Uskrs je pred vratima, pripremate se na kužinavanje: pečenje šunke, pravljenje francuske salate, tko nije već još stigne ispeći sirnicu ili pincu, a i najmanje 20-ak jaja vam je u planu skuhati. I to je samo ono što će se jesti za uskršnji doručak, a gdje su još juhe, peke, odojci, krumpiri, kolači.. Vjerojatno oćekujete da će na vagi, kada za koji dan stanete na nju, biti najmanje tri kilograma više nego što je sad i zato možda nebi bilo loše strezati kalorije tamo gdje je moguće.

Kao na primjer u francuskoj salati koju svi obožavamo ali ima kalorija brdo. Pronašli smo recept koji je ukusan ali puno manje kaloričan od onog na koji smo naviknuli, piše adhara.hr.

Sastojci:
4 tvrdo kuhana jaja, od kojih se samo 1 žumanjak iskoristi, a ostala 3 daju mački koji će se razveseliti
Kiseli krastavci – 8 ili koliko vam odgovara da nije previše kiselo
1 jabuka
pola kuhanog celera
2 kuhane mrkve
Šalica kuhanog graška
Povrće kratko skuhati da ostane hrskavo i narezati na kockice. Jaja skuhati te izvaditi žumanjke i razveseliti svojeg ili susjedovog mačka, a bjelanjke izrezati na kockice.
Jabuku oguliti i narezati na kockice (ublaži kiseli okus salate).
Za umak:
Maslinovo ulje – 4 žlice
Svježi kravlji sir – 6 žlica
Sok limuna – 2 , 3 žlice
Malo papra i soli
Sve sastojke pomiješati i dobro izmiksati da se dobije fina krema i nju umiješati u salatu, savjetuje adhara.hr.

Kao na primjer u francuskoj salati koju svi obožavamo ali ima kalorija brdo. Pronašli smo recept koji je ukusan ali puno manje kaloričan od onog na koji smo naviknuli, piše adhara.hr.
Kako pripremiti Francusku salatu na drugačiji način, savjetuje Irena Švenda, magistrica nutricionizma.
Sastojci:
4 tvrdo kuhana jaja, od kojih se samo 1 žumanjak iskoristi, a ostala 3 daju mački koji će se razveseliti
Kiseli krastavci – 8 ili koliko vam odgovara da nije previše kiselo
1 jabuka
pola kuhanog celera
2 kuhane mrkve
Šalica kuhanog graška
Povrće kratko skuhati da ostane hrskavo i narezati na kockice. Jaja skuhati te izvaditi žumanjke i razveseliti svojeg ili susjedovog mačka, a bjelanjke izrezati na kockice.
Jabuku oguliti i narezati na kockice (ublaži kiseli okus salate).
Za umak:
Maslinovo ulje – 4 žlice
Svježi kravlji sir – 6 žlica
Sok limuna – 2 , 3 žlice
Malo papra i soli
Sve sastojke pomiješati i dobro izmiksati da se dobije fina krema i nju umiješati u salatu, savjetuje adhara.hr.

Uskrs je pred vratima, pripremate se na kužinavanje: pečenje šunke, pravljenje francuske salate, tko nije već još stigne ispeći sirnicu ili pincu, a i najmanje 20-ak jaja vam je u planu skuhati. I to je samo ono što će se jesti za uskršnji doručak, a gdje su još juhe, peke, odojci, krumpiri, kolači.. Vjerojatno oćekujete da će na vagi, kada za koji dan stanete na nju, biti najmanje tri kilograma više nego što je sad i zato možda nebi bilo loše strezati kalorije tamo gdje je moguće.
Kao na primjer u francuskoj salati koju svi obožavamo ali ima kalorija brdo. Pronašli smo recept koji je ukusan ali puno manje kaloričan od onog na koji smo naviknuli, piše adhara.hr.
