Ante Trutanić, direktor Turističke zajednice općine Bol na Braču, broji zadnje dane na toj dužnosti.

Turističko će vijeće, najavila je načelnica bolske općine Katarina Marčić, koja je po funkciji i predsjednica tog tijela, postupiti u skladu s presudom Upravnog suda i rješenjem Ministarstva turizma i Antu Trutanića razriješiti te dužnosti na kojoj se nalazi od kolovoza 2022. godine. S tim prijedlogom će ona izići pred "turističku vladu" Bola.

Upravni sud je, naime, presudio još u rujnu prošle godine kako u trenutku izbora Trutanić nije imao dovoljno radnog iskustva na poslovima koji odgovaraju stupnju stečene spreme propisane Pravilnikom o posebnim uvjetima koje moraju ispunjavati zaposleni u turističkim zajednicama.

Prethodno je na tu dužnost izabran iz četvrtog pokušaja, a njegov je izbor potvrdilo Ministarstvo turizma i sporta, ne nalazeći ništa sporno ni problematično te je dobio dozvolu da bude upisan u Upisnik turističke zajednice kao jedina osoba ovlaštena za zastupanje. Očito je da u samom početku Bol nije imao sreće s izborom prvog turističkog operativca jer se njegov izbor vremenski prolongirao na dulje razdoblje.

Možda bi sve na tome i ostalo da se Markito Marinković, koji je dužnost direktora bolske Turističke zajednice obnašao čak 28 godina, nije žalio i pokrenuo tužbu na Upravnom sudu protiv Ministarstva turizma smatrajući da je resorno Ministarstvo pogriješilo kada je njega izbrisalo iz upisnika te je istodobno dopustilo upis novoizabranom direktoru Trutaniću, koji, po njegovim tvrdnjama i argumentaciji, nije ispunjavao uvjete iz natječaja za izbor direktora.

Zanimljivo je spomenuti da se Marinković nije natjecao za turističkog direktora. Nakon toga je Upravni sud svojim pravorijekom "srušio" Trutanića.

Na temelju te sudske odluke Ministarstvo turizma izdalo je novo rješenje u prosincu prošle godine kojim se odbija upis Ante Trutanića u Upisnik turističke zajednice jer ne ispunjava uvjete za to radno mjesto. Međutim, tu priči i zapletu nije kraj.

Odgovorne osobe u bolskoj Turističkoj zajednici nisu postupile tako, već su od resornog Ministarstva tražile dodatna pojašnjenja jer u novom izdanom rješenju stoji da se direktoru TZ-a Trutaniću "odbija upis u upisnik" umjesto da se briše iz upisnika jer je u upisnik već bio upisan.

Tako je zbog nejasne formulacije Trutanić nastavio obnašati tu funkciju kao jedini ovlašteni za zastupanje TZO Bol. Prva žena Bola i Turističke zajednice zatražila je odmah odgovor od resornog ministarstva na to pitanje i na još nekoliko vezanih uz konkretan slučaj.

Međutim, proteklih dana stigao je nalaz iz Ministarstva turizma u kojemu se od Turističkog vijeća Bola traži da postupi sukladno odluci Upravnog suda i Ministarstva turizma te Antu Trutanića razriješi dužnosti direktora.

- Turistička zajednica Bol će bez odgode postupiti u skladu s uputama u dostavljenom nalazu - poručila je načelnica Bola, uz napomenu kako će ona sukladno zakonu, do izbora novog direktora, obavljati te poslove i zastupati Turističku zajednicu. Novi direktor treba, prema aktualnim propisima, biti izabran u zakonskom roku od šest mjeseci.

Uvjeti natječaja

Katarina Marčić je najavila kako će ubrzo biti raspisan javni natječaj za izbor direktora Turističke zajednice te se nada kako će Bol turističkog direktora dobiti prije početka glavne sezone. To znači da će bračka turistička prijestolnica početak turističke sezone dočekati bez svog prvog turističkog operativca.

Po njezinim riječima, dosadašnji turistički šef je svoju dužnost i poslove obavljao odlično te je još jednom potvrdila kako su kod izbora odabrali najboljeg kandidata. Tom prigodom se kod glasovanja ona izuzela zbog rodbinskih veza premda po slovu zakona to nije trebala učiniti.

Postavlja se pitanje treba li Bolu, višestrukom turističkom prvaku, na takvu dužnost izabirati osobe koje ne odgovaraju uvjetima natječaja pa da se onda mjesecima bave i međusobno prepucavaju s tom temom i u javnost šalju lošu sliku.

Ante Trutanić, direktor Turističke zajednice općine Bol na Braču, broji zadnje dane na toj dužnosti.

Turističko će vijeće, najavila je načelnica bolske općine Katarina Marčić, koja je po funkciji i predsjednica tog tijela, postupiti u skladu s presudom Upravnog suda i rješenjem Ministarstva turizma i Antu Trutanića razriješiti te dužnosti na kojoj se nalazi od kolovoza 2022. godine. S tim prijedlogom će ona izići pred "turističku vladu" Bola.

Upravni sud je, naime, presudio još u rujnu prošle godine kako u trenutku izbora Trutanić nije imao dovoljno radnog iskustva na poslovima koji odgovaraju stupnju stečene spreme propisane Pravilnikom o posebnim uvjetima koje moraju ispunjavati zaposleni u turističkim zajednicama.

Prethodno je na tu dužnost izabran iz četvrtog pokušaja, a njegov je izbor potvrdilo Ministarstvo turizma i sporta, ne nalazeći ništa sporno ni problematično te je dobio dozvolu da bude upisan u Upisnik turističke zajednice kao jedina osoba ovlaštena za zastupanje. Očito je da u samom početku Bol nije imao sreće s izborom prvog turističkog operativca jer se njegov izbor vremenski prolongirao na dulje razdoblje.

Možda bi sve na tome i ostalo da se Markito Marinković, koji je dužnost direktora bolske Turističke zajednice obnašao čak 28 godina, nije žalio i pokrenuo tužbu na Upravnom sudu protiv Ministarstva turizma smatrajući da je resorno Ministarstvo pogriješilo kada je njega izbrisalo iz upisnika te je istodobno dopustilo upis novoizabranom direktoru Trutaniću, koji, po njegovim tvrdnjama i argumentaciji, nije ispunjavao uvjete iz natječaja za izbor direktora.

Zanimljivo je spomenuti da se Marinković nije natjecao za turističkog direktora. Nakon toga je Upravni sud svojim pravorijekom "srušio" Trutanića.

Na temelju te sudske odluke Ministarstvo turizma izdalo je novo rješenje u prosincu prošle godine kojim se odbija upis Ante Trutanića u Upisnik turističke zajednice jer ne ispunjava uvjete za to radno mjesto. Međutim, tu priči i zapletu nije kraj.

Odgovorne osobe u bolskoj Turističkoj zajednici nisu postupile tako, već su od resornog Ministarstva tražile dodatna pojašnjenja jer u novom izdanom rješenju stoji da se direktoru TZ-a Trutaniću "odbija upis u upisnik" umjesto da se briše iz upisnika jer je u upisnik već bio upisan.

Tako je zbog nejasne formulacije Trutanić nastavio obnašati tu funkciju kao jedini ovlašteni za zastupanje TZO Bol. Prva žena Bola i Turističke zajednice zatražila je odmah odgovor od resornog ministarstva na to pitanje i na još nekoliko vezanih uz konkretan slučaj.

Međutim, proteklih dana stigao je nalaz iz Ministarstva turizma u kojemu se od Turističkog vijeća Bola traži da postupi sukladno odluci Upravnog suda i Ministarstva turizma te Antu Trutanića razriješi dužnosti direktora.

- Turistička zajednica Bol će bez odgode postupiti u skladu s uputama u dostavljenom nalazu - poručila je načelnica Bola, uz napomenu kako će ona sukladno zakonu, do izbora novog direktora, obavljati te poslove i zastupati Turističku zajednicu. Uvjeti natječaja

Katarina Marčić je najavila kako će ubrzo biti raspisan javni natječaj za izbor direktora Turističke zajednice te se nada kako će Bol turističkog direktora dobiti prije početka glavne sezone. To znači da će bračka turistička prijestolnica početak turističke sezone dočekati bez svog prvog turističkog operativca.

Po njezinim riječima, dosadašnji turistički šef je svoju dužnost i poslove obavljao odlično te je još jednom potvrdila kako su kod izbora odabrali najboljeg kandidata. Tom prigodom se kod glasovanja ona izuzela zbog rodbinskih veza premda po slovu zakona to nije trebala učiniti.

Postavlja se pitanje treba li Bolu, višestrukom turističkom prvaku, na takvu dužnost izabirati osobe koje ne odgovaraju uvjetima natječaja pa da se onda mjesecima bave i međusobno prepucavaju s tom temom i u javnost šalju lošu sliku.
