Iza nas su uskrsni blagdani. Gostilo se i sladilo. Pekli su se kolači, a kako vrijedi ona stara da Uskrs ne može bez dizanog tijesta, radile su se i orahnjače i kolači s bademima, a posebni ljubitelji slatkog na blagdanskom stolu su imali i delicije s lješnjacima.

Sretni su oni koji imaju negdje posađeno svoje stablo oraha. I bajama, naravno. Kažu da se orah ubraja među iznimno pri­lagodljive voćke, jer jednako dobro uspijeva i u primorskom i u konti­nentalnim dijelovima zemlje. Tako je i s bademima. Badem je voćna vrsta kojoj je za dobar rast i razvoj, kao i dobivanje visokokvalitetnih plodova potrebno mnogo svjetla i topline, a toga barem imamo na obali. Čak ni lijesku nije problematično uzgojiti jer raste i na lošem i siromašnom tlu, a u punom rodu jedno stablo daje od 8 do 12 kilograma lješnjaka.

Ako zanemarimo neke povremene klimatske uzroke lošeg uroda, riječ je o stablima koje uglavnom posadiš i čekaš urod. Kad rodi, stablo se protrese i plodovi će sami popadati sa stabla.

Pakirano u Hrvatskoj

Ni oko bajama ni oko oraha nema puno posla, pa ga svejedno u dućanu plaćamo kao da je suho zlato. I ne samo da su ti plodovi skupi, nego su u dućanu i prašnjavi, oštećeni, iskrzani, poneki potpuno crni... Ako vam treba nekoliko lijepih polovica jezgre da ukrasite kolač, u hrvatskim dućanima to nećete pronaći.

Svake godine se ponovno pitamo odakle je to stiglo, kako je uzgojeno, ima li kemikalija po njima, u kakvim vrećama je dopremljeno, koliko je puta prepakirano, koja je zemlja podrijetla... jer ništa od toga vam neće pisati na deklaraciji. Ako imate sreće, naići ćete na deklaraciju na kojoj je označeno: "pakirano u Hrvatskoj". Ako pitate prodavače odakle je to stiglo, reći će vam: Kina, SAD, Ukrajina... Ništa od toga uzgojeno u Hrvatskoj.

Prije uskrsnih praznika pitali smo Ministarstvo poljoprivrede o proizvodnji, uvozu i potrebama orašastih plodova. Kazali su nam da je prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2022. godini u Hrvatskoj intenzivno proizvedeno 2579 tona lješnjaka, 916 tona oraha i 125 tona badema, a da je potrošnja iste godine po glavi stanovnika iznosila 2,65 kilograma, no nije precizirano koliko je to ukupno u tonama.

U Ministarstvu poljoprivrede potvrdili su da se orasi uvoze uglavnom iz Ukrajine, SAD-a i Kine te da je prošle godine uvezeno 1897 tona oraha, očišćenih, u jezgri, te još 38,5 tona u ljusci, i to najviše iz Italije.

Dakle, Hrvatska je proizvela upola manje oraha nego što je uvezla.

Još je gora situacija s bademima. Prema privremenim podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2023. godini, navode iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede, u Hrvatsku se uvezlo 2060,6 tona oljuštenih badema, dok se badema u ljusci uvezlo 44,6 tona. Najviše se oljuštenih badema uvozi iz SAD-a, dok se badema u ljusci najviše uvozi iz Nizozemske.

Uvezli smo 17 puta više

Kad sve zbrojimo ispada da je Hrvatska, mediteranska zemlja idealna za uzgoj badema, zanemarila proizvodnju i uvezla skoro 17 puta više.

Najviše maka uvozi se iz Češke i Mađarske

Jedino je s lješnjacima povoljna situacija. Oljuštenih lješnjaka se tijekom 2023. godine najviše uvozilo iz Turske, a ukupno je uvezeno 738 tona. U ljusci se najviše lješnjaka uvozi iz Bosne i Hercegovine i u 2023. godini se ukupno uvezlo 53,2 tone. Hrvatska vanjskotrgovinskom razmjenom lješnjaka u ljusci ostvaruje količinski suficit, i to se u 2023. godini osjetno povećalo, kažu u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede.

S obzirom na to da se na blagdanskim stolovima ponegdje našla i makovnjača, nekima omiljeni kolač iz kategorije dizanih tijesta, mnogi ne znaju da se mak uzgaja i kod nas. U Ministarstvu navode da se najviše maka uvozi iz Češke i Mađarske. No, prema podacima Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju, na temelju podnesenih Jedinstvenih zahtjeva za potporu iz 2023. godine, u Republici Hrvatskoj je u 2023. godini zasijano 502,6 hektara maka.

Iza nas su uskrsni blagdani. Gostilo se i sladilo. Pekli su se kolači, a kako vrijedi ona stara da Uskrs ne može bez dizanog tijesta, radile su se i orahnjače i kolači s bademima, a posebni ljubitelji slatkog na blagdanskom stolu su imali i delicije s lješnjacima.

Sretni su oni koji imaju negdje posađeno svoje stablo oraha. I bajama, naravno. Kažu da se orah ubraja među iznimno pri­lagodljive voćke, jer jednako dobro uspijeva i u primorskom i u konti­nentalnim dijelovima zemlje. Tako je i s bademima. Badem je voćna vrsta kojoj je za dobar rast i razvoj, kao i dobivanje visokokvalitetnih plodova potrebno mnogo svjetla i topline, a toga barem imamo na obali. Čak ni lijesku nije problematično uzgojiti jer raste i na lošem i siromašnom tlu, a u punom rodu jedno stablo daje od 8 do 12 kilograma lješnjaka.

Ako zanemarimo neke povremene klimatske uzroke lošeg uroda, riječ je o stablima koje uglavnom posadiš i čekaš urod. Kad rodi, stablo se protrese i plodovi će sami popadati sa stabla.

Pakirano u Hrvatskoj

Ni oko bajama ni oko oraha nema puno posla, pa ga svejedno u dućanu plaćamo kao da je suho zlato. I ne samo da su ti plodovi skupi, nego su u dućanu i prašnjavi, oštećeni, iskrzani, poneki potpuno crni... Ako vam treba nekoliko lijepih polovica jezgre da ukrasite kolač, u hrvatskim dućanima to nećete pronaći.

Svake godine se ponovno pitamo odakle je to stiglo, kako je uzgojeno, ima li kemikalija po njima, u kakvim vrećama je dopremljeno, koliko je puta prepakirano, koja je zemlja podrijetla... jer ništa od toga vam neće pisati na deklaraciji. Ako imate sreće, naići ćete na deklaraciju na kojoj je označeno: "pakirano u Hrvatskoj". Ako pitate prodavače odakle je to stiglo, reći će vam: Kina, SAD, Ukrajina... Ništa od toga uzgojeno u Hrvatskoj.

Prije uskrsnih praznika pitali smo Ministarstvo poljoprivrede o proizvodnji, uvozu i potrebama orašastih plodova. Kazali su nam da je prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2022. godini u Hrvatskoj intenzivno proizvedeno 2579 tona lješnjaka, 916 tona oraha i 125 tona badema, a da je potrošnja iste godine po glavi stanovnika iznosila 2,65 kilograma, no nije precizirano koliko je to ukupno u tonama.

U Ministarstvu poljoprivrede potvrdili su da se orasi uvoze uglavnom iz Ukrajine, SAD-a i Kine te da je prošle godine uvezeno 1897 tona oraha, očišćenih, u jezgri, te još 38,5 tona u ljusci, i to najviše iz Italije.

Dakle, Hrvatska je proizvela upola manje oraha nego što je uvezla.

Još je gora situacija s bademima. Prema privremenim podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2023. godini, navode iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede, u Hrvatsku se uvezlo 2060,6 tona oljuštenih badema, dok se badema u ljusci uvezlo 44,6 tona. Najviše se oljuštenih badema uvozi iz SAD-a, dok se badema u ljusci najviše uvozi iz Nizozemske.

Uvezli smo 17 puta više

Kad sve zbrojimo ispada da je Hrvatska, mediteranska zemlja idealna za uzgoj badema, zanemarila proizvodnju i uvezla skoro 17 puta više.

Jedino je s lješnjacima povoljna situacija. Oljuštenih lješnjaka se tijekom 2023. godine najviše uvozilo iz Turske, a ukupno je uvezeno 738 tona. U ljusci se najviše lješnjaka uvozi iz Bosne i Hercegovine i u 2023. godini se ukupno uvezlo 53,2 tone. Hrvatska vanjskotrgovinskom razmjenom lješnjaka u ljusci ostvaruje količinski suficit, i to se u 2023. godini osjetno povećalo, kažu u Ministarstvu poljoprivrede.

S obzirom na to da se na blagdanskim stolovima ponegdje našla i makovnjača, nekima omiljeni kolač iz kategorije dizanih tijesta, mnogi ne znaju da se mak uzgaja i kod nas. U Ministarstvu navode da se najviše maka uvozi iz Češke i Mađarske. No, prema podacima Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju, na temelju podnesenih Jedinstvenih zahtjeva za potporu iz 2023. godine, u Republici Hrvatskoj je u 2023. godini zasijano 502,6 hektara maka.
