Kako bi lakše odolijevali ogrebotinama u svakodnevnoj vožnji, novi Dacia Sandero Stepway i novi Dacia Duster sada su opremljeni posebnom zaštitom podvozja za čiju je dugotrajnost zaslužna tehnika bojenja u masi. Zaštita podvozja zapravo je komad plastike koji se ugrađuje ispod prednjeg i stražnjeg odbojnika kako bi se podvozje zaštitilo od svakodnevnog trošenja.

No ovaj element ima i estetsku funkciju. Zahvaljujući njemu, odbojnik djeluje privlačnije. Kreativna i predana neprestanom istraživanju svega onog što vozilo čini esencijalnim, Dacia je osmislila nov način izrade zaštite podvozja od plastike obojene u masi.

Posebnim dizajnom zaštite podvozja na novom Sanderu Stepwayu i novom Dusteru željeli smo ponuditi pametna i jednostavna rješenja s najboljim omjerom cijene i kvalitete, ali i zadržati privlačan izgled. Da bismo to postigli, razvili smo učinkovite i ekološki osviještene proizvodne postupke, kaže mlada dizajnerica Sanam.

Ovaj proizvodni postupak jamči dugotrajnost boje zaštite podvozja i olakšava prilagodbu njezina izgleda (primjerice, crne je dijelove moguće zamijeniti sivima). Nove zaštite podjednako su izdržljive, ne podrazumijevaju dodatne troškove i djeluju mnogo elegantnije.

Ne treba zaboraviti ni potencijalne uštede za vlasnike vozila koji više neće trebati mijenjati jedan dio nakon manje ogrebotine samo kako bi očuvali cjelokupni izgled svog Sandera Stepwaya ili Dustera. Kada govorimo o proizvodnim postupcima, jednostavnost je često ključ uspjeha. To dokazuje i zaštita podvozja koja se, za razliku od tradicionalne izrade koja uključuje najmanje dva koraka (bojenje, integracija različitih dijelova...), izrađuje u jednom koraku – ubrizgavanjem plastike.

Takva metoda izrade znači i niže proizvodne troškove koji pogoduju krajnjem kupcu, dok sam postupak proizvodnje postaje ekološki prihvatljiviji.

Kako bi lakše odolijevali ogrebotinama u svakodnevnoj vožnji, novi Dacia Sandero Stepway i novi Dacia Duster sada su opremljeni posebnom zaštitom podvozja za čiju je dugotrajnost zaslužna tehnika bojenja u masi. Zaštita podvozja zapravo je komad plastike koji se ugrađuje ispod prednjeg i stražnjeg odbojnika kako bi se podvozje zaštitilo od svakodnevnog trošenja.

No ovaj element ima i estetsku funkciju. Zahvaljujući njemu, odbojnik djeluje privlačnije. Kreativna i predana neprestanom istraživanju svega onog što vozilo čini esencijalnim, Dacia je osmislila nov način izrade zaštite podvozja od plastike obojene u masi.

Posebnim dizajnom zaštite podvozja na novom Sanderu Stepwayu i novom Dusteru željeli smo ponuditi pametna i jednostavna rješenja s najboljim omjerom cijene i kvalitete, ali i zadržati privlačan izgled. Da bismo to postigli, razvili smo učinkovite i ekološki osviještene proizvodne postupke, kaže mlada dizajnerica Sanam.

Ovaj proizvodni postupak jamči dugotrajnost boje zaštite podvozja i olakšava prilagodbu njezina izgleda (primjerice, crne je dijelove moguće zamijeniti sivima). Nove zaštite podjednako su izdržljive, ne podrazumijevaju dodatne troškove i djeluju mnogo elegantnije.

Ne treba zaboraviti ni potencijalne uštede za vlasnike vozila koji više neće trebati mijenjati jedan dio nakon manje ogrebotine samo kako bi očuvali cjelokupni izgled svog Sandera Stepwaya ili Dustera. Kada govorimo o proizvodnim postupcima, jednostavnost je često ključ uspjeha. To dokazuje i zaštita podvozja koja se, za razliku od tradicionalne izrade koja uključuje najmanje dva koraka (bojenje, integracija različitih dijelova...), izrađuje u jednom koraku – ubrizgavanjem plastike.

Takva metoda izrade znači i niže proizvodne troškove koji pogoduju krajnjem kupcu, dok sam postupak proizvodnje postaje ekološki prihvatljiviji.

Kako bi lakše odolijevali ogrebotinama u svakodnevnoj vožnji, novi Dacia Sandero Stepway i novi Dacia Duster sada su opremljeni posebnom zaštitom podvozja za čiju je dugotrajnost zaslužna tehnika bojenja u masi. Zaštita podvozja zapravo je komad plastike koji se ugrađuje ispod prednjeg i stražnjeg odbojnika kako bi se podvozje zaštitilo od svakodnevnog trošenja.

No ovaj element ima i estetsku funkciju. Zahvaljujući njemu, odbojnik djeluje privlačnije. Kreativna i predana neprestanom istraživanju svega onog što vozilo čini esencijalnim, Dacia je osmislila nov način izrade zaštite podvozja od plastike obojene u masi.
