Ako HEP ustraje na cijeni električne energije za rad crpnih stanica na području cetinskog kraja, ponuđenoj kroz provedenu javnu nabavu “Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine”, cijena vode koja se isporučuje kućanstvima na prostoru gradova Sinja i Trilja te općina Dicmo, Hrvace i Otok trebala bi se samo po toj osnovi povećati najmanje 75 posto.

Kada se uključe povećane cijene ostalih troškova, nova cijena vode koju bi trebali plaćati potrošači u cetinskom kraju bit će najmanje dvostruko veća od sadašnje. Za kućanstva i druge potrošače.

Ovo su u ponedjeljak na konferenciji za novinare održanoj kod crpne stanice uz izvor Kosinac kazali sinjski gradonačelnik Miro Bulj i Josip Mioč, direktor “Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine”.

- Prošle godine ova naša tvrtka, u kojoj Grad Sinj ima najveći udjel od 47 posto, imala je trošak električne energije 2,3 milijuna kuna. Kroz javnu nabavu HEP je ponudio da će istu količinu struje u ovoj godini isporučiti za 10,4 milijuna kuna. Povećanje cijene struje za preko 4,5 puta za “Vodovod i odvodnju Cetinske krajine” je nepodnošljivo i sigurno nije rast od 10 posto koliko navodi Vlada. Dva su rješenja za izlaz iz financijskog sunovrata naše vodoopskrbne tvrtke. Prvo je da tako enorman porast cijena struje, a ni drugi troškovi nisu imali beznačajan rast, prevalimo na naše potrošače. To sigurno nećemo napraviti.

Drugi je da Vlada kao vlasnik HEP-a utječe na korekciju ponuđene cijene struje za rad vodnih crpki. O tomu sam govorio sa saborske govornice, a zatražio sam o istoj temi razgovor s ministrom Tomislavom Ćorićem, potom s njegovim nasljednikom Davorom Filipovićem i na kraju s predsjednikom Vlade Andrejom Plenkovićem. Nikakav odgovor nisam dobio. Ovako enormnim povećanjem troškova za rad vodnih crpki najviše su pogođeni vodovodi u brdsko-planinskim područjima, koja su i najnerazvijeniji krajevi u državi. Za razliku od nas, gdje se zbog konfiguracije voda mora crpkama tlačiti na velike visinske razlike, u ravničarskim područjima troškovi struje opterećuju kubik vode nekoliko puta manje.

Da apsurd bude potpun, HEP najveći dio svoje dobiti, koja se posljednjih godina ustalila na oko 1,5 milijardi kuna godišnje, ostvaruje od proizvodnje struje u hidroelektranama na slijevu rijeke Cetine. Neka nam iz HEP-a ili Vlade javno kažu koliko od te dobiti ulažu u cetinski kraj. Koliko ovako ekstremnim porastom cijena električne energije Vlada kompenzira probleme s opskrbom i cijenama plina – kaže gradonačelnik Bulj.

Nisu toliko narasli troškovi

Znam da HEP-u nisu povećani troškovi ni blizu koliko su oni ponudili cijenu struje vodovodima. “Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine” je neprofitno trgovačko društvo i nije nam cilj profit, već samo uredna opskrba vodom i odvodnja građanima i gospodarstvu. Nama je trošak struje do sada bio 10 do najviše 15 posto ukupnih troškova. Novom cijenom porastao bi na 50 do 60 posto sveukupnih troškova.

Ja kao direktor moram predložiti suvlasnicima i skupštini poduzeća povećanje cijena. Ako HEP ostane pri svome, naša cijena kućanstvima povećala bi se sa sadašnjih 4 na najmanje 8 kuna po kubiku, a gospodarstvu sa sadašnjih 6 na 10 ili 11 kuna za istu količinu. To, naravno, nije jedino što potrošači vode plaćaju. Našoj usluzi treba pribrojiti fiksni dio cijene te naknade za korištenje voda, za zaštitu voda i za razvoj voda. Na kraju, naravno, i pripadajući PDV pa bi konačna cijena za domaćinstva bila 20-ak kuna, a za ostale korisnike puno veća – kaže direktor Josip Mioč.

- Predložit ću suvlasnicima da cijenu korigiramo za 10-ak posto. Tako ćemo plaćati i račune koje naš “Vodovod” dobiva za struju. Prošlogodišnju cijenu struje povećat ćemo za 10 posto i tako obračunavati i plaćati potrošenu električnu energiju. Naši građani ne mogu niti hoće više plaćati. Ako se iz HEP-a ili Vlade s tim ne slažu, neka oni dođu i ugase crpke na vodovodima Kosinac i Ruda – zaključio je gradonačelnik Bulj.

Ako HEP ustraje na cijeni električne energije za rad crpnih stanica na području cetinskog kraja, ponuđenoj kroz provedenu javnu nabavu “Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine”, cijena vode koja se isporučuje kućanstvima na prostoru gradova Sinja i Trilja te općina Dicmo, Hrvace i Otok trebala bi se samo po toj osnovi povećati najmanje 75 posto.

Kada se uključe povećane cijene ostalih troškova, nova cijena vode koju bi trebali plaćati potrošači u cetinskom kraju bit će najmanje dvostruko veća od sadašnje. Za kućanstva i druge potrošače.

Ovo su u ponedjeljak na konferenciji za novinare održanoj kod crpne stanice uz izvor Kosinac kazali sinjski gradonačelnik Miro Bulj i Josip Mioč, direktor “Vodovoda i odvodnje Cetinske krajine”.

- Prošle godine ova naša tvrtka, u kojoj Grad Sinj ima najveći udjel od 47 posto, imala je trošak električne energije 2,3 milijuna kuna. Kroz javnu nabavu HEP je ponudio da će istu količinu struje u ovoj godini isporučiti za 10,4 milijuna kuna. Povećanje cijene struje za preko 4,5 puta za “Vodovod i odvodnju Cetinske krajine” je nepodnošljivo i sigurno nije rast od 10 posto koliko navodi Vlada. Dva su rješenja za izlaz iz financijskog sunovrata naše vodoopskrbne tvrtke. Prvo je da tako enorman porast cijena struje, a ni drugi troškovi nisu imali beznačajan rast, prevalimo na naše potrošače. To sigurno nećemo napraviti.

Drugi je da Vlada kao vlasnik HEP-a utječe na korekciju ponuđene cijene struje za rad vodnih crpki. O tomu sam govorio sa saborske govornice, a zatražio sam o istoj temi razgovor s ministrom Tomislavom Ćorićem, potom s njegovim nasljednikom Davorom Filipovićem i na kraju s predsjednikom Vlade Andrejom Plenkovićem. Nikakav odgovor nisam dobio. Ovako enormnim povećanjem troškova za rad vodnih crpki najviše su pogođeni vodovodi u brdsko-planinskim područjima, koja su i najnerazvijeniji krajevi u državi. Za razliku od nas, gdje se zbog konfiguracije voda mora crpkama tlačiti na velike visinske razlike, u ravničarskim područjima troškovi struje opterećuju kubik vode nekoliko puta manje.

Da apsurd bude potpun, HEP najveći dio svoje dobiti, koja se posljednjih godina ustalila na oko 1,5 milijardi kuna godišnje, ostvaruje od proizvodnje struje u hidroelektranama na slijevu rijeke Cetine. Neka nam iz HEP-a ili Vlade javno kažu koliko od te dobiti ulažu u cetinski kraj. Koliko ovako ekstremnim porastom cijena električne energije Vlada kompenzira probleme s opskrbom i cijenama plina – kaže gradonačelnik Bulj.

Nisu toliko narasli troškovi

Znam da HEP-u nisu povećani troškovi ni blizu koliko su oni ponudili cijenu struje vodovodima. “Vodovod i odvodnja Cetinske krajine” je neprofitno trgovačko društvo i nije nam cilj profit, već samo uredna opskrba vodom i odvodnja građanima i gospodarstvu. Nama je trošak struje do sada bio 10 do najviše 15 posto ukupnih troškova. Novom cijenom porastao bi na 50 do 60 posto sveukupnih troškova.

Ja kao direktor moram predložiti suvlasnicima i skupštini poduzeća povećanje cijena. Ako HEP ostane pri svome, naša cijena kućanstvima povećala bi se sa sadašnjih 4 na najmanje 8 kuna po kubiku, a gospodarstvu sa sadašnjih 6 na 10 ili 11 kuna za istu količinu. To, naravno, nije jedino što potrošači vode plaćaju. Našoj usluzi treba pribrojiti fiksni dio cijene te naknade za korištenje voda, za zaštitu voda i za razvoj voda. Na kraju, naravno, i pripadajući PDV pa bi konačna cijena za domaćinstva bila 20-ak kuna, a za ostale korisnike puno veća – kaže direktor Josip Mioč.

- Predložit ću suvlasnicima da cijenu korigiramo za 10-ak posto. Tako ćemo plaćati i račune koje naš “Vodovod” dobiva za struju. Prošlogodišnju cijenu struje povećat ćemo za 10 posto i tako obračunavati i plaćati potrošenu električnu energiju. Naši građani ne mogu niti hoće više plaćati. Ako se iz HEP-a ili Vlade s tim ne slažu, neka oni dođu i ugase crpke na vodovodima Kosinac i Ruda – zaključio je gradonačelnik Bulj.
