik - isplanirati vrata na prostorijama tako da hodnik ne bude prevelik

5) nema smočnice - projektirati prostranu smočnicu u blizini kuhinje, ali sa sjeverne strane kuće i s dobrom ventilacijom

6) premalo utičnica - odlučiti na vrijeme o rasporedu namještaja kako bi se mogao isplanirati broj i mjesto utičnica, utičnica staviti duplo više nego što mislite da će vam trebati, i to pogotovo u kuhinji iznad radne površine

7) nema praonice - napraviti posebnu prostoriju u kojoj su stroj za pranje rublja, stroj za sušenje rublja, prostor za peglanje, mjesto za odlaganje usisivača i sl. stvari

8) zajednički odvod perilice posuđa i odvod sudopera - treba planirati poseban odvod perilice suđa i poseban odvod sudopera, jer čim nastane problem s odvodom sudopera, perilica se ne može upotrebljavati

9) specifičan oblik ručki na kuhinjskim elementima - neke ručke na kuhinjskim elementima zaista izgledaju fantastično, ali kače džepove vaših hlača

10) visina prozora u kuhinji - pripaziti da prozor u kuhinji bude dovoljno visok kako biste jednog dana, ako se odlučite, mogli ispod prozora staviti stol uza zid ili možda kuhinjski element

11) nema ulaza na tavan  - obvezno ostaviti ulaz na tavan i ne prekrivati ga knaufom ili sl. 

12) željezna ograda na balkonu - treba je nakon određenog vremena bojiti, mogu ispasti stvari kroz ogradu, ako vam balkon služi za odlaganje, vidi se i sve što je na balkonu

13) ulaz u kuću - prije ulaznih vrata napraviti manji hodnik u kojemu se može sklopiti i odložiti kišobran, otresti odjeća od snijega, skinuti cipele s blatom; taj hodnik zimi zadržava hladnoću, ljeti toplinu, a u slučaju jakog vjetra nema problema prilikom otvaranja vrata

14) put od parkinga do kuće nije natkriven - i prije nego upališ auto, mokar si od kiše

15) dupla ladica u kuhinji - ne stavljati duplu ladicu za beštek u kuhinji, počinje živcirati kad morate uvijek otvarati dvije ladice kako biste uzeli pribor za jelo

16) nije stavljena cijev s gornjeg kata koja vodi u kupaonicu ili praonicu u košaru za prljavo rublje - stalno se treba spuštati stepenicama i nositi robu za pranje u košaru na donjem katu

17) vrata se otvaraju na pogrešnu stranu - zbog pogrešne strane otvaranja vrata možda ih nećete moći otvarati do kraja ili ćete možda morati imati puno manji ormar nego što vam je potreban

18) dnevna soba uz spavaću sobu - zbog buke pokušati svakako odvojiti

19) kabeli u zidu - kabele antenske i mrežne provući svuda, ali kroz zidne kanalice kako bi se mogli mijenjati ako bude potrebno

20) balkoni - ako imate terasu i dvorište, mala je vjerojatnost da ćete koristiti balkone, pogotovo one na spavaćim sobama
