Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dva hrvatska državljanina u dobi od 25 godina i jednim hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 30 godina zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo „Pranje novca“.

Sumnja se da su s ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitog podrijetla protupravne stečene imovinske koristi, tijekom srpnja ove godine na području Zadra te na području šireg biogradskog i benkovačkog područja, u pet različitih ugostiteljskih objekta, na aparatima za sreću uplaćivali novac, koji novac je proizašao iz drugog kaznenog djela, na osnovu čega su im izdane  „gotovinske ostave“ ili bi podizali isplatne listiće na iznos koji su uplatili, a na temelju kojih su naknadno, sljedećih dana, podizali novac u drugim automat klubovima.

Također se sumnjiče da su u istom razdoblju počinili istovrsno kazneno djelo na području Šibenika, preciznije na području mjesta Tisno kao i na području Gospića.

Materijalna šteta pričinjena ovim kaznenim djelom iznosi više desetaka tisuća kuna.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, sva trojica osumnjičenika danas su predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava dostavljena je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

- Ovim putem Policijska uprava šibensko-kninska skreće pozornost građanima ukoliko se susretnu s takvim obojenim novčanicama da obavijeste policiju na broj 192 ili svoje sumnje prijave najbližoj policijskoj postaji - poručuju iz policije.

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dva hrvatska državljanina u dobi od 25 godina i jednim hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 30 godina zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo „Pranje novca“.

Sumnja se da su s ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitog podrijetla protupravne stečene imovinske koristi, tijekom srpnja ove godine na području Zadra te na području šireg biogradskog i benkovačkog područja, u pet različitih ugostiteljskih objekta, na aparatima za sreću uplaćivali novac, koji novac je proizašao iz drugog kaznenog djela, na osnovu čega su im izdane  „gotovinske ostave“ ili bi podizali isplatne listiće na iznos koji su uplatili, a na temelju kojih su naknadno, sljedećih dana, podizali novac u drugim automat klubovima.

Također se sumnjiče da su u istom razdoblju počinili istovrsno kazneno djelo na području Šibenika, preciznije na području mjesta Tisno kao i na području Gospića.

Materijalna šteta pričinjena ovim kaznenim djelom iznosi više desetaka tisuća kuna.

Nakon provedenog kriminalističkog istraživanja, sva trojica osumnjičenika danas su predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava dostavljena je nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

- Ovim putem Policijska uprava šibensko-kninska skreće pozornost građanima ukoliko se susretnu s takvim obojenim novčanicama da obavijeste policiju na broj 192 ili svoje sumnje prijave najbližoj policijskoj postaji - poručuju iz policije.

Policijski službenici Policijske uprave zadarske proveli su kriminalističko istraživanje nad dva hrvatska državljanina u dobi od 25 godina i jednim hrvatskim državljaninom u dobi od 30 godina zbog sumnje da su počinili kazneno djelo „Pranje novca“.

Sumnja se da su s ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitog podrijetla protupravne stečene imovinske koristi, tijekom srpnja ove godine na području Zadra te na području šireg biogradskog i benkovačkog područja, u pet različitih ugostiteljskih objekta, na aparatima za sreću uplaćivali novac, koji novac je proizašao iz drugog kaznenog djela, na osnovu čega su im izdane  „gotovinske ostave“ ili bi podizali isplatne listiće na iznos koji su uplatili, a na temelju kojih su naknadno, sljedećih dana, podizali novac u drugim automat klubovima....
