Prema pisanju 24sata.hr jučer ujutro na Trešnjevci u Zagrebu policijska Škoda Octavia Combi 2.0 TDI na raskrižju je čekala da se na semaforu upali zeleno svjetlo. Tada je Toyota Yaris, nakon skretanja iz poprečne ulice na uzdužnu, prešla preko pune linije u lijevu istosmjernu traku, protivno članku 75. stavak 1 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama (kazna 130 eura), piše Autoportal.hr.
Vozač policijske Škode upalio je plavo rotacijsko svjetlo na vozilu pokrenuo ga i prošao kroz raskrižje dok je na semaforu bilo upaljeno crveno svjetlo, kako bi zaustavio i sankcionirao vozača Toyote. Pritom je prekršio članak 59. stavak 1 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama – kazna je 390 do 920 eura, tri kaznena boda i oduzimanje vozačke dozvole od najmanje 6 mjeseci za drugi takav prekršaj, i najmanje 12 mjeseci za treći i svaki sljedeći prekršaj.
Vozila s prednosti prolaska – hitna pomoć, MUP, vatrogasci, civilna zaštita i vojna policija, dok imaju upaljena plava rotacijska svjetla ili daju posebne zvučne signale – imaju brojne povlastice u prometu, mogu prekoračiti dopuštenu brzinu, prijeći preko pune linije, oduzeti prednost drugom vozilu…, ali, bez izuzetka, ne smiju proći kroz crveno svjetlo na raskrižju!
Čak i u ekstremnim slučajevima, kad hitna pomoć vozi osobu kojoj su bitne sekunde ili policija hvata bjegunca koji prijeti teškom ugrozom ne smije se proći kroz crveno svjetlo, jer se time riskira još veća opasnost i pogibelj. Ipak, često vidimo da hitna služba, vatrogasci, policija…, s upaljenim plavim rotacijskim svjetlima prolaze kroz crveno svjetlo na raskrižju, što je jučer na raskrižju u zagrebačkoj Trešnjevci snimio čitatelj 24sata.hr.
Zabrana prolaska kroz crveno svjetlo odnosi se i na vozila pod posebnom pratnjom. Za njihov prolazak određuje se posebna prometna regulacija s upaljenim žutim trepčećim svjetlima na semaforu. Policija, hitna, vatrogasci mogu također proći kroz križanje uz posebnu regulaciju dok je na semaforu trepčeće žuto svjetlo.

Prema pisanju 24sata.hr jučer ujutro na Trešnjevci u Zagrebu policijska Škoda Octavia Combi 2.0 TDI na raskrižju je čekala da se na semaforu upali zeleno svjetlo. Tada je Toyota Yaris, nakon skretanja iz poprečne ulice na uzdužnu, prešla preko pune linije u lijevu istosmjernu traku, protivno članku 75. stavak 1 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama (kazna 130 eura), piše Autoportal.hr.
Vozač policijske Škode upalio je plavo rotacijsko svjetlo na vozilu pokrenuo ga i prošao kroz raskrižje dok je na semaforu bilo upaljeno crveno svjetlo, kako bi zaustavio i sankcionirao vozača Toyote. Pritom je prekršio članak 59. stavak 1 Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama – kazna je 390 do 920 eura, tri kaznena boda i oduzimanje vozačke dozvole od najmanje 6 mjeseci za drugi takav prekršaj, i najmanje 12 mjeseci za treći i svaki sljedeći prekršaj.
Vozila s prednosti prolaska – hitna pomoć, MUP, vatrogasci, civilna zaštita i vojna policija, dok imaju upaljena plava rotacijska svjetla ili daju posebne zvučne signale – imaju brojne povlastice u prometu, mogu prekoračiti dopuštenu brzinu, prijeći preko pune linije, oduzeti prednost drugom vozilu…, ali, bez izuzetka, ne smiju proći kroz crveno svjetlo na raskrižju!
Čak i u ekstremnim slučajevima, kad hitna pomoć vozi osobu kojoj su bitne sekunde ili policija hvata bjegunca koji prijeti teškom ugrozom ne smije se proći kroz crveno svjetlo, jer se time riskira još veća opasnost i pogibelj. Ipak, često vidimo da hitna služba, vatrogasci, policija…, s upaljenim plavim rotacijskim svjetlima prolaze kroz crveno svjetlo na raskrižju, što je jučer na raskrižju u zagrebačkoj Trešnjevci snimio čitatelj 24sata.hr.
Zabrana prolaska kroz crveno svjetlo odnosi se i na vozila pod posebnom pratnjom. Za njihov prolazak određuje se posebna prometna regulacija s upaljenim žutim trepčećim svjetlima na semaforu. Policija, hitna, vatrogasci mogu također proći kroz križanje uz posebnu regulaciju dok je na semaforu trepčeće žuto svjetlo.
