Gradonačelnik Mato Franković na konferenciji za novinare najavio je nove stavke porezne politike Grada Dubrovnika, i ono najzanimljivije, ukidanje prireza.

Od iduće godine, dodao je, ukida se prirez koji sada iznosi 10 posto, što će značiti pogodnosti za kućne budžete dubrovačkih obitelji. O promjenama u poreznoj politici istaknuo je kako je ovo opterećenje punilo gradsku blagajnu za 2 387 152 eura što je 18 milijuna kuna. Manjak tog prihoda nadomjestit će se kroz veću gospodarsku aktivnost, uštede unutar proračuna i povećanja prihoda prije svega od gradske imovine. 

- Odluka je već donesena, povećavamo cijenu javnih površina za 30 posto jer to po našoj procjeni dubrovačko gospodarstvo može podnijeti, povećavaju se pristojbe za zaustavljanje autobusa na Pilama od 2025.  Do korekcije neće doći u idućoj godini jer turističke agencije koje prodaju aranžmane godinu unaprijed formiraju cijene pa poskupljenje se odnosi na 2025. U javnom savjetovanju je i odluka Grada Dubrovnika o povećanju poreza na kuće za odmor koja će iznositi 5 eura po metru četvornom, umjesto dosadašnjeg euro i pol po četvornom metru. Tu idemo u onom smijeru o kojem smo govorili das gospodarstvo jednim dijelom treba omogućiti što je bitno s druge strane pozitivne demografske učinke odnosno činjenicu da se rasterećuje sugrađane od određenih povećanja u komunalnim davanjima - istaknuo je Franković.

Ukidanjem prireza prosječno će od osnovice bruto plaće od 1500 eura na godišnjoj razini ostati 265 eura. Onima s brutom plaćom od 2 tisuće eura na računima će na godišnjoj razini ostati 387 eura. Jednoj dubrovačkoj obitelji s jednim djetetom na računu će godišnje ostati 615 eura, a onoj s dvoje djece 680 eura prosječno.

Neće doći ni do povećanja stope poreza na dohodak koju je moguće povećati na 23 i 34,5 posto. Zadržat će se sadašnja stopa koja iznosi 20 odnosno 30 posto. Odluka je trenutno na javnom savjetovanju, a u prosincu će biti pred gradskim vijećnicima.

Gradonačelnik Mato Franković na konferenciji za novinare najavio je nove stavke porezne politike Grada Dubrovnika, i ono najzanimljivije, ukidanje prireza.

Od iduće godine, dodao je, ukida se prirez koji sada iznosi 10 posto, što će značiti pogodnosti za kućne budžete dubrovačkih obitelji. O promjenama u poreznoj politici istaknuo je kako je ovo opterećenje punilo gradsku blagajnu za 2 387 152 eura što je 18 milijuna kuna. Manjak tog prihoda nadomjestit će se kroz veću gospodarsku aktivnost, uštede unutar proračuna i povećanja prihoda prije svega od gradske imovine. 

- Odluka je već donesena, povećavamo cijenu javnih površina za 30 posto jer to po našoj procjeni dubrovačko gospodarstvo može podnijeti, povećavaju se pristojbe za zaustavljanje autobusa na Pilama od 2025.  Do korekcije neće doći u idućoj godini jer turističke agencije koje prodaju aranžmane godinu unaprijed formiraju cijene pa poskupljenje se odnosi na 2025. U javnom savjetovanju je i odluka Grada Dubrovnika o povećanju poreza na kuće za odmor koja će iznositi 5 eura po metru četvornom, umjesto dosadašnjeg euro i pol po četvornom metru. Tu idemo u onom smijeru o kojem smo govorili das gospodarstvo jednim dijelom treba omogućiti što je bitno s druge strane pozitivne demografske učinke odnosno činjenicu da se rasterećuje sugrađane od određenih povećanja u komunalnim davanjima - istaknuo je Franković.

Ukidanjem prireza prosječno će od osnovice bruto plaće od 1500 eura na godišnjoj razini ostati 265 eura. Onima s brutom plaćom od 2 tisuće eura na računima će na godišnjoj razini ostati 387 eura. Jednoj dubrovačkoj obitelji s jednim djetetom na računu će godišnje ostati 615 eura, a onoj s dvoje djece 680 eura prosječno.

Neće doći ni do povećanja stope poreza na dohodak koju je moguće povećati na 23 i 34,5 posto. Zadržat će se sadašnja stopa koja iznosi 20 odnosno 30 posto. Odluka je trenutno na javnom savjetovanju, a u prosincu će biti pred gradskim vijećnicima.

Gradonačelnik Mato Franković na konferenciji za novinare najavio je nove stavke porezne politike Grada Dubrovnika, i ono najzanimljivije, ukidanje prireza.

Od iduće godine, dodao je, ukida se prirez koji sada iznosi 10 posto, što će značiti pogodnosti za kućne budžete dubrovačkih obitelji. O promjenama u poreznoj politici istaknuo je kako je ovo opterećenje punilo gradsku blagajnu za 2 387 152 eura što je 18 milijuna kuna. Manjak tog prihoda nadomjestit će se kroz veću gospodarsku aktivnost, uštede unutar proračuna i povećanja prihoda prije svega od gradske imovine. 

- Odluka je već donesena, povećavamo cijenu javnih površina za 30 posto jer to po našoj procjeni dubrovačko gospodarstvo može podnijeti, povećavaju se pristojbe za zaustavljanje autobusa na Pilama od 2025.  Do korekcije neće doći u idućoj godini jer turističke agencije koje prodaju aranžmane godinu unaprijed formiraju cijene pa poskupljenje se odnosi na 2025. U javnom savjetovanju je i odluka Grada Dubrovnika o povećanju poreza na kuće za odmor koja će iznositi 5 eura po metru četvornom, umjesto dosadašnjeg euro i pol po četvornom metru. Tu idemo u onom smijeru o kojem smo govorili das gospodarstvo jednim dijelom treba omogućiti što je bitno s druge strane pozitivne demografske učinke odnosno činjenicu da se rasterećuje sugrađane od određenih povećanja u komunalnim davanjima - istaknuo je Franković.

Ukidanjem prireza prosječno će od osnovice bruto plaće od 1500 eura na godišnjoj razini ostati 265 eura. Onima s brutom plaćom od 2 tisuće eura na računima će na godišnjoj razini ostati 387 eura. Jednoj dubrovačkoj obitelji s jednim djetetom na računu će godišnje ostati 615 eura, a onoj s dvoje djece 680 eura prosječno.

Neće doći ni do povećanja stope poreza na dohodak koju je moguće povećati na 23 i 34,5 posto. Zadržat će se sadašnja stopa koja iznosi 20 odnosno 30 posto. Odluka je trenutno na javnom savjetovanju, a u prosincu će biti pred gradskim vijećnicima.
