Dječji vrtić "Čarobni pianino" iz Splita i službeno je najavio gradu Sinju da će 31. kolovoza ove godine zatvoriti svoju podružnicu u Sinju. U dopisu naslovljenom na gradonačelnika Mira Bulja i Ured za društvene djelatnosti Virna Mudnić, osnivač "Čarobnog pianina", navodi da ih grad Sinj sufinancira s 950 kuna po djetetu mjesečno.

"Puno puta smo se obraćali Gradu za povećanje sufinanciranja i nismo dobili nikakav odgovor. Ova ustanova bilježi financijske gubitke kako se ne bi narušio pedagoški standard, odnosno kako bi djeca dobila sve ono što trebaju", navode iz "Čarobnog pianina" i zaključuju "Radi svega iznijetog prisiljeni smo zatvoriti naš vrtić u Sinju 31. kolovoza 2023. godine odnosno s krajem pedagoške godine".

Odluka "Čarobnog pianina" o zatvaranju vrtića u Sinju, mada najavljenu još krajem prošle godine kada su zatvorili podružnicu na Hanu, izazvala je zabrinutost roditelja 95 djece s područja grada Sinja koja pohađaju ovu predškolsku ustanovu. Ukupni broj djece u ovom vrtiću je, navodno, veći, ali se radi o djeci koja ne žive na području grada Sinja.

Zbog toga je gradonačelnik Miro Bulj sa suradnicima u utorak poslijepodne u Gradskoj vijećnici održao sastanak s roditeljima djece iz sinjske podružnice "Čarobnog pianina" kako bi se do početka naredne pedagoške godine, dakle do 1. rujna, pronašlo rješenje da sva djeca koja su sada upisana u "Čarobni pianino" budu upisana u gradski dječji vrtić "Bili cvitak". Na sastanku je bilo 50-ak roditelja, a brojni su doveli i djecu jer ih, kažu, nisu imali komu ostaviti na čuvanje.

- Netočna je tvrdnja Virne Mudnić da grad Sinj sufinancira svako dijete s 950 kuna mjesečno. Još 14. ožujka prošle godine Gradsko vijeće na moj prijedlog povećalo je sufinanciranje iz gradskog proračuna s 950 na 1.450 kuna po djetetu mjesečno s tim da smo u participaciji izjednačili svu djecu, u "Čarobnom pianinu", gradskom vrtiću "Bili cvitak" i vjerskom vrtiću "Blagovijest" – kazao je roditeljima gradonačelnik Bulj i nastavio: Ponavlja nam se slučaj s Hana kojega smo uspješno riješili. Ja vjerujem da ćemo uspješno riješiti i ovaj problem pred nama i to po istom modelu kako smo u prostoru na Hanu u kojemu je ugašena podružnica "Čarobnog pianina" otvorili podružnicu "Bilog cvitka" i osigurali da sva djeca nastave pohađanje vrtića.

Roditelji su upoznati da je Grad na adresu Uprave za odgoj i obrazovanje Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja uputio zahtjev da se dječjem vrtiću "Bili cvitak" omogući otvaranje nove podružnice u istom prostoru gdje sada radi sinjski odjel "Čarobnog pianina". Sinjani vjeruju da će s razine spomenutog ministarstva i županije biti jednako blagonakloni kao i u slučaju otvaranja podružnice na Hanu. U tom je konteksu već razgovarano s vlasnikom prostora koji je voljan nakon što ga napusti Čarobni pianino" isti ustupiti "Bilom cvitku" za obavljanje iste djelatnosti.

Pitanje je, međutim, hoće li, ako se dobije suglasnost za otvaranje nove podružnice "Bilog cvitka", čemu se u Sinju nadaju, 1. rujna djeca moći useliti. Potrebno je, naime, vrijeme za nužno dodatno uređenje i kompletno opremanje prostora. Da bi se dobilo na vremenu iz "Bilog cvitka" vele kako su spremni od 1. srpnja do 31. kolovoza jednu od svojih podružnica ustupiti "Čarobnom pianinu" da tu obavljaju uobičajeno ljetno dežurstvo. Tako bi se od 1. srpnja mogao preuzeti prostor kojega koristi "Čarobni pianino" i do 1. rujna obaviti sve što je potrebno.

Gradonačelnik Bulj je zatražio i dobio potporu roditelja. Oni će svojim potpisima prisnažiti zahtjev upućen Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja za osnivanje nove podružnice, 9. po redu, vrtića "Bili cvitak", a na isti način će od "Čarobnog pianina" zatražiti da već od 1. srpnja omogući radove na uređenju i opremanju prostora, odnosno da splitski vrtić svoje ljetno dežurstvo umjesto o tome organizira u vrtiću kojega bi mu ustupio "Bili cvitak".

Paralelno s rješavanjem problema gdje i kako na početku naredne pedagoške godine upisati stotinjak djece koja su bila korisnici "Čarobnog pianina" u Sinju pripremaju i osnivanje nove predškolske ustanove. Prijedlog odluke o tome naći će se, kaže gradonačelnik Bulj, na prvoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća. "Bili cvitak" u svojih 8 podružnica ima 772 djeteta. Pedagoškim standardom propisano je da vrtići mogu imati do 600 djece. Uz stotinjak djece iz "Čarobnog pianina" "Bili cvitak" imao bi gotovo 50 posto više djece od broja predviđenog pedagoškim standardom. Toni Paštar

Prvi čovjek Sinja s uznemirenim roditeljima

Dječji vrtić "Čarobni pianino" iz Splita i službeno je najavio gradu Sinju da će 31. kolovoza ove godine zatvoriti svoju podružnicu u Sinju. U dopisu naslovljenom na gradonačelnika Mira Bulja i Ured za društvene djelatnosti Virna Mudnić, osnivač "Čarobnog pianina", navodi da ih grad Sinj sufinancira s 950 kuna po djetetu mjesečno.

"Puno puta smo se obraćali Gradu za povećanje sufinanciranja i nismo dobili nikakav odgovor. Ova ustanova bilježi financijske gubitke kako se ne bi narušio pedagoški standard, odnosno kako bi djeca dobila sve ono što trebaju", navode iz "Čarobnog pianina" i zaključuju "Radi svega iznijetog prisiljeni smo zatvoriti naš vrtić u Sinju 31. kolovoza 2023. godine odnosno s krajem pedagoške godine".

Odluka "Čarobnog pianina" o zatvaranju vrtića u Sinju, mada najavljenu još krajem prošle godine kada su zatvorili podružnicu na Hanu, izazvala je zabrinutost roditelja 95 djece s područja grada Sinja koja pohađaju ovu predškolsku ustanovu. Ukupni broj djece u ovom vrtiću je, navodno, veći, ali se radi o djeci koja ne žive na području grada Sinja.

Zbog toga je gradonačelnik Miro Bulj sa suradnicima u utorak poslijepodne u Gradskoj vijećnici održao sastanak s roditeljima djece iz sinjske podružnice "Čarobnog pianina" kako bi se do početka naredne pedagoške godine, dakle do 1. rujna, pronašlo rješenje da sva djeca koja su sada upisana u "Čarobni pianino" budu upisana u gradski dječji vrtić "Bili cvitak". Na sastanku je bilo 50-ak roditelja, a brojni su doveli i djecu jer ih, kažu, nisu imali komu ostaviti na čuvanje.

- Netočna je tvrdnja Virne Mudnić da grad Sinj sufinancira svako dijete s 950 kuna mjesečno. Još 14. ožujka prošle godine Gradsko vijeće na moj prijedlog povećalo je sufinanciranje iz gradskog proračuna s 950 na 1.450 kuna po djetetu mjesečno s tim da smo u participaciji izjednačili svu djecu, u "Čarobnom pianinu", gradskom vrtiću "Bili cvitak" i vjerskom vrtiću "Blagovijest" – kazao je roditeljima gradonačelnik Bulj i nastavio: Ponavlja nam se slučaj s Hana kojega smo uspješno riješili. Ja vjerujem da ćemo uspješno riješiti i ovaj problem pred nama i to po istom modelu kako smo u prostoru na Hanu u kojemu je ugašena podružnica "Čarobnog pianina" otvorili podružnicu "Bilog cvitka" i osigurali da sva djeca nastave pohađanje vrtića.

Roditelji su upoznati da je Grad na adresu Uprave za odgoj i obrazovanje Ministarstva znanosti i obrazovanja uputio zahtjev da se dječjem vrtiću "Bili cvitak" omogući otvaranje nove podružnice u istom prostoru gdje sada radi sinjski odjel "Čarobnog pianina". Sinjani vjeruju da će s razine spomenutog ministarstva i županije biti jednako blagonakloni kao i u slučaju otvaranja podružnice na Hanu. U tom je konteksu već razgovarano s vlasnikom prostora koji je voljan nakon što ga napusti Čarobni pianino" isti ustupiti "Bilom cvitku" za obavljanje iste djelatnosti.

Pitanje je, međutim, hoće li, ako se dobije suglasnost za otvaranje nove podružnice "Bilog cvitka", čemu se u Sinju nadaju, 1. rujna djeca moći useliti. Potrebno je, naime, vrijeme za nužno dodatno uređenje i kompletno opremanje prostora. Da bi se dobilo na vremenu iz "Bilog cvitka" vele kako su spremni od 1. srpnja do 31. kolovoza jednu od svojih podružnica ustupiti "Čarobnom pianinu" da tu obavljaju uobičajeno ljetno dežurstvo. Tako bi se od 1. srpnja mogao preuzeti prostor kojega koristi "Čarobni pianino" i do 1. rujna obaviti sve što je potrebno.

Gradonačelnik Bulj je zatražio i dobio potporu roditelja. Oni će svojim potpisima prisnažiti zahtjev upućen Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja za osnivanje nove podružnice, 9. po redu, vrtića "Bili cvitak", a na isti način će od "Čarobnog pianina" zatražiti da već od 1. srpnja omogući radove na uređenju i opremanju prostora, odnosno da splitski vrtić svoje ljetno dežurstvo umjesto o tome organizira u vrtiću kojega bi mu ustupio "Bili cvitak".

Paralelno s rješavanjem problema gdje i kako na početku naredne pedagoške godine upisati stotinjak djece koja su bila korisnici "Čarobnog pianina" u Sinju pripremaju i osnivanje nove predškolske ustanove. Prijedlog odluke o tome naći će se, kaže gradonačelnik Bulj, na prvoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća. "Bili cvitak" u svojih 8 podružnica ima 772 djeteta. Pedagoškim standardom propisano je da vrtići mogu imati do 600 djece. Uz stotinjak djece iz "Čarobnog pianina" "Bili cvitak" imao bi gotovo 50 posto više djece od broja predviđenog pedagoškim standardom. Toni Paštar
