Sudskim rješenjem Vrdoljak bi trebao platiti 132,72 eura u Fond za namirenje troškova stečajnog postupka, a ne učini li to, sud će naložiti Financijskoj agenciji provođenje ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima sa svih njegovih računa.

Najnovije sudsko rješenje uslijedilo je nakon ovomjesečne objave prijedloga Fine za otvaranje stečaja nad Mediteran filmom u kojem se navodi od sredine lipnja ima evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje u neprekinutom razdoblju od 120 dana i u ukupnom iznosu od 66.926 eura.

No, još u svibnju 2021. bio je obustavljen tada predloženi stečaj te producentske tvrtke zbog utvrđenog duga nešto većeg od 103.000 kuna. Naime, nakon pokrenute procedure, Vrdoljak je ubrzo dostavio potvrdu da račun te njegove tvrtke više nije u blokadi te da više nema duga.

Mediteran film tvrtka je osnovana 1997. s temeljnim kapitalom od 19.000 kuna, a kao jedini osnivač i direktor naveden je Andrija Vrdoljak. Tvrtka je registrirana na zagrebačkom Dobrom dolu - na istoj adresi kao i Kiklop film u stečaju, tvrtka u vlasništvu oca i sina, Antuna i Andrije Vrdoljaka koja je bila registrirana 2015. s 20.000 kuna temeljnog kapitala. 

Najveći projekt Kiklop filma, serija General o životnom putu generala Ante Gotovine bila je predmet brojnih kritika u medijima, ali i napisa o financiranju tog projekta. Nakon završetka snimanja Generala neki od sudionika istupili su u javnost zbog neisplaćenih honorara ili nepodmirenih dugovanja, a neki su i pokrenuli ovrhe protiv Kiklop filma.

Sudskim rješenjem Vrdoljak bi trebao platiti 132,72 eura u Fond za namirenje troškova stečajnog postupka, a ne učini li to, sud će naložiti Financijskoj agenciji provođenje ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima sa svih njegovih računa.

Najnovije sudsko rješenje uslijedilo je nakon ovomjesečne objave prijedloga Fine za otvaranje stečaja nad Mediteran filmom u kojem se navodi od sredine lipnja ima evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje u neprekinutom razdoblju od 120 dana i u ukupnom iznosu od 66.926 eura.

No, još u svibnju 2021. bio je obustavljen tada predloženi stečaj te producentske tvrtke zbog utvrđenog duga nešto većeg od 103.000 kuna. Naime, nakon pokrenute procedure, Vrdoljak je ubrzo dostavio potvrdu da račun te njegove tvrtke više nije u blokadi te da više nema duga.

Mediteran film tvrtka je osnovana 1997. s temeljnim kapitalom od 19.000 kuna, a kao jedini osnivač i direktor naveden je Andrija Vrdoljak. Tvrtka je registrirana na zagrebačkom Dobrom dolu - na istoj adresi kao i Kiklop film u stečaju, tvrtka u vlasništvu oca i sina, Antuna i Andrije Vrdoljaka koja je bila registrirana 2015. s 20.000 kuna temeljnog kapitala. 

Najveći projekt Kiklop filma, serija General o životnom putu generala Ante Gotovine bila je predmet brojnih kritika u medijima, ali i napisa o financiranju tog projekta. Nakon završetka snimanja Generala neki od sudionika istupili su u javnost zbog neisplaćenih honorara ili nepodmirenih dugovanja, a neki su i pokrenuli ovrhe protiv Kiklop filma.

Andriji Vrdoljaku sud naložio plaćanje predujma za otvaranje stečaja nad obiteljskom tvrtkom

Sudskim rješenjem Vrdoljak bi trebao platiti 132,72 eura u Fond za namirenje troškova stečajnog postupka, a ne učini li to, sud će naložiti Financijskoj agenciji provođenje ovrhe na novčanim sredstvima sa svih njegovih računa.

Najnovije sudsko rješenje uslijedilo je nakon ovomjesečne objave prijedloga Fine za otvaranje stečaja nad Mediteran filmom u kojem se navodi od sredine lipnja ima evidentirane neizvršene osnove za plaćanje u neprekinutom razdoblju od 120 dana i u ukupnom iznosu od 66.926 eura.

No, još u svibnju 2021. bio je obustavljen tada predloženi stečaj te producentske tvrtke zbog utvrđenog duga nešto većeg od 103.000 kuna. Naime, nakon pokrenute procedure, Vrdoljak je ubrzo dostavio potvrdu da račun te njegove tvrtke više nije u blokadi te da više nema duga.

Mediteran film tvrtka je osnovana 1997. s temeljnim kapitalom od 19.000 kuna, a kao jedini osnivač i direktor naveden je Andrija Vrdoljak. Tvrtka je registrirana na zagrebačkom Dobrom dolu - na istoj adresi kao i Kiklop film u stečaju, tvrtka u vlasništvu oca i sina, Antuna i Andrije Vrdoljaka koja je bila registrirana 2015. s 20.000 kuna temeljnog kapitala. 

Najveći projekt Kiklop filma, serija General o životnom putu generala Ante Gotovine bila je predmet brojnih kritika u medijima, ali i napisa o financiranju tog projekta. Nakon završetka snimanja Generala neki od sudionika istupili su u javnost zbog neisplaćenih honorara ili nepodmirenih dugovanja, a neki su i pokrenuli ovrhe protiv Kiklop filma.
