Gradilište nasipa za obranu od poplava u Gabela Polju na dijelu trase kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu dužine oko 2,5 kilometara odavno je prazno. Već duže vrijeme radovi se ne izvode na terenu. Izvođač je napustio gradilište. Što je razlog?

Jesu li uočeni tehnički nedostaci s obzirom na standarde izgradnje (kakav je materijal ugrađen i jesu li poštovani standardi izgradnje kako i na dijelu trase u RH, pitali smo u Hrvatskim vodama.

Prekogranični projekt

– Prilikom izgradnje nasipa izvršeno je u jednom dijelu odstupanje od projektne dokumentacije u načinu postavljanja geotekstila i geomreže. Kako takvo odstupanje, temeljem mišljenja projektanta neodrživo, isto će biti potrebno sanirati. Zbog plavljenja okolnog terena trenutno nije moguće izvoditi radove. Radovi se planiraju nastaviti nakon što se za isto steknu uvjeti, odnosno nakon povlačenja vode - pojasnili su u Hrvatskim vodama.

S hercegovačke strane se gradi 2,5 kilometara nasipa

Radove na izgradnji obrambenog nasipa u Gabela Polju – Grad Čapljina, u sklopu prekograničnog projekta obrane od poplava Grada Metkovića izvodi tvrtka Roading d.o.o. Gračanica, a usluge stručnog nadzora vrši tvrtka Bumat d.o.o. Trebižat. Ukupna vrijednost ugovora za izvođenje radova iznosi 4,53 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka, odnosno oko 2,32 milijuna eura, a usluge stručnog nadzora 0,094 milijuna KM odnosno oko 0,049 milijuna eura. Nositelj prava i obveza za realizaciju projekta te buduće upravljanje i održavanje istog je Grad Čapljina. Hrvatske vode financiraju navedeni projekt u iznosima definiranim godišnjim Planovima upravljanja vodama-doznajemo u Hrvatskim vodama, vodnogospodarskom odjelu za slivove južnog Jadrana u Splitu.

Do sada su na realizaciji ovog projekta izvođeni radovi izgradnje pristupnih putova te izgradnja samog nasipa, doznajemo.

Zahtjevan posao

Zbog čega su napustili gradilište te hoće li se i kada vratiti u Gabela Polje, pokušali smo doznati u poduzeću Roading d.o.o. Gračanica, koje se diljem BiH bavi izgradnjom vodnogospodarskih objekata, ali unatoč obećanju nismo uspjeli dobiti odgovore. Međutim, BiH mediji su objavili da je Roading d.o.o. napustio gradilište u rujnu prošle godine jer im grad Čapljina od 1. lipnja kada su počeli raditi pa do 15. rujna 2022 godine “nije isplatila ni feninga”.

Nasip na desnoj strani grada Metkovića završen je već deset godina

Podsjetimo, ugovor za projekt izgradnje obrambenog nasipa na području Gabela Polja u sklopu prekograničnog projekta obrane od poplava grada Metkovića nedavno su potpisali gradonačelnik grada Čapljine dr. Smiljan Vidić i generalni direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đuroković. Projekt obuhvaća izgradnju obrambenog nasipa, ustave Glibuša, ustave Strimen, crpne stanice Glibuša, preljevne građevine s uređajem za kontrolirano upuštanje voda u branjeno područje i ostalih hidrotehničkih objekata koje štite branjeno područje od poplava. Jedinstveni obrambeni zaštitni sustav čine dva podsustava.

Prvi podsustav obuhvaća naselje Jerkovac i Glibušu na području grada Metkovića u Republici Hrvatskoj, a drugi dio podsustava obuhvaća naselje Gabela Polje na području grada Čapljine. Cilj projekta je stavljanje u funkciju oba podsustava kao jedan učinkovit sustav obrane od poplava, koji će braniti kuće i gospodarske objekte s obadvije strane granice. Iako je nasip za obranu od poplava na desnoj strani grada Metkovića odavno završen i uspješno brani od poplava dio projekta u Bosni i Hercegovini je stao i pitanje je kada će se nastaviti. Sve dok se ne izgradi i nasip u Gabela Polju Metković neće biti potpuno siguran od poplava.

Gradilište nasipa za obranu od poplava u Gabela Polju na dijelu trase kroz Bosnu i Hercegovinu dužine oko 2,5 kilometara odavno je prazno. Već duže vrijeme radovi se ne izvode na terenu. Izvođač je napustio gradilište. Što je razlog?

Jesu li uočeni tehnički nedostaci s obzirom na standarde izgradnje (kakav je materijal ugrađen i jesu li poštovani standardi izgradnje kako i na dijelu trase u RH, pitali smo u Hrvatskim vodama.

Prekogranični projekt

– Prilikom izgradnje nasipa izvršeno je u jednom dijelu odstupanje od projektne dokumentacije u načinu postavljanja geotekstila i geomreže. Kako takvo odstupanje, temeljem mišljenja projektanta neodrživo, isto će biti potrebno sanirati. Zbog plavljenja okolnog terena trenutno nije moguće izvoditi radove. Radovi se planiraju nastaviti nakon što se za isto steknu uvjeti, odnosno nakon povlačenja vode - pojasnili su u Hrvatskim vodama.

Radove na izgradnji obrambenog nasipa u Gabela Polju – Grad Čapljina, u sklopu prekograničnog projekta obrane od poplava Grada Metkovića izvodi tvrtka Roading d.o.o. Gračanica, a usluge stručnog nadzora vrši tvrtka Bumat d.o.o. Trebižat. Ukupna vrijednost ugovora za izvođenje radova iznosi 4,53 milijuna konvertibilnih maraka, odnosno oko 2,32 milijuna eura, a usluge stručnog nadzora 0,094 milijuna KM odnosno oko 0,049 milijuna eura. Nositelj prava i obveza za realizaciju projekta te buduće upravljanje i održavanje istog je Grad Čapljina. Hrvatske vode financiraju navedeni projekt u iznosima definiranim godišnjim Planovima upravljanja vodama-doznajemo u Hrvatskim vodama, vodnogospodarskom odjelu za slivove južnog Jadrana u Splitu.

Do sada su na realizaciji ovog projekta izvođeni radovi izgradnje pristupnih putova te izgradnja samog nasipa, doznajemo.

Zahtjevan posao

Zbog čega su napustili gradilište te hoće li se i kada vratiti u Gabela Polje, pokušali smo doznati u poduzeću Roading d.o.o. Gračanica, koje se diljem BiH bavi izgradnjom vodnogospodarskih objekata, ali unatoč obećanju nismo uspjeli dobiti odgovore. Međutim, BiH mediji su objavili da je Roading d.o.o. napustio gradilište u rujnu prošle godine jer im grad Čapljina od 1. lipnja kada su počeli raditi pa do 15. rujna 2022 godine “nije isplatila ni feninga”.

Podsjetimo, ugovor za projekt izgradnje obrambenog nasipa na području Gabela Polja u sklopu prekograničnog projekta obrane od poplava grada Metkovića nedavno su potpisali gradonačelnik grada Čapljine dr. Smiljan Vidić i generalni direktor Hrvatskih voda Zoran Đuroković. Projekt obuhvaća izgradnju obrambenog nasipa, ustave Glibuša, ustave Strimen, crpne stanice Glibuša, preljevne građevine s uređajem za kontrolirano upuštanje voda u branjeno područje i ostalih hidrotehničkih objekata koje štite branjeno područje od poplava. Jedinstveni obrambeni zaštitni sustav čine dva podsustava.

Prvi podsustav obuhvaća naselje Jerkovac i Glibušu na području grada Metkovića u Republici Hrvatskoj, a drugi dio podsustava obuhvaća naselje Gabela Polje na području grada Čapljine. Cilj projekta je stavljanje u funkciju oba podsustava kao jedan učinkovit sustav obrane od poplava, koji će braniti kuće i gospodarske objekte s obadvije strane granice. Iako je nasip za obranu od poplava na desnoj strani grada Metkovića odavno završen i uspješno brani od poplava dio projekta u Bosni i Hercegovini je stao i pitanje je kada će se nastaviti. Sve dok se ne izgradi i nasip u Gabela Polju Metković neće biti potpuno siguran od poplava.
