Kava je sama po sebi izuzetno zdrav napitak, ali nije svaka šalica jednako zdrava, piše Živim.hr

Ne samo da može pomoći u prevenciji bolesti i održavanju zdrave težine, već ispijanje šalice kave svakog jutra može čak dovesti do duljeg života. Ovo su više nego dobri razlozi da nastavite uživati u svom jutarnjem ritualu.

Uz to, ako redovito vježbate kako biste smršavjeli, kofein iz kave može biti odličan dodatak. Naime, istraživanja su pokazala da konzumacija kofeina prije vježbanja može biti povezana s povećanim sagorijevanjem masti.

Ipak, važno je napomenuti da nije svaka šalica kave jednako zdrava. Naime, ono što stavite u svoju kavu može igrati važnu ulogu u tome koliko će vaš napitak biti zdrav.

Konkretno, riječ je o količini šećera koji se nalazi u vašoj kavi i može imati negatvan učinak na vaše cjelokupno zdravlje. Posebno ako ste odlučili smršavjeti nekoliko kilograma.

- Dodavanje šećera je daleko najgora navika vezana uz kavu ako želite smršavjeti. To uključuje i sve vrste vrhnja za kavu koji imaju dodatne šećere ili umjetne arome - slažu se nutricionisti.

Prema pregledu objavljenom 2019. godine u časopisu Polish Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences, dokazano je da smanjenje unosa šećera sprječava pretilost.

Iako su nam neki šećeri neophodni, kao što su složeni ugljikohidrati iz voća i cjelovitih žitarica, većina ljudi još uvijek pretjerano konzumira šećer i, radi svog zdravlja, trebali bi pronaći načine da smanje njegov unos.

Kava bez šećera može biti odličan početak.

- Ako pijete dvije do tri šalice kave svaki dan te dodajte umjetne zaslađivače ili šećer, ugrožavate svoje zdravlje, kao i svoju tjelesnu težinu - navode stručnjaci.

Ako već ne možete bez šećera, smanjite barem njegovu količinu koju stavljate u kavu.

- Dodavanje šećera je daleko najgora navika vezana uz kavu ako želite smršavjeti. To uključuje i sve vrste vrhnja za kavu koji imaju dodatne šećere ili umjetne arome - slažu se nutricionisti.

Prema pregledu objavljenom 2019. godine u časopisu Polish Journal of Food and Nutrition Sciences, dokazano je da smanjenje unosa šećera sprječava pretilost.

Iako su nam neki šećeri neophodni, kao što su složeni ugljikohidrati iz voća i cjelovitih žitarica, većina ljudi još uvijek pretjerano konzumira šećer i, radi svog zdravlja, trebali bi pronaći načine da smanje njegov unos.

Kava bez šećera može biti odličan početak.

- Ako pijete dvije do tri šalice kave svaki dan te dodajte umjetne zaslađivače ili šećer, ugrožavate svoje zdravlje, kao i svoju tjelesnu težinu - navode stručnjaci.
