Meso, riba, povrće – otprilike ovako izgleda prehrambeni trokut današnjice. U Dalmaciji najviše. Jer, na stranu i fešte i razna druženja, roštiljanja, gradele i okupljanja, čak se i svakodnevni obroci podosta temelje na mesu, petkom se udari po ribi, a najčešći je prilog povrće.
Što se tiče mesa, tu se manje-više sve zna. Kultura smo mesojeda, unatoč sve većem rastu vegetarijanstva, veganstva i ostalih načina prehrane. Meso je i dalje zakon na pjatu, bilo da je kuhano, pečeno, prženo… U kolektivni mentalitet Dalmacije usađeno je kako "obid nije obid" ako u njemu nema barem malo mesa.
Ali svježeg mesa, provjerene kvalitete. Onakvog kakvog se može naći upravo u Tommyju.
Naime, svježe meso tvrtke Tommy provjereno je higijenski i laboratorijski analizirano i nadzirano po međunarodnim standardima koji jamče zdravstvenu ispravnost. Meso se pakira pomoću najmodernijih tehnika u kontroliranoj atmosferi kako bi ostalo svježe, kvalitetno i sa svim hranjivim vrijednostima.

Prva, i svima itekako dobro poznata činjenica jest ta da je meso najbolji izvor proteina, a oni su važni za normalno funkcioniranje tijela, od izgradnje mišića i ostalih tkiva, pa sve do proizvodnje antitijela koja štite od infekcija, jačajući imunosni sustav. Ono što je najvažnije jest da meso sadrži esencijalne aminokiseline.
Osim proteina, u mesu nalazimo i mnogo ostalih hranjivih tvari, od cinka i željeza pa sve do selena. Željezo, naravno, pomaže u formiranju hemoglobina, koji prenosi kisik do različitih dijelova tijela. Cink, pak, pomaže u formiranju tkiva, a selen razgrađuje masnoće u tijelu.
Meso obiluje i vitaminima A, B i D, koji su ključni za zdravlje. Točnije, održavaju nam vid oštrim, jačaju zube i kosti, ali i "grade" središnji živčani sustav. Još je jedna velika prednost što vam i koža izgleda zdravije.
Naravno, neće svako meso imati jednak udio spomenutih hranjivih tvari, no naposljetku uvijek se meso biralo po ukusu. Netko voli junetinu, netko piletinu, drugi pak, janjetinu, dok trećima "nema tice do prasice". O ukusima se ne raspravlja, kao i o zdravstvenim benefitima povremenog uključivanja mesa u prehranu. Meso, riba, povrće – otprilike ovako izgleda prehrambeni trokut današnjice. U Dalmaciji najviše. Jer, na stranu i fešte i razna druženja, roštiljanja, gradele i okupljanja, čak se i svakodnevni obroci podosta temelje na mesu, petkom se udari po ribi, a najčešći je prilog povrće.
Što se tiče mesa, tu se manje-više sve zna. Kultura smo mesojeda, unatoč sve većem rastu vegetarijanstva, veganstva i ostalih načina prehrane. Meso je i dalje zakon na pjatu, bilo da je kuhano, pečeno, prženo… U kolektivni mentalitet Dalmacije usađeno je kako "obid nije obid" ako u njemu nema barem malo mesa.
Ali svježeg mesa, provjerene kvalitete. Onakvog kakvog se može naći upravo u Tommyju.

Prva, i svima itekako dobro poznata činjenica jest ta da je meso najbolji izvor proteina, a oni su važni za normalno funkcioniranje tijela, od izgradnje mišića i ostalih tkiva, pa sve do proizvodnje antitijela koja štite od infekcija, jačajući imunosni sustav. Ono što je najvažnije jest da meso sadrži esencijalne aminokiseline.
Osim proteina, u mesu nalazimo i mnogo ostalih hranjivih tvari, od cinka i željeza pa sve do selena. Željezo, naravno, pomaže u formiranju hemoglobina, koji prenosi kisik do različitih dijelova tijela. Cink, pak, pomaže u formiranju tkiva, a selen razgrađuje masnoće u tijelu.
Meso obiluje i vitaminima A, B i D, koji su ključni za zdravlje. Točnije, održavaju nam vid oštrim, jačaju zube i kosti, ali i "grade" središnji živčani sustav. Još je jedna velika prednost što vam i koža izgleda zdravije.
