Dana 21. prosinca 1140. godine dogodila se jedna od najneobičnijih opsada u srednjem vijeku. Naime, snage njemačkog kralja Konrada III. iz dinastije Hohenstaufen opsjele su grad Weinsberg sjeverno od današnjeg Stuttgarta, piše Povijest.
Radilo se o sukobu njemačkih dinastija Welf i Hohenstaufen, čije je dugotrajno povijesno suparništvo poznato i kao sukob gvelfa i gibelina. Kkao objašnjava Wikipedia, gvelfi su podržavali pape, a gibelini cara Svetog Rimskog Carstva.

Grad Weinsberg nije izdržao opsadu, no ženama poraženih branitelja učinjen je ustupak. Bilo im je dopušteno da napuste grad i da ponesu sa sobom sve što mogu nositi.
One su to, prema predaji, lukavo iskoristile tako da su na leđima iz grada iznijele svoje muževe. Car Konrad III. Hohenstaufen održao je zadanu riječ i žene su na taj način spasile svoje muževe, piše Povijest.

Naime, snage njemačkog kralja Konrada III. iz dinastije Hohenstaufen opsjele su grad Weinsberg sjeverno od današnjeg Stuttgarta, piše Povijest.

Grad Weinsberg nije izdržao opsadu, no ženama poraženih branitelja učinjen je ustupak. Bilo im je dopušteno da napuste grad i da ponesu sa sobom sve što mogu nositi.

Dana 21. prosinca 1140. godine dogodila se jedna od najneobičnijih opsada u srednjem vijeku. Naime, snage njemačkog kralja Konrada III. iz dinastije Hohenstaufen opsjele su grad Weinsberg sjeverno od današnjeg Stuttgarta, piše Povijest.
Radilo se o sukobu njemačkih dinastija Welf i Hohenstaufen, čije je dugotrajno povijesno suparništvo poznato i kao sukob gvelfa i gibelina. Kkao objašnjava Wikipedia, gvelfi su podržavali pape, a gibelini cara Svetog Rimskog Carstva.
Grad Weinsberg nije izdržao opsadu, no ženama poraženih branitelja učinjen je ustupak. Bilo im je dopušteno da napuste grad i da ponesu sa sobom sve što mogu nositi.
