Stigli su nalazi analize hrane skuhane 16. siječnja za učenike Osnovne škole "Kamešnica" iz Otoka.
Analizu je napravio Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije za "Studentski centar" (SC) iz Splita koji je tog dana pripremao obrok za cetinske učenike.
- Jutros nam je dostavljen laboratorijski nalaz za uzorak gulaša koji je isporučen u utorak (16. siječnja) te su rezultati pokazali da je uzorak zdravstveno ispravan - komentirali su iz SC-a uz dostavljene rezultate.
Uzorak je uzet iz junećeg gulaša s graškom i tjesteninom te je dostavljen u sterilnoj teglici i u prijenosnom rashladnom uređaju na temperaturi od 4 Celzijeva stupnja. Dostavljen je 17. siječnja kada je napravljeno uzorkovanje iz kuhinje restorana SC-ova restorana "Kampus".
U uzroku nije pronađena salmonela, a ostale bakterije su unutar maksimalne dopuštene koncentracije. Koncentracija aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija je 100, a maksimalna koncentracija je 1000, a za ostale bakterije nije jasno izmjerena koncentracija.

Da podsjetimo, iz KBC-a Split su nam 19. siječnja odgovorili kako je dva dana ranije u "KBC Split zaprimljen devetogodišnji pacijent zbog zdravstvenih smetnji nakon konzumacije hrane".
Devetogodišnjak je učenik trećeg razreda Osnovne škole "Kamešnica", rekli su njegovi roditelji 18. siječnja za Index. Roditelji su rekli kako su probavne tegobe započele nakon ručka u školi 16. siječnja nakon čega je dječak 17. siječnja završio u bolnici.
Ručak za školu u Otoku od 1. listopada prošle godine priprema splitski SC u svom restoranu. Ručak je 16. siječnja u 9.30 predan dostavljaču kojeg je organizirala škola, rekli su nam 19. siječnja u SC-u.
Ravnatelj škole Miroslav Jukić je istog dana za medije izjavio kako je kuhar tog dana primjetio neobičan izgled hrane nakon čega je obustavljena podjela hrane te da ima informaciju kako još 10 do 15 učenika ima probavne smetnje.

Stigli su nalazi analize hrane skuhane 16. siječnja za učenike Osnovne škole "Kamešnica" iz Otoka.
Analizu je napravio Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije za "Studentski centar" (SC) iz Splita koji je tog dana pripremao obrok za cetinske učenike.
- Jutros nam je dostavljen laboratorijski nalaz za uzorak gulaša koji je isporučen u utorak (16. siječnja) te su rezultati pokazali da je uzorak zdravstveno ispravan - komentirali su iz SC-a uz dostavljene rezultate.
Uzorak je uzet iz junećeg gulaša s graškom i tjesteninom te je dostavljen u sterilnoj teglici i u prijenosnom rashladnom uređaju na temperaturi od 4 Celzijeva stupnja. Dostavljen je 17. siječnja kada je napravljeno uzorkovanje iz kuhinje restorana SC-ova restorana "Kampus".
U uzroku nije pronađena salmonela, a ostale bakterije su unutar maksimalne dopuštene koncentracije. Koncentracija aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija je 100, a maksimalna koncentracija je 1000, a za ostale bakterije nije jasno izmjerena koncentracija.

Da podsjetimo, iz KBC-a Split su nam 19. siječnja odgovorili kako je dva dana ranije u "KBC Split zaprimljen devetogodišnji pacijent zbog zdravstvenih smetnji nakon konzumacije hrane".
Devetogodišnjak je učenik trećeg razreda Osnovne škole "Kamešnica", rekli su njegovi roditelji 18. siječnja za Index. Roditelji su rekli kako su probavne tegobe započele nakon ručka u školi 16. siječnja nakon čega je dječak 17. siječnja završio u bolnici.
Ručak za školu u Otoku od 1. listopada prošle godine priprema splitski SC u svom restoranu. Ručak je 16. siječnja u 9.30 predan dostavljaču kojeg je organizirala škola, rekli su nam 19. siječnja u SC-u.
Ravnatelj škole Miroslav Jukić je istog dana za medije izjavio kako je kuhar tog dana primjetio neobičan izgled hrane nakon čega je obustavljena podjela hrane te da ima informaciju kako još 10 do 15 učenika ima probavne smetnje.
