Nakon što je na Pinterestu objavljeno koja su jela bila najpopularnija za vrijeme karantene u državama diljem svijeta, mnogi su se odlučili na isprobavanje tih istih recepata kod kuće. Ma koliko kilometara bili udaljeni od države gdje su recepti nastali, gdje su prvi put isprobani, gdje su poprimili svoje značajke...
Uostalom, nije ni tuna u konzervi nastala u Meksiku, pa su za vrijeme restrikcija upravo jela na njenoj bazi bila najpopularnija, o čemu smo već pisali. Isprobavanje novih jela poprimilo je i nakon popuštanja mjera takve razmjere da smo po društvenim mrežama viđali uglavnom samo dokaze kulinarskih pothvata, uspješnije i manje uspješne, naravno.
Budući da je situacija takva da su već i oni koji najuspješnije negiraju stvarnost svjesi da epidemija nije gotova, posvetiti se kuhanju kod kuće nikad nije bilo privlačnije. Danas ćemo rasvjetliti zato neka od jela koja su se pripremala za vrijeme karantene i priložiti koji recept za znatiželjne.
1. Pastirska pita
Najpopularniji recept za vrijeme karantene u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama ukusno je i zasitno jelo koje dolazi iz Velike Britanije. Pastirska pita ili, u originalu, Shepherd's pie, nekako se ne priprema tradicionalno kod nas, ali to ne znači da je ne biste trebali isprobati dok pošteno ne ugriju ljetne temperature...
Pita ima dva sloja - donji se sastoji od mljevenog junećeg (u originalu janjećeg) mesa, mrkve, luka, graška, začina i brašna. Umak sličan onome bolognese, ali pojačan Worcestershire sosom (bez kojeg možete), ugušćen je brašnom, a na njega dolazi pire od krumpira, vrhnja i krem sira. Nakon što se oba sloja pripreme, sve se stavi u vatrostalnu posudu i zapeče u pećnici na 200 stupnjeva oko pola sata.

2. Tjestenina sa šparogama
Dok su Amerikanci uživali u mirisnoj mesnoj piti, njihovi su susjedi Kanađani jeli najčešće tjesteninu sa šparogama. Jelo koje je dovoljno "light", ali i dovoljno kremasto i zasitno, moglo bi vam postati jedan od omiljenih načina pripreme "manistre".
Ako pronađete šparoge, sve što morate je ukuhati ih u vrhnju s češnjakom, graškom i gljivama, skuhati tjesteninu i naribati parmezana na vrh. Toliko je jednostavno.

3. Torta bez jaja
Slatkarijama su se za vrijeme kućnih izolacija okrenuli Britanci, a najviše se pretraživalo (i pripremalo) recepata za torte bez jaja. Ne vjerujemo baš da je cijela nacija odlučila krenuti u smjeru veganstva, prije će biti da su se zalihe trošile brže nego što se odlazilo u tjednu kupovinu.

4. Kruh s divljim češnjakom
Nijemcima omiljen recept, divlji kruh od češnjaka zapravo je varijanta "običnog" garlic breada. Tako nekako izgleda i recept (ovaj je od kukuruznog brašna) u koji mnogi dodaju pesto, ali i obični češnjak, sir, pa čak i pancetu. Tijesto se zarola i peče poput običnog kruha, no zato je mnogo mirisnije i začinjenije, možete ga jesti i samoga.

5. Damper kruh
Tradicionalni australski kruh pripremao se u svojoj matičnoj državi. Kruh od piva, slanine i ružmarina bio je prilično popularan i na Novome Zelandu, ali kod njih je pak na prvome mjestu zasjala pita od jabuka.
Što se dampera tiče, tijesto se mijesi od brašna, popržene mljevene slanine i ružmarina, piva i praška za pecivo. Peče se svega 20ak minuta, a recept možete pronaći ovdje.

Nakon što je na Pinterestu objavljeno koja su jela bila najpopularnija za vrijeme karantene u državama diljem svijeta, mnogi su se odlučili na isprobavanje tih istih recepata kod kuće. Ma koliko kilometara bili udaljeni od države gdje su recepti nastali, gdje su prvi put isprobani, gdje su poprimili svoje značajke...
Uostalom, nije ni tuna u konzervi nastala u Meksiku, pa su za vrijeme restrikcija upravo jela na njenoj bazi bila najpopularnija, o čemu smo već pisali. Isprobavanje novih jela poprimilo je i nakon popuštanja mjera takve razmjere da smo po društvenim mrežama viđali uglavnom samo dokaze kulinarskih pothvata, uspješnije i manje uspješne, naravno.
Budući da je situacija takva da su već i oni koji najuspješnije negiraju stvarnost svjesi da epidemija nije gotova, posvetiti se kuhanju kod kuće nikad nije bilo privlačnije. Danas ćemo rasvjetliti zato neka od jela koja su se pripremala za vrijeme karantene i priložiti koji recept za znatiželjne.
1. Pastirska pita
Najpopularniji recept za vrijeme karantene u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama ukusno je i zasitno jelo koje dolazi iz Velike Britanije. Pastirska pita ili, u originalu, Shepherd's pie, nekako se ne priprema tradicionalno kod nas, ali to ne znači da je ne biste trebali isprobati dok pošteno ne ugriju ljetne temperature...
Pita ima dva sloja - donji se sastoji od mljevenog junećeg (u originalu janjećeg) mesa, mrkve, luka, graška, začina i brašna. Umak sličan onome bolognese, ali pojačan Worcestershire sosom (bez kojeg možete), ugušćen je brašnom, a na njega dolazi pire od krumpira, vrhnja i krem sira. Nakon što se oba sloja pripreme, sve se stavi u vatrostalnu posudu i zapeče u pećnici na 200 stupnjeva oko pola sata.

2. Tjestenina sa šparogama
Dok su Amerikanci uživali u mirisnoj mesnoj piti, njihovi su susjedi Kanađani jeli najčešće tjesteninu sa šparogama. Jelo koje je dovoljno "light", ali i dovoljno kremasto i zasitno, moglo bi vam postati jedan od omiljenih načina pripreme "manistre".
Ako pronađete šparoge, sve što morate je ukuhati ih u vrhnju s češnjakom, graškom i gljivama, skuhati tjesteninu i naribati parmezana na vrh. Toliko je jednostavno.

3. Torta bez jaja
Slatkarijama su se za vrijeme kućnih izolacija okrenuli Britanci, a najviše se pretraživalo (i pripremalo) recepata za torte bez jaja. Ne vjerujemo baš da je cijela nacija odlučila krenuti u smjeru veganstva, prije će biti da su se zalihe trošile brže nego što se odlazilo u tjednu kupovinu.

4. Kruh s divljim češnjakom
Nijemcima omiljen recept, divlji kruh od češnjaka zapravo je varijanta "običnog" garlic breada. Tako nekako izgleda i recept (ovaj je od kukuruznog brašna) u koji mnogi dodaju pesto, ali i obični češnjak, sir, pa čak i pancetu. Tijesto se zarola i peče poput običnog kruha, no zato je mnogo mirisnije i začinjenije, možete ga jesti i samoga.

5. Damper kruh
Tradicionalni australski kruh pripremao se u svojoj matičnoj državi. Kruh od piva, slanine i ružmarina bio je prilično popularan i na Novome Zelandu, ali kod njih je pak na prvome mjestu zasjala pita od jabuka.
