Recentna proslava 30. godišnjice "Smrtonosnog oružja 3" poklopila se s premijerom francuskog "buddy" akcića "Daleko od ulice" ("Loin du periph") na Netflixu. Bolje je ponovno pogledati "Lethal Weapon 3" nego "The Takedown", ako ćemo iskreno, ali generički francuski film zvučnog engleskog naslova može poslužiti ljubiteljima akcijskih "buddy" komedija za neobvezatno gledanje i ubijanje dva sata vremena.

A i zanimljiv je kao projekt s kojeg se redatelj Louis Leterrier ("Nevjerojatni Hulk", "Sudar Titana", "Majstori iluzije", "Ne-profesionalac", "Lupin") preselio na snimanje desetog dijela "Fast&Furious" serijala. Realno, ovaj žanr nije ni blizu tako popularan kao u osamdesetima i devedesetima, kad je iznjedrio veće il manje klasike "48 sati", "Smrtonosno oružje", "Crveno usijanje", "Ponoćna utrka", "Tango i Cash", "Prljavi igraju prljavo", "Obračun u Malom Tokiju", "Zločesti dečki", "Gas do daske"...

Odnosno, solidni "Bad Boys For Life" iz 2020. posljednji je film takve vrste, nekoliko godina prije njega imali smo odlični "The Nice Guys" i osrednje-slabašni "Ride Along 2", i to je više-manje to od sredine 2010-ih naovamo.

"Daleko od ulice" se direktno ili indirektno poziva na stare klasike žanra: navodi se riječ "boy scout" ("The Last Boy Scout"), netko spomene De Nira ("Midnight Run") i Stallonea ("Tango&Cash"), a i jedna tučnjava koketira s koreografijom Jackieja Chana ("Rush Hour"), tj. "chanovski" kreativnim korištenjem šipke u striptiz-klubu u borbi protiv negativca.

Jednako tako, Omar Sy, poznat po ulogama u filmovima "Nedodirljivi", "Samba", "Odjednom tata", "Zaboravljeni princ", "Noćna smjena"..., nanovo potvrđuje da želi biti zvijezda starog kova, francuski Eddie Murphy. Sy je već pokušao snimiti vlastitog "Policajca s Beverly Hillsa" s akcijskom komedijom "Svi putevi vode u Miami", a sad želi imati i svoj "Lethal Weapon 2".

Ovo je, naime, nastavak filma "On The Other Side Of The Tracks" u kojem je Syov policajac Ousmane spletom okolnosti morao surađivati s kolegom Françoisom (Laurent Lafitte; "Elle", "Male nevine laži"). Iako Ousmane i François na trenutke izgledaju kao da se nisu vidjeli u životu, zbog manjka kemije među Syem i Lafitteom, njihovi putevi ponovno se isprepleću kad ih spoji slučaj raspolovljenog tijela pronađenog na vlaku koji će istraživati uz pomoć izvjesne Alice (Izïa Higelin) u ruralnom gradu prepunom rasista.

Dakle, nešto slično kao što su se Riggs i Murtaugh borili protiv južnoafričkih poklonika aparthejda s "diplomatskim imunitetom" u "Smrtonosnom oružju 2". Podtekst je hvalevrijedan, ali "Daleko od ulice" s njime ne radi ništa pamtljivo na tragu spomenutog filma od kojeg pozajmljuje dosta toga, kao i od drugih akcija osamdesetih poput "Kobre" (desničarski negativci žele uspostaviti "New World Order" i podižu sjekire u zrak tijekom mitinga).

Nije problem u pozajmljivanju ukoliko pojedini film od pozajmica formira neko vlastito "ja", no ovdje se to baš i ne događa. "The Takedown" je tek sporadično komičan, primjerice u sceni kad Ousmane i François moraju podijeliti bračni krevet, a potonji voli spavati gol od pasa naniže, "kao bijeli Winnie The Pooh", ali češće je pritom vulgaran (bliski susret s penisom leša u mrtvačnici).

Sporadično je i akcijski uzbudljiv, kao u uvodnoj sceni s Ousmaneom u MMA kavezu ili potjeri "autotabanićima" preko terena za kuglanje koja se pretvara u jurnjavu s karting autićima kroz obližnji supermarket. Jedna takva jurnjava fino bi ironično legla u "Brzima i žestokima", no tko zna. Leterrier možda i ubaci nešto tako u "Fast X".

Omar opet u 'Jurskom svijetu'

Omara Sya uskoro ćemo gledati i u novom nastavku serijala "Jurski svijet". Sy je bio u prvom filmu i preskočio drugi, ali vraća se u trećem.

Recentna proslava 30. godišnjice "Smrtonosnog oružja 3" poklopila se s premijerom francuskog "buddy" akcića "Daleko od ulice" ("Loin du periph") na Netflixu. Bolje je ponovno pogledati "Lethal Weapon 3" nego "The Takedown", ako ćemo iskreno, ali generički francuski film zvučnog engleskog naslova može poslužiti ljubiteljima akcijskih "buddy" komedija za neobvezatno gledanje i ubijanje dva sata vremena.

A i zanimljiv je kao projekt s kojeg se redatelj Louis Leterrier ("Nevjerojatni Hulk", "Sudar Titana", "Majstori iluzije", "Ne-profesionalac", "Lupin") preselio na snimanje desetog dijela "Fast&Furious" serijala. Realno, ovaj žanr nije ni blizu tako popularan kao u osamdesetima i devedesetima, kad je iznjedrio veće il manje klasike "48 sati", "Smrtonosno oružje", "Crveno usijanje", "Ponoćna utrka", "Tango i Cash", "Prljavi igraju prljavo", "Obračun u Malom Tokiju", "Zločesti dečki", "Gas do daske"...

Odnosno, solidni "Bad Boys For Life" iz 2020. posljednji je film takve vrste, nekoliko godina prije njega imali smo odlični "The Nice Guys" i osrednje-slabašni "Ride Along 2", i to je više-manje to od sredine 2010-ih naovamo.

"Daleko od ulice" se direktno ili indirektno poziva na stare klasike žanra: navodi se riječ "boy scout" ("The Last Boy Scout"), netko spomene De Nira ("Midnight Run") i Stallonea ("Tango&Cash"), a i jedna tučnjava koketira s koreografijom Jackieja Chana ("Rush Hour"), tj. "chanovski" kreativnim korištenjem šipke u striptiz-klubu u borbi protiv negativca.

Jednako tako, Omar Sy, poznat po ulogama u filmovima "Nedodirljivi", "Samba", "Odjednom tata", "Zaboravljeni princ", "Noćna smjena"..., nanovo potvrđuje da želi biti zvijezda starog kova, francuski Eddie Murphy. Sy je već pokušao snimiti vlastitog "Policajca s Beverly Hillsa" s akcijskom komedijom "Svi putevi vode u Miami", a sad želi imati i svoj "Lethal Weapon 2".

Ovo je, naime, nastavak filma "On The Other Side Of The Tracks" u kojem je Syov policajac Ousmane spletom okolnosti morao surađivati s kolegom Françoisom (Laurent Lafitte; "Elle", "Male nevine laži"). Iako Ousmane i François na trenutke izgledaju kao da se nisu vidjeli u životu, zbog manjka kemije među Syem i Lafitteom, njihovi putevi ponovno se isprepleću kad ih spoji slučaj raspolovljenog tijela pronađenog na vlaku koji će istraživati uz pomoć izvjesne Alice (Izïa Higelin) u ruralnom gradu prepunom rasista.

Dakle, nešto slično kao što su se Riggs i Murtaugh borili protiv južnoafričkih poklonika aparthejda s "diplomatskim imunitetom" u "Smrtonosnom oružju 2". Podtekst je hvalevrijedan, ali "Daleko od ulice" s njime ne radi ništa pamtljivo na tragu spomenutog filma od kojeg pozajmljuje dosta toga, kao i od drugih akcija osamdesetih poput "Kobre" (desničarski negativci žele uspostaviti "New World Order" i podižu sjekire u zrak tijekom mitinga).

Nije problem u pozajmljivanju ukoliko pojedini film od pozajmica formira neko vlastito "ja", no ovdje se to baš i ne događa. "The Takedown" je tek sporadično komičan, primjerice u sceni kad Ousmane i François moraju podijeliti bračni krevet, a potonji voli spavati gol od pasa naniže, "kao bijeli Winnie The Pooh", ali češće je pritom vulgaran (bliski susret s penisom leša u mrtvačnici).

Sporadično je i akcijski uzbudljiv, kao u uvodnoj sceni s Ousmaneom u MMA kavezu ili potjeri "autotabanićima" preko terena za kuglanje koja se pretvara u jurnjavu s karting autićima kroz obližnji supermarket. Jedna takva jurnjava fino bi ironično legla u "Brzima i žestokima", no tko zna. Leterrier možda i ubaci nešto tako u "Fast X".

Omar opet u 'Jurskom svijetu'

Omara Sya uskoro ćemo gledati i u novom nastavku serijala "Jurski svijet". Sy je bio u prvom filmu i preskočio drugi, ali vraća se u trećem.
