U euforiji oko pelješkog mosta i na mnogim drugim dalmatinskim otocima i poluotocima počeli su glasnije razmišljati o čvrstom povezivanju s kopnom.

Kao u mnogo toga drugog kod nas, mišljenja su se odmah podijelila. I dok neki, poput supetarske načelnice Ivane Marković (SDP), drže da "otok s mostom nije otok", dotle su na Pašmanu učinili i konkretan korak pa su u goste još početkom srpnja primili predstavnike China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), iste kompanije koja je već angažirana na mostu u Malostonskom zaljevu.

– Predstavnici CRBC-a informirali su nas kako će početkom iduće godine uspješno završiti radove na pelješkom mostu, te da u Hrvatskoj već imaju svu potrebnu opremu i stručnjake koje bi angažirali ako se na lokalnoj i državnoj razini donese odluka o gradnji mosta Pašman – kopno – rekao je načelnik općine Pašman Krešimir Ćosić (HDZ).

Usput se načelnik pohvalio kako za izgradnju mosta, koji bi bio dug oko dva kilometra i čija se vrijednost radova procjenjuje između 400 i 600 milijuna kuna, imaju podršku Vlade RH, a da nadležno ministarstvo završava studiju izvedivosti, koja će reći može li se financirati preko EU fondova ili pak privatno-javnim partnerstvom.

Pitanje isplativosti

Iako već godinama radi kao poslovni savjetnik za euroazijsko tržište i s bivšim je predsjednikom Stjepanom Mesićem poslovno povezivao Kinu i Hrvatsku, Zadranin David Lekaj ne gleda blagonaklono na ovakve ideje. Javno je i podržao stav Ivane Marković da otoci trebaju ostati kakvi jesu.

– Mi dijelimo isto razmišljanje, dok ostali otočni gradonačelnici i načelnici, koji se znaju periodično javiti s idejama o mostovnom povezivanju s kopnom, više populistički nastupaju prema svojim biračima nego što bi to trebalo biti. Vidio sam i da Kinezi hodočaste okolo i dodatno filaju lokalne čelnike da im mogu izgraditi most ili mostić dok kažeš keks – rekao je Lekaj.

On navodi upravo primjer njihove pokrajine Zhejlang s više od 3000 manjih i većih otoka, od kojih su neke povezali mostovima da bi postali turističke atrakcije. Rezultat?

– Imao sam to priliku vidjeti na licu mjesta i odmah sam došao do zaključka da sve izgleda previše umjetno. Arhipelag čine manje otoci, more je pliće i izgubila se svaka privlačnost. Teško je izračunati financijsku blagodat za same otoke koji su povezani jer su oni mahom nenaseljeni.

Po mojem mišljenju, nama bi više odgovarao grčki pristup ovoj problematici, gdje na većim i udaljenijim otocima grade velike aerodrome. Tako otok Krf ima međunarodnu zračnu luku. Od naših otoka možda bi Hvar na neki način bio najusporediviji s Krfom. Kada bi i na njemu postojao međunarodni aerodrom, a ne ovaj mali sportski, efekti bi bili puno veći. Svakako, novac Europske unije i njezinih fondova koji nam je dostupan za gradnju infrastrukture bilo bi daleko isplativije ulagati na takav način.

Kinezi bi ostali

A gdje je poslovna logika Kineza za još jedan projekt u Hrvatskoj?

– Ta ista kompanija, CRBC, gradi pelješki most i sljedeće godine de facto završavaju posao. Istovremeno završavaju i posao u Crnoj Gori na gradnji autoceste. Ne ugovore li novi posao, morat će otići iz Europe. Naravno da znaju da je selidba opreme, pa i ljudstva, najskuplja, pa grčevito žele ostati.

Oni tako nude čak i financiranje izrade projektne dokumentacije. Ja ih s te strane i razumijem, ali moramo biti oprezni. Crna Gora je na koljenima zbog tog posla. Čak se događa da Kinezi kasne, a naši susjedi zbog toga plaćaju kamate – upozorava naš sugovornik.

– Mi moramo naći neku našu ambijentalnu logiku. Pelješki most je jedna priča – komunikacijski, prometno i strateški posve drugačija od toga da se gotovo svaki otok gdje postoji takva mogućnost poveže s kopnom. Ja se bojim sindroma Vira, na kojemu se sve ono što se, nažalost, događalo vjerojatno ne bi dogodilo da nije spojen mostom.

Dolazi do masovnosti u svakom pogledu, od gradnje do jeftinog turizma. Otoci postaju pristupačni, a to nije njihova logika, smisao. Kvalitetu života na otocima najbolje osjete njegovi stanovnici, ali ima puno toga što je daleko važnije od mostova – kaže iz svojeg kuta poslovni savjetnik David Lekaj.

U euforiji oko pelješkog mosta i na mnogim drugim dalmatinskim otocima i poluotocima počeli su glasnije razmišljati o čvrstom povezivanju s kopnom.

Kao u mnogo toga drugog kod nas, mišljenja su se odmah podijelila. I dok neki, poput supetarske načelnice Ivane Marković (SDP), drže da "otok s mostom nije otok", dotle su na Pašmanu učinili i konkretan korak pa su u goste još početkom srpnja primili predstavnike China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), iste kompanije koja je već angažirana na mostu u Malostonskom zaljevu.

– Predstavnici CRBC-a informirali su nas kako će početkom iduće godine uspješno završiti radove na pelješkom mostu, te da u Hrvatskoj već imaju svu potrebnu opremu i stručnjake koje bi angažirali ako se na lokalnoj i državnoj razini donese odluka o gradnji mosta Pašman – kopno – rekao je načelnik općine Pašman Krešimir Ćosić (HDZ).

Usput se načelnik pohvalio kako za izgradnju mosta, koji bi bio dug oko dva kilometra i čija se vrijednost radova procjenjuje između 400 i 600 milijuna kuna, imaju podršku Vlade RH, a da nadležno ministarstvo završava studiju izvedivosti, koja će reći može li se financirati preko EU fondova ili pak privatno-javnim partnerstvom.

Pitanje isplativosti

Iako već godinama radi kao poslovni savjetnik za euroazijsko tržište i s bivšim je predsjednikom Stjepanom Mesićem poslovno povezivao Kinu i Hrvatsku, Zadranin David Lekaj ne gleda blagonaklono na ovakve ideje. Javno je i podržao stav Ivane Marković da otoci trebaju ostati kakvi jesu.

– Mi dijelimo isto razmišljanje, dok ostali otočni gradonačelnici i načelnici, koji se znaju periodično javiti s idejama o mostovnom povezivanju s kopnom, više populistički nastupaju prema svojim biračima nego što bi to trebalo biti. Vidio sam i da Kinezi hodočaste okolo i dodatno filaju lokalne čelnike da im mogu izgraditi most ili mostić dok kažeš keks – rekao je Lekaj.

On navodi upravo primjer njihove pokrajine Zhejlang s više od 3000 manjih i većih otoka, od kojih su neke povezali mostovima da bi postali turističke atrakcije. Rezultat?

– Imao sam to priliku vidjeti na licu mjesta i odmah sam došao do zaključka da sve izgleda previše umjetno. Arhipelag čine manje otoci, more je pliće i izgubila se svaka privlačnost. Teško je izračunati financijsku blagodat za same otoke koji su povezani jer su oni mahom nenaseljeni.

Po mojem mišljenju, nama bi više odgovarao grčki pristup ovoj problematici, gdje na većim i udaljenijim otocima grade velike aerodrome. Tako otok Krf ima međunarodnu zračnu luku. Od naših otoka možda bi Hvar na neki način bio najusporediviji s Krfom. Kada bi i na njemu postojao međunarodni aerodrom, a ne ovaj mali sportski, efekti bi bili puno veći. Svakako, novac Europske unije i njezinih fondova koji nam je dostupan za gradnju infrastrukture bilo bi daleko isplativije ulagati na takav način.

Kinezi bi ostali

A gdje je poslovna logika Kineza za još jedan projekt u Hrvatskoj?

– Ta ista kompanija, CRBC, gradi pelješki most i sljedeće godine de facto završavaju posao. Istovremeno završavaju i posao u Crnoj Gori na gradnji autoceste. Ne ugovore li novi posao, morat će otići iz Europe. Naravno da znaju da je selidba opreme, pa i ljudstva, najskuplja, pa grčevito žele ostati.

Oni tako nude čak i financiranje izrade projektne dokumentacije. Ja ih s te strane i razumijem, ali moramo biti oprezni. Crna Gora je na koljenima zbog tog posla. Čak se događa da Kinezi kasne, a naši susjedi zbog toga plaćaju kamate – upozorava naš sugovornik.

– Mi moramo naći neku našu ambijentalnu logiku. Pelješki most je jedna priča – komunikacijski, prometno i strateški posve drugačija od toga da se gotovo svaki otok gdje postoji takva mogućnost poveže s kopnom. Ja se bojim sindroma Vira, na kojemu se sve ono što se, nažalost, događalo vjerojatno ne bi dogodilo da nije spojen mostom.

Dolazi do masovnosti u svakom pogledu, od gradnje do jeftinog turizma. Otoci postaju pristupačni, a to nije njihova logika, smisao. Kvalitetu života na otocima najbolje osjete njegovi stanovnici, ali ima puno toga što je daleko važnije od mostova – kaže iz svojeg kuta poslovni savjetnik David Lekaj.

U euforiji oko pelješkog mosta i na mnogim drugim dalmatinskim otocima i poluotocima počeli su glasnije razmišljati o čvrstom povezivanju s kopnom.

Kao u mnogo toga drugog kod nas, mišljenja su se odmah podijelila.
