Turistička sezona još nije završila, a iznajmljivače je zapljusnuo novi val poreza i nameta. Odnosno, tek ih ima zapljusnuti! Naime, Vlada je donijela nove porezne mjere, a među njima je i Porez na nekretnine za odmor. Ako netko dodatno iznajmljuje nekretninu za odmor dodatno na tu zaradu plaća dodatni porez.

Porez na nekretnine za odmor iznosit će od 0,6 do 5 eura po kvadratnom metru nekretnine, a točan će iznos određivati gradovi i općine. Maksimalni porez po kvadratu dosad je bio 1,99 eura po kvadratu. Također, od 1. siječnja sljedeće godine, vlasnici apartmana plaćat će i paušalne iznose po krevetu, i porez na nekretninu za odmor. Dubrovačka poduzetnica i vlasnica agencije Dominium Travel Slavica Grkeš osvrnula se na novi set poreznih mjera.

- Ne znam je li se u obzir uzela zarada iznajmljivača, popunjenost tijekom godine? Prosječna duljina boravka? Najlakše je stavit‘ porez, a s tim bi trebala dolaziti odgovornost i sagledavanje šire slike. Da kod nas sezona kao termin ne postoji, odnosno da je ublaženija na način da radimo cijelu godinu, sve bi to bilo razumljivo. Naravno da država mora dobiti svoj dio, da porezi postoje da se ulaže, između ostalog, i u infrastrukturu koju koriste isti ti gosti. S obzirom na to da se suočavamo s periodom nakon korone gdje se još nismo vratili u normalu, gdje su ostanci gostiju kraći, sezona kraća, inflacija je, troškovi su narasli, nemamo baš nekog prostora, kaže Grkeš koja se osvrnula i na troškove:

- Ne možemo govorit‘ samo o troškovima, u turizmu je najveći trošak vrijeme, to se dosta podcjenjuje. Prodaja, komunikacija s gostima, check-in, čišćenje, posteljina, prijava gostiju, raspoloživost od 0 do 24, popravci... Rijetko tko spominje, na primjer, trošak uništene posteljine i ručnika... Svake godine svaka smještajna jedinica ima ulaganja, pripreme za sezonu. Vjerujem da je ovaj porez došao kao odgovor na povećan broj kreveta, odnosno ponude privatnog smještaja, što je okarakterizirano kao isplativo. Svakako, da se taj porez uloži u produljenje sezone, osobno nemam ništa protiv, ali s obzirom da sumnjam da će se to dogoditi, nisam sretna s istim, zaključuje Grkeš.

Turistička sezona još nije završila, a iznajmljivače je zapljusnuo novi val poreza i nameta. Odnosno, tek ih ima zapljusnuti! Naime, Vlada je donijela nove porezne mjere, a među njima je i Porez na nekretnine za odmor. Ako netko dodatno iznajmljuje nekretninu za odmor dodatno na tu zaradu plaća dodatni porez.

Porez na nekretnine za odmor iznosit će od 0,6 do 5 eura po kvadratnom metru nekretnine, a točan će iznos određivati gradovi i općine. Maksimalni porez po kvadratu dosad je bio 1,99 eura po kvadratu. Također, od 1. siječnja sljedeće godine, vlasnici apartmana plaćat će i paušalne iznose po krevetu, i porez na nekretninu za odmor. Dubrovačka poduzetnica i vlasnica agencije Dominium Travel Slavica Grkeš osvrnula se na novi set poreznih mjera.

- Ne znam je li se u obzir uzela zarada iznajmljivača, popunjenost tijekom godine? Prosječna duljina boravka? Najlakše je stavit‘ porez, a s tim bi trebala dolaziti odgovornost i sagledavanje šire slike. Da kod nas sezona kao termin ne postoji, odnosno da je ublaženija na način da radimo cijelu godinu, sve bi to bilo razumljivo. Naravno da država mora dobiti svoj dio, da porezi postoje da se ulaže, između ostalog, i u infrastrukturu koju koriste isti ti gosti. S obzirom na to da se suočavamo s periodom nakon korone gdje se još nismo vratili u normalu, gdje su ostanci gostiju kraći, sezona kraća, inflacija je, troškovi su narasli, nemamo baš nekog prostora, kaže Grkeš koja se osvrnula i na troškove:

- Ne možemo govorit‘ samo o troškovima, u turizmu je najveći trošak vrijeme, to se dosta podcjenjuje. Prodaja, komunikacija s gostima, check-in, čišćenje, posteljina, prijava gostiju, raspoloživost od 0 do 24, popravci... Rijetko tko spominje, na primjer, trošak uništene posteljine i ručnika... Svake godine svaka smještajna jedinica ima ulaganja, pripreme za sezonu. Vjerujem da je ovaj porez došao kao odgovor na povećan broj kreveta, odnosno ponude privatnog smještaja, što je okarakterizirano kao isplativo. Svakako, da se taj porez uloži u produljenje sezone, osobno nemam ništa protiv, ali s obzirom da sumnjam da će se to dogoditi, nisam sretna s istim, zaključuje Grkeš.
