U ponedjeljak je, nakon jutarnje kiše, šćiga doslovno potopila Vrbosku na otoku Hvaru, dok se nešto manje mora izlilo na starogradsku rivu, gdje u ovakvim prilikama zna biti poplavljeno praktično pola grada.

Otočani sa spomenutom meteorološkom pojavom imaju golemo iskustvo, svi su pripravni za ovo vrijeme i znaju se zaštiti od prodora mora u svoje kuće i poslovne prostore, ali kad je razina takva kao što vidimo na fotografiji mještanke Marite Gabelić s nepogodom se i nije baš lako nositi.

Za sada nema dojava građana o većim štetama i svi vjeruju da će se more povući čim prije te omogućiti normalan život, nesmetan prolazak mjestom ljudi i vozila.

I prvi most koji je izgrađen daleke 1960. pa ga je stoga zub vremena itekako načeo, čini se, posljednji put prkosi šćigi, jer je za utorak najavljeno njegovo rušenje.

Mještani su se još u nedjelju skupnom fotografijom vrlo emotivno oprostili od tog, tako da kažemo, glavnog mosta koji je povezivao dvije bande Male Venecije, a na tom mjestu već uskoro će niknuti novi i ljepši (futuristički) most. On će zajedno s pripadajućim trgom, kojeg također treba urediti, činiti jednu lijepu i nadasve funkcionalnu cjelinu s kojom će se Vrbovljani zasigurno ponositi.

U ponedjeljak je, nakon jutarnje kiše, šćiga doslovno potopila Vrbosku na otoku Hvaru, dok se nešto manje mora izlilo na starogradsku rivu, gdje u ovakvim prilikama zna biti poplavljeno praktično pola grada.

Otočani sa spomenutom meteorološkom pojavom imaju golemo iskustvo, svi su pripravni za ovo vrijeme i znaju se zaštiti od prodora mora u svoje kuće i poslovne prostore, ali kad je razina takva kao što vidimo na fotografiji mještanke Marite Gabelić s nepogodom se i nije baš lako nositi.

Za sada nema dojava građana o većim štetama i svi vjeruju da će se more povući čim prije te omogućiti normalan život, nesmetan prolazak mjestom ljudi i vozila.

I prvi most koji je izgrađen daleke 1960. pa ga je stoga zub vremena itekako načeo, čini se, posljednji put prkosi šćigi, jer je za utorak najavljeno njegovo rušenje.

Mještani su se još u nedjelju skupnom fotografijom vrlo emotivno oprostili od tog, tako da kažemo, glavnog mosta koji je povezivao dvije bande Male Venecije, a na tom mjestu već uskoro će niknuti novi i ljepši (futuristički) most. On će zajedno s pripadajućim trgom, kojeg također treba urediti, činiti jednu lijepu i nadasve funkcionalnu cjelinu s kojom će se Vrbovljani zasigurno ponositi.

Šćiga potopila Vrbosku, a s njom se, unatoč pripremama, nije lako nositi. Mještani se opraštaju od prvoga mosta, izgrađenog daleke 1960. godine

U ponedjeljak je, nakon jutarnje kiše, šćiga doslovno potopila Vrbosku na otoku Hvaru, dok se nešto manje mora izlilo na starogradsku rivu, gdje u ovakvim prilikama zna biti poplavljeno praktično pola grada.

Otočani sa spomenutom meteorološkom pojavom imaju golemo iskustvo, svi su pripravni za ovo vrijeme i znaju se zaštiti od prodora mora u svoje kuće i poslovne prostore, ali kad je razina takva kao što vidimo na fotografiji mještanke Marite Gabelić s nepogodom se i nije baš lako nositi.

Za sada nema dojava građana o većim štetama i svi vjeruju da će se more povući čim prije te omogućiti normalan život, nesmetan prolazak mjestom ljudi i vozila.
